PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Although software engineering is quite far from architecture, I can follow scientific arguments, and have helped with the writing of a number of research papers in which theories were suggested, then tested with experiments and conclusions drawn. So if follows that when taking an impartial analytical look at the evidence given for the 911 collapse, I have to reject the collapse hypothesis in favor of demolition, given the overwhelming number of pointers to wards the use of explosives.

I was shocked to see the explosions and resulting ejections of structural materials that were occurring a few stories below the collapsing structure above. The real cause of these explosions needs to be determined and made known. Further, how this was accomplished, and by whom, also needs to be exposed.

I retired from the Air Force over thirty years ago after serving 20 years. I was trained as a B-52 mechanic. During my service as an airplane mechanic, one of our duties was to clean up after an airplane crash which I did after 3 B-52's crashed in Washington state. So, I am familiar with what a crash site looks like. Also I worked in the Pentagon for four years and am somewhat familiar with the security there.
Through the years I have always been interested in viewing large structures that were demolished. The twin towers and building 7 in my opinion were brought down by specialists. Anyone can see that building 7 was a classic pull. The pentagon photos do not show where the wings along with the engines would have hit. It is very difficult to believe that this large airliner would totally disappear into that hole. And where are the other videos from the pentagon?

For the last 13 years I have lived in Detroit, and for most of this time I have been involved in automotive suspension design, catering to the OEM automotive market. It has become clear to me that the official story, that describes the reasons for the 911 WTC building collapses, is fundamentally flawed. There are hundreds of gaping anomalies and unanswered questions. The most obvious question is how Building 7 collapsed. The much delayed explanation appears fraudulent. Similar very substantial issues remain with the Building 1 and 2 official reports. The most plausible explanation appears to be that of controlled demolition - for the destruction all three buildings. It is important that the truth is known - of what really happened. Most of all, this is owed to the families of the victims, who had to fight long and hard for the first official report - which was a dismal failure. A new investigation is needed imminently.

I have a BS in Computer Engineering from Tufts University Engineering School. I believe that everything has a scientific explanation, and anything that defies a scientific explanation is either bad science or something that is not yet conventional science. In other words, if science can't explain it, either the effect is something that exceeds current methods of scientific measure or your data is bad and/or your assumptions are incorrect.
Seeing that the collapse of all three WTC structures can be explained with classical chemistry and Newtonian physics, any evidence of molten steel would indicate that a form of combustion much hotter than the burning of jet fuel caused the failure of the steel structure. When approaching maximum oxidation efficiency, such as in the inside of a jet engine, jet fuel will burn at close to 1500 'C, however, fuel burning under normal atmospheric conditions, even with significant updraft, could burn no hotter than 1000-1100 'C. The melting point of high carbon steel is about 1350' C, depending on the specific alloy. Even with prolonged exposure to the the heat of that burn could cause steel to weaken enough for it to bend and collapse under its own weight, it would not produce 'rivers of molten steel'. That sounds more like something that would have been exposed to a much hotter flame for a short duration, such as thermite. A rapid burn would also better explain the collapse that resembles that of a demolition. It stands to reason that if the twin towers failed due to steel failure due to heat, it would have fallen at an angle as it would seem highly unlikely that the entire structure at the burn floor would fail simultaneously. What is harder to explain is the notion that the collapse of the twin towers not only caused the fire at 7 WTC, but that it was enough of a fire for the building to collapse as though it were demolished as well. Finally, there is the cold fact that none of the gold which was in the reserve at 7 WTC was recovered. Gold doesn't disappear regardless of whether it was melted or not. Put simply, there are just too many 'strange' facts in this incident for the standing explanation to be acceptable by any person of science, regardless of discipline. The fact that the report was rushed and debris was removed from the site with what can only be described as haste, one has to think there is more to the story. A lot more.

t was clear that the twins collapsed due to a controlled demolition because in the official report it was stated that the structural integrity of the beams was reduced because of the fire started by the burning jet fuel. The problem with this theory is that the burning point of the jet fuel is lower then the melting point of the beams, they were made to resist fires and the structural integrity would not be effected enough for them to collapse.Also the I state again that the buildings were designed to bare the impact of a Boeing jumbo jet. Because of this and because of the way they collapsed, I think that that was a controlled demolition.

I really don't believe that one sets out in life planning to be an artist the way they would a lawyer, accountant or stockbroker. Instead, I think it's a calling -- it finds you. Being an artist is by no means easy, and one wouldn't intentionally choose a difficult journey without good reason. As much as being an artist is a gift, the concept of the artist is often romanticized and made to appear glamorous, when so often, it is just as much a burden. I really don't think someone consciously chooses to be an artist at all, but rather, nothing else fits or makes sense. It's having something important/relevant to say and being given a medium through which one channels that vision/voice. Some people are content having others speak for them, the rest feel compelled to keep searching for their own means of expression. It's never being truly happy and never feeling complete unless you are creating and able to express that inner life..
I just find it very hard and confusing for a building so strongly built of 200,000 tons of steel and 425,000 cubic yards of concrete to collapse so fast with one hit..those buildings were built to withstand such collision hits and should have only damaged the local area of the collision and burnt down for a very long time.

