To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

His response was, ""It must be possible because it just happened."" Since then, I wish I had added, ""The buildings came down through the path of highest resistance but fell at near free-fall speeds. How does jet fuel leak down the cavities of the building all the way to the footings of these building to provide such a clean free fall. If a truck hits a house, it may fall to the ground, however portions of it will remain splintered and fragmented, however not obliterated.......

I have worked under the direct supervision of a licensed structural engineer for many years. Having watched and read all of the testimony and evidence posted by Richard Gage over the past decade, I urge the Congress to create an independent commission to fully investigate the collapse of the three World Trade Center buildings, and not to arbitrarily rule out any possible scenario or conspiracy that could have led to the patently false official NIST report. Testimony by the first-responders who observed and heard what they have reported were explosions, melting steel, and chemical traces which are not consistent with the theory that airplanes caused the fires and collapse of WTC I and II; and the full unedited free-fall photographic evidence of the collapse of WTC 7 should be included in their study. If Congress does not agree to this, then a public subscription for an independent analysis by distinguished experts from universities abroad should be undertaken.

I am a mechanical engineer with a Master of Science degree, a Professional Engineer license in State of California, and 32 years of working experience. I do not have experience with building structures, but I still find the explanations for the symmetrical collapse of building 7 (fire and vibration) to be unacceptable.
The Building 7 collapse is very suspicious, and the lack of a much more thorough and transparent investigation is not acceptable. The people that are chosen for carrying out an investigation must be selected by a public voting process, not by the political figures who may have a different agenda.

After viewing the building 7 collapse, I have to say if somebody told me that a demolition expert was reducing building 7 to rubble I would agree. The thermite connection is strong evidence that somebody orchestrated cutting the under-pinnings of building 7 and probably had the twin towers prepared for demolition.

I saw obvious and striking inconsistencies and irrationalities in real-time reporting on 9/11/01. The passports of the so-called hijackers surviving the collapse of the buildings when most everyone and everything else was reduced to dust is one example. It was totally implausible that all suspected hijackers from each plane would be identified and supposedly confirmed on that very day. Also, when I saw the buildings fall in a perfect implosion, even as a layman, I knew that was not the result of jet fueled fires. This whole thing smelled wrong from the beginning.

I have common sense and logical reasoning and an unbiased perspective to understand that we were not told the entirety of the truth.
Anyone with logic and critical thinking using ratiocination and a unbiased perspective can see that WTC 7 did not progressively collapse due to fire alone. It doesn't make sense. Even if you picture the common 2 story house to be on fire you couldn't picture it inside your head collapsing the way we saw. Not only that, but also the evidence on super-thermate or nano thermite and molten metal has never been debunked.

Buildings do not collapse like that unless it's a demolition... pretty clear to see in the videos the windows getting blown out before and during collapse on lower floors as it's falling... angle cut beams on ground zero... jet fuel doesn't burn hot enough to melt steel.. c'mon people... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this one... explosions in the basement... lobbies... etc. duh?!

Nothing in nature goes towards the path of most resistance, it just isn't natural. Science can prove it and there is a reason we can build, engineer, invent and design with science, because it is based on knowledge and understanding of physics. What happened with all of the WTC buildings was a mind blowing new discovery in science that even more shockingly remains totally undisclosed and investigated by the government.
