To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

One of the government's most commonly stated missions is to protect its citizens. Regarding 9/11, this duty would certainly include understanding the true root cause of the destruction in New York City that day...for all three buildings. For NIST and the government to assume that combustion of office materials in a small area of the building caused the symmetrical collapse of Tower 7 is simply irresponsible. It also demonstrates absolute neglect in their duty to protect its citizens from attack. If terrorists could fly planes into WTC 1 and 2, could they not have wired tower 7 for demolition? Shouldn't we be absolutely sure that's not what happened? Looking at the collapse, nobody can deny that it appears to be controlled demolition. So the next question is, who wired the building? The refusal by NIST to test for residues of explosives is beyond belief.

On 9/11 3 buildings were demolished in a controlled demolition. The molten metal, the reports of bombs and secondary devices and the way the buildings came down clearly shows something is wrong with the official explanation. If anything the above chunk of the towers would have toppled over, following the path of least resistance. Actually we clearly see this happening at the onset of collapse but then as the building is demolished beneath there is no resistance to make it continue to topple over. WTC7 is the loaded gun as Niels Harrit states. Plain and simple. Anyone seeing that video with a basic empirical knowledge of the physical world will know that the collapse could not be caused by fires alone.

WTC Building 7 came down on 9/11/2011 under extremely suspect circumstances. The follow up investigation on this, the largest crime scene on American soil, in American history, was a sham. A new investigation as to the cause of its fall should be initiated by a group independent, but sanctioned, by We, The People, and our 'government'.

The Pentagon event shows that the official story is false because of the improbable flight path flown by the 757. The Shanksville event shows that the official story is false because of the characteristics of the aircraft debris field.

I began the formal study of horticulture in 1972, completing my degree in 1977. Horticulture is a multi-disciplinary field encompassing botany, plant physiology and pathology, the study of insects and other plant pests, soils and soil analysis, chemistry, plant identification, surveying, and the construction of plumbing, irrigation, and electrical utility systems, business law, plant nursery operations, and technical report writing. For all but two of my working years, I have spent in the hands-on application of my education in the service of my employers and customers. Since 1989, I have focused almost entirely on the care and removal of trees, and in writing professional reports for the development environmental review process, for insurance companies, and for attorneys working on tree-related issues. I have been certified by the International Society of Arborists since 1988, and also hold the Tree Risk Assessor Qualification. Much of what I do relates to a practical understanding of the physical forces that bear upon the structure of trees, the strengths and weaknesses of the same, and situations and conditions that predispose trees to failures, and their precipitating causes.
My first impression upon seeing the video of the falling buildings on that fateful day was, 'There is no possible way that such a thing could happen in this country without the foreknowledge and assent of officials at the highest levels'. All of the documentary evidence that I have seen indicates intentional destruction of the buildings, and that the airplanes alone could not have caused the buildings to collapse. I am not sure of the exact explanation, but I am thoroughly convinced that the official explanation is a lie.

I believe that it is many detonations at the base of the building that compact and clear room fast enough for the building to fall into at freefall speed, to create what demolitions experts invented, a building implosion, to keep the building within it's own center, or footprint, and into that neat centered pile.

I'm a New Yorker who worked in the WTC area including right next door 100 steps away from bldg 1 & 2. I was among the first to enter the building for a tour before it was even open for business. I can tell you from first hand experience and witnessing the actual construction of the building that no jet liner could bring these buildings down. Also, the pancake theory is the most asinine deflection of the truth imaginable. It is basically saying that a structure designed to hold up components of a structure, which it had been doing without any difficulty at all including people, furniture, computers, generators etc...suddenly failed to hold up that same weight (minus ejected materials due to explosion) simply because without evidence, (the theory posits) this same collective weight of the structure became unbearable because the aggregate spacing/height between the height above and the height below has changed. Logically even if there was a pancake effect isn't it true that the structural foundation below was holding up the entire structure above? Even if the height above compressed, the weight the lower structure has been designed to hold up for that structure is not reduced or diminished. Like a table holding up a stack of books wouldn't collapse simply because you reorganize the books or reformat the stack.The perps must be made to pay dearly and as an eternal reminder to those who think to do such things.

Although I have no relevant qualifications, I have designed and built many small structures which are still standing today.