I am not an architect or engineer (or even know anyone in these particular professions), but am a concerned citizen who would like to know the truth about what really happened on 9-11-01. Anyone with any common sense can surmise that the official story is riddled with, as David Ray Griffin states, omissions & distortions, which don't make sense logically or scientifically. I am an unemployed graphic design student who lives in the SF Bay Area with a healthy distrust of my government (as every good citizen should!).
Clearly controlled demolition. Steel framed buildings don't collapse that easily and in freef all, after only a few hours of fire on a couple of floors (in BOTH towers!). There has been no other prior incident of this happening- ever! Building 7 fell identically (with no plane hitting it), and the subsequent government (NIST) investigation (or major media, for that matter) of that particular building's collapse failed to give even a halfway plausible explanation. We need more organizations like yours to put the facts straight and give us REAL answers!

The 9/11 Commission report in no way adequately addresses the issues and questions raised by insiders and people of the world. This alone is enough for me to feel that another investigation is completely necessary. I have researched 911 for years, it may as well have been a college senior thesis. I have come up with my own analogy, it's like an onion, the first layer is rotten, so you tear it off & find that the second layer is rotten to. You keep tearing off layers until you get to the core(which would represent the twin towers), and the core is rotten too. Can you still say the onion isn't rotten? No, it is rotten to the core, everything I have researched about 911!

It looked like a controlled demolition and there were explosions in some of the buildings. i think it was planned so they could go into the middle ease problem reaction solution

I'm a delayed college student trying to work my way up to the finals of the AA degree in Architecture. I'm 21 years old and I live in Miami. I'm on the road to find out the truth about 9/11 and the physically-impossible collapse of all three towers.
As far as my studies and sense of logic, and physics apply on the building, having studied its structure from inside and out, I doubt a single 757 could have brought down the buildings alone, even less with the fire. The building's well-built and designed to withstand multiple airliner impacts. The jet-fuel fire is not even a factor in its collapse, as jet fuel proves to burn off faster than regular fire. The core structure of the towers were sturdy and solid enough to keep the buildings from collapse and yet the towers went down, on a sudden fraction of a second without any sign of collapse. As far as I know, if the floors did indeed fail, the core would have seen standing still, and the entire building shouldn't have been compromised, especially the North Tower, where the top was the lightest part and demolished the heavier, more stronger part. The failure in this violates the laws of physics, seeing concrete pulverized to fine dust without any resistance whatsoever, and falling at freefall speeds, which is unreal to me. I just want to know what happened to all that structural support. And of WTC7, that is more of a mystery to me. How does a forty-seven story tall building collapse into mostly dust and onto its own footprint and nearly free-fall speed? What happened to its core and most of its columns? There were 81 columns in that building, only a few failed, one buckled... and the damage was nothing compared to the buildings surrounding the fallen WTC towers. I want to get to the bottom of this, and find out what exactly happened.

I am a young man looking for truths. I grew up in this digital age and cannot imagine a world without cell phones and the internet. I was in 6th grade, in elementary school, in 2001. I could not rationalize at the time what exactly happened. But as I grew I gained distrust for the official story. I lost acceptance for who it was that was speaking. But being in high school I was distracted by foolish things rather than national issues. Now I have the time and the momentum to polish my words and allow my voice to be heard.
I am a student. There is nothing that has been a greater influence in my life as the events in 2001 and the successive wars. From the beginning I did not recognize any of the official stories but had little ability or drive to research the shortcomings. I was young only about 11 when the attacks happened and as I grew and lived through the fiscal collapse I find the truths have been obscured. The truth has been dismissed in confusion. A new investigation and new light must be shed fast upon the problems in our country today. We have no other choice but to make a stand for ourselves.

How is this even possible? The surrounding buildings had damage, but why did building 7 completely collapse? And why hasn't there been hardly any mention of it? Why is it when a plan hit the towers before, they never collapsed, but they did this time?

My family and I have always questioned the government. Considering the government has ultimate authority, they can do what they please. What are the real motives behind events/decisions. 1984 by George Orwell is the world we live in but it is hidden from society.
Firefighters, engineers, physics professors, architects have all concluded through evidence that the world trade center collapse was a controlled demolition. One question is enough to know that it was an inside job; why did building seven go down without any impact? This event was just enough to get the American people ready to go to war. Why did President Bush have to lie about weapons of mass destruction; because it was a falsehood. On top of that, how could a 757 do that small of damage to the pentagon which is has the highest level of security. The impact was 65 by 75 feet in which a 757 is in the high 100 feet level. There were too many loopholes on that day. If you're asking yourself why the government would do such a poor job of constructing this disaster it is because the American people believe anything. At this point, brainwash and ignorance rule the people. In the words of George Orwell, Ignorance is strength.

I find it IMPOSSIBLE from my credible findings that the Twin Towers could have in any way collapsed in essentially free fall time by a mere hour of jet fuel burning in an oxygen starved enviroment.

I am a student at Northern Kentucky University. Through careful investigation, I have concluded that the official 9/11 story is a cover up.
These buildings were obviously brought down in a controlled manner. Only people kidding themselves could think they were not. Why did the 9/11 Commission Report not even mention building 7. The lack of answers leads me to question the official story of 9/11.
