PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

As an architect, I have seen demolition of buildings and am somewhat familiar with the process involved to execute a controlled demolition. From my experience and knowledge, the way Building 7 collapsed looks very much like a controlled demolition. The building obviously falls in 3 equidistant sections with the middle section falling just ahead of the 2 ends. This allows for an imploding collapse rather than an exploding collapse.

I agree, completely, that physics and the scientific method do not support the official story. I remember thinking it odd that the towers fell on themselves, but didn't question the official explanation - out of blind trust. When I first learned that the WTC buildings collapsed in freefall, I realized that something was wrong. Then I learned that the amount of energy required to pulverize concrete into the size of the resulting dust particles was much larger than the amount available. Then I learned about thermite and evidence of its use. None of these things are explainable by the official explanation of 9/11. I love the rights I used to have, liberty, justice, & the pursuit of happiness ... and want them for my children and their children too!

Was Environmental Consultant for 15 years. Familiar with Air Pollution, Radionuclide contamination, contamination of groundwater systems. Conducted investigations of air pollution in regards to Worker health and safety.
I have studied the fall of those three buildings extensively. All three were obviously brought down by demolition charges. The health effects (very high cancer and other disease rates) to the site workers and the locals clearly leads to these conclusions. It is obvious from watching the buildings fall that demolition charges were used to bring the buildings down. The official story was provided by those who have committed the fraud. The means of the investigation was clearly not according to the methods that are normally used during a crime scene investigation. As much evidence as possible was loaded onto trucks and then barges and removed from the site to be immediately smelted in India and China, thus eliminating the most damning evidence, the signature of the super high explosives, and Thermate. These very hot explosives were used to cut the massive girders within that building. All involved in this giant scam need jail and capital charges.

Having watched the 'attack' on live television at 4:30 in the afternoon in central Europe, what was shown to the rest of the world leaves it clear in my mind why a distaste for Americans has developed the world over. My main fear about 9/11 is the amount of secrecy that enveloped 'ground zero.' By not allowing independent investigators access to the site seems awfully convenient. Another 'convenience' occurred when building 7, holding valuable CIA and DoD information, collapsed as neatly as the Twin Towers without having been directly damaged. The ever-growing list of questions concerning the events that September morning MUST be investigated if we are to accept the fate of a war justified by such an act.

WTC 7 lacks any reasonable explanation or evidence to support a collapse at the rate of a free falling object. 45 deg angle cuts seen on columns (with firefighters walking around) were NOT made by oxy fuel or plasma arc torches (the common cutting methods for field cutting of structural steel). By conservation of linear momentum analysis, it is impossible for the WTC buildings to have fallen as quickly as they did. Minimum time to fall for towers, about 20 seconds, without credit for ANY structural strength in building. When considering the structural strength of the building, the collapse self arrests after 6 - 8 floors.

I remember watching the footage that morning on television and thinking what a coincidence the first building fell into its footprint and discussed with my roommates the odds of that phenomenon. When the second building came down in its footprint, it was obvious to me foul play was involved. One needs only to watch the collapses of the three WTC buildings with an open mind to conclude that they were brought down by controlled demolition. It is inconceivable that the neat rapid collapses could have been caused by airplane strikes and/or random fires. Failure due to these causes would have been gradual and asymmetrical. Steel structures, particularly the core column structures of WTC 1 and 2, are much too tough to disintegrate as these three buildings did. - - - - In addition to these technical observations, there is an overwhelming amount of additional evidence that discredits the official account of the events of September 11, 2001.

The following questions need to be addressed and answered, without the use of explosives, for the official story about 9/11 (as described in the 9/11 Commission Report, the FEMA report, and the NIST report) to be true. 1. The first question deals with the total collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. This 47-story skyscraper was not hit by an aircraft and would have been the tallest building in 33 of our states. Yet, it collapsed into a tidy rubble pile in 6.5 seconds in the exact manner of a controlled demolition at 5:20 PM on September 11, 2001. Please describe or explain a non-explosive scenario for the total collapse of this building that is in agreement with all the evidence known to date. 2. The second question deals with the Twin Towers (World Trade Center Buildings 1 and 2) and the 90,000 tons of metal decking, concrete floors, drywall, office furniture, and missing bodies that were pulverized in mid-air during the total collapse of these buildings. Please describe or explain a non-explosive scenario for the complete pulverization of all of these materials into dust in 10-13 seconds. 3. The third question deals with the free-fall speed of the collapse of all three buildings. Please describe a non-explosive scenario that explains the symmetrical collapse of each of these buildings straight down'through the path of greatest resistance'at an acceleration that is indistinguishable from free-fall acceleration in a vacuum. 4. The fourth question deals with the molten metal that was observed below Ground Zero by many people after the buildings collapsed. As an engineering student I was very early fascinated by the amount of focused effort, strictly controlled environment & energy that is required to melt & form steel.An aviation spirit fire does not come any way near with any of the above criteria to cause such a free fall collapse as witnessed at WTC1,2, & 7. The RB211 engines of a Boeing 757 should have left a much larger footprint at the Pentagon then was visible with the released film clips of the resulting explosion & fire etc..

All people who were involved or had prior knowledge of this huge crime need to be brought to justice. In the shocking moments of the collapse, my first reaction to the building failure was that there was no way 2 separate steel buildings struck by a plane could possibly come straight down completely pulverized and then a third building nearly unscathed suffer an identical failure. I feel that the media effectively force-fed the population a misconstrued version of the story. With all the horror and fear and confirmation from experts and eventually war, even I began to replace my initial reaction and knowledge with the thought that stranger things have happened even in the world of engineering. But more so; what would the horrible truth implicate and how would a nation react? Let us not forget that even the Pentagon damage raises questions. Nonetheless; as a member of the engineering society whose duty is to the safety of the public, I believe that too many people have died and too many provocative questions have been dismissed for us to ignore the need for a genuine investigated.

From the moment the first building collapsed I knew it was a controlled demolition. We studied controlled demolition for building end of life and to engineer a building to fall into itself as three buildings did that day must be done carefully as to not topple the building one way or another. You can see the explosive charges being detonated on the floor the buildings were hit. Never before in America has even one building collapsed let alone three buildings in one day - World Trade Center I, World Trade Center II, and World Trade Center 7. World Trade Center 7 did not even have a plane hit into it and so it stands to reason that if World Trade Center 7 was controlled demolished so too were World Trade Center I, and World Trade Center II. Justice must be served and dignity restored to the Engineering profession. INVESTIGATE!

About two years ago after hearing and reading the work by David Ray Griffin, I decided to look into the history of the collapse of the World Trade center towers. It is clear to me that the official explanation including the evidence presented by the 9/11 Commission is inadequate to explain the collapse of the towers. I am convinced that a new independent commission with complete subpoena power should be installed to find out the complete truth of 9/11. If we don't the same thing may happen in the future.
