To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Obtained BSME at National University of Engineering in Peru, then joined the Peruvian Navy as an officer. Got a scholarship to study Aeronautical Engineering at the United States Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California, where I got the in an MSAeE degree and later the Professional Engineer Degree in Aeronautics. Worked professionally in Production and Maintenance for several companies including production of Steel Propane Tanks, smelting of Cast Iron in Cupola and Induction Furnaces for production of Spin Cast Sewage Pipes, and finally Electric Arc Furnace Smelting of Steel for Reinforced Steel Bar.
The explanation of why the WTC buildings collapsed given by the commissions certainly ignored scientific research and general engineering and materials knowledge. I do not think that all the years of education and training that all Architects, Engineers, Researchers and Specialists received collectively could be ignored and purposely wiped by the biased and incomplete reports presented by the commissions. The professional community should speak and demand an honest report that will once and for all put an end to all the lies and contradictions.

I attended public schools from kindergarten into 10th grade. School was very easy for me and I only had to be in the classroom to 'soak up knowledge' like a sponge soaks up water. I left school during my 10th grade year to help out my mom who was having a rough time of it. I was the oldest of six children in a single parent house. My experience is varied. I worked for a time in a smelter, a machine shop and various construction jobs. I drove taxi and limousines. I went on to school to learn how to drive a tractor trailer truck (18 wheeler) and have driven cross country many times.
ALL the buildings had been wired for a controlled demolition. Jet fuel, aka: refined home heating oil, will not reach the temperature needed to melt steel. Building 7 had not been hit by anything yet it came down in it's own 'foot-print'. I find it very 'convenient' that the 'jet' which hit the Pentagon, hit precisely where a lot of records that mattered to We The People were stored. I also find it very 'convenient' that with all the security camera's surrounding the Pentagon, there is zero footage of the 'incident' on 9-11. Having been to the Pentagon several times before the 'incident', I experienced all the security camera's first hand. There is not a single inch of that building, or the grounds around it, that is not viewed by those camera's.

At the time of 9/11, I was living in the Lower East Side Manhattan about 10 blocks away. Me and my friends walked about 5 blocks away and we heard explosions ourselves, one after another after another. We need to have an investigation done and an investigation against the people that investigated it, and the people in our government who tried to cover this up. The pages on the Warren Commission need to be public, just as the facts about the falling of the buildings and let alone Building #7 which was impossible without it being planted with explosives. I saw a programme on the BBC in which a reporter stated that they had just heard that Building 7 had collapsed when Building 7 was shown in the clip still intact behind her. So one can assume that there appears to be an individual who could see into the future. I remember to this day when I heard the news about my sister. I was working in the Cotswold area conducting business, when my mobile telephone rang. I answered the telephone and it was my younger sister, Jenny, who told me that Christine, my older sister, who I was very close to, was in the Tower and she did not know if Christine was in the building when it collapsed. My sister died in the Twin Towers that day.

I lost a family member in the attacks of September 11 and it is impossible to ignore the architects and engineers and all the other evidence that points to freefall in the case of all three WTC high-rise buildings, with no resistance from any floors in between slowing the collapse down.There was no scientific investigation with the metal - it was shipped away. There was thermite plasma found but the actual evidence of the collapse proves it was not done by the building itself. A freefall with no resistance means there were explosives.

"Lost an older brother to cancer, it was throughout his entire body. Artie was a Police Officer in Pleasantville, NY. He was in lower Manhattan after the Towers were ""exploded"", for close to two weeks. Many in Law Enforcement raced down to Lower Manhattan following the ""explosions"". He died in 2010. Artie was born 1/1/1952. I was born 1/2/1953. The only difference in my longevity to his, I was not in Lower Manhattan the weeks he was there."

As a non-scholar, I sign this petition in support of the slain, the maimed, the parentless children. I sign this in support of those scholars that have deciphered the original storyline. Not only did we lose lives on that day BUT that day was initially advertised across ALL media sources that we would not lose sight and this event would be a unifying moment of the American people but in fact, it has been the most destructive and segregated moment for our country, Covid closely mirroring the emotional and segregating damage.
I am signing this petition because I find it unique that in the last 25 years, the United States Government's budget had been allocated between 1.5 trillion and 2 trillion dollars and yet a complete and thorough examination of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth's specific and scientific data points, variables etc.. have not been fulfilled.
You can lie through omission. Doing nothing oftentimes says more than doing something.

I am and have been continually educated since 1999 by way of applied science; aka - the science of real world applications of theories informed by direct first hand trial followed by deep retrospective results analysis. Professionally, I have been periodically compensated by several small, regional and national companies for identifying a problem, finding a solution, FIXING IT and repeating process.
The events of 9/11/2001, nearly 19 years ago completely shocked and completely changed my world view when I was only 19 years old. My confidence in the veracity of the official narratives being shared by official sources during the several years directly following 9/11 was so strong, I recall branding, in my mind, anyone who claimed to be a '9/11 Truther' un-Patriotic at the very least; a Traitor guilty of treasonous blasphemy against my God and my Country more so. Eventually, I overheard enough troubling questions and witnessed enough seemingly inconsistent accounts of what happened to make me want to do some open minded digging; this during a time when I was working diligently at becoming a more well rounded, more open minded version of me. The proverbial Pandora's Box, was opened. The report referenced in this petition, sponsored by this organization, undersigned by so many licensed experts is indeed something I needed and eventually something everyone will need to know in order to eventually understand and begin the long and painful process of healing from the wounds caused by the outright betrayal of any semblances of human decency and trust in the powers that be which is something I had always taken for granted. My world view was shattered once again however this time, in what I consider to be an even worse and much more sinister way than the terrorists were able to accomplish with any of their attacks.
