On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

I feel very similar with the claims of ae911truth and can fully reconstruct their theory. Although I have to add or differ with the point of the temperature of the fires! In an interview with the chief of the fire police of Switzerland he claimed that the temperatures were up to 1200'C but did only last for about 15 minutes under this heat and after it cooled down drastically. And also that the steel regains the strengh after cooling down again. This does not change a lot or matters a lot but it is just a minor adding detail.

I am a student at Wilfrid Laurier University, majored in Global Studies and Communication Studies. My main research in both of these fields include a focus on the power structures of society and how both information and authority are disseminated and perceived (once the information reaches the masses). It is part of my main arguments that those in power decide to withhold information from the public when it serves as a tool to regulate the population and uphold current power structures (i.e. those regulating the information wishing to keep themselves in power). If the masses did get a hold of the unregulated information, those in power would risk losing their position of authority.
I am worried about the fact that the Bush Administration refused to answer any questions about the attacks under oath - if they have nothing to hide, why did they refuse? I also worry about the official story of what happened - the research was not independent and officials involved in the Bush Administration were responsible for overseeing the story. An independent inquiry must happen! The WTC's fell in the same manner that a building being demolished in a controlled setting would - a plane hitting the top of a tower does not cause a reaction as to completely demolish the whole tower; as I'm sure experts in engineering have already stated.

I am a student (and also enrolled in the honour program offered at my university), going for my bachelor's, and currently in my final year. I am studying chemical engineering at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
Having seen videos of the WTC towers (and particular WTC 7) collapsing and numerous videos showing the demolition of a building, I must agree that the destruction of WTC 7 highly resembles a building being brought down under controlled circumstances. The two towers also fell in a similar way a building would under controlled conditions. I, who am not a structural engineer, easily understand that a fire could not of cause the towers to collapse the way they did. As explained in the presentation (and other videos which can be found via youtube) that the fuel from the plane burns at a temperature lower then the melting point of steel (and this data is easily found through google or chemical handbooks). This would mean that steel core of the building would have been unaffected in all areas which did not sustain damage from the planes impact. And even if for some extreme reason, the fuel burned at a temperature high enough to melt the steel core (locally) the building would topple over. And one doesn't need a computer modeling program to figure this out. A simple thought experiment would suffice. The fact that the building came down on itself suggests that the building mass below the impact point was removed. This is the only possible way that the building could heve come down accelerating (initially) at an equal rate as an object under vacuum. This also indicates that the WTC towers were brought down in a controlled manner and not as a result of fire. The physical evidence presented in the presentation, proving there was thermite present in the aftermath, is a strong indication for controlled demolition (if not absolute proof). This easily explains all the molten steel witnessed at ground zero, since the thermite reaction produces (molten) iron, aluminium oxide and heat. The fact that thermite residue was found at the site, indicates that thermite may have been a contributing factor (if not a more dominant factor) to the collapse of the buildings. The fact that NIST does not include this fact in the report (molten steel), and that a representative for NIST even denied there being any witnesses which could state that there was molten steel at ground zero (of which there were plenty) suggests a corruptive force influencing the investigation which NIST carried out. Also, since the investigation carried out violated basic scientific research methodology, (probable false conclusion and failure to return and alter initial fire hypothesis which would lead to a more adequate conclusion) the entire investigation and its results are rendered invalid. This means that a new investigation must be initiated to definitively conclude the cause of the destruction of the towers. A startling aspect to realize is that an official investigatory system overseeing one of the worst crimes carried out since WW II, so ineffectively investigated the crime. The ineffectiveness of the research carried out is so severe, it wouldn't be surprising if the actual objective of the report was to prevent the public from discovering an alternative theory (controlled demolition).

As a student, I am a hard worker in my community between volunteering and working 50 hours a week, and engaged in school based work (classes, study groups, etc.) amounting up to 20 hours a week. I keep very busy.
In my opinion, I feel that taking a strong stand against the investigation is completely off-base if there is nothing to hide. If I were a person who had no knowledge, and was completely unaware of what happened on 9/11/01, and then was handed just the basic information regarding this travesty, I would want to know that I was receiving the truth FAR beyond a reasonable doubt. Well, understanding that 9/11 was an inside job is not rocket science. So many things do not add up in 9/11 that makes you confused about what really happened. The thing that struck me most is the Pentagon, the hole and no proof of a plane in there. Also how fast they knew it was Bin Laden who did it and they just attacked Iraq and Afghanistan killing millions of people! What I hate most about 9/11 is that it has made my religion look diabolical.

Hungarian by origin, I have attended international schools in Switzerland, Malaysia and Japan since the age of seven. I am currently studying at the business school of the University of Exeter, and this organization and petition were brought to my attention by my old geography teacher from Japan.
There is clearly an overwhelming amount of evidence suggesting that officials have attempted to cover up something significant from the public eye, relating to the 9/11 events. I believe the truth needs to be uncovered, in order to respect the victims of the event, as well as all those - worldwide - affected by the event.

I'm not an engineer but even I can tell from watching enough footage and other reviews of the twin towers that something dodgey was really going on there. Perfectly falling down buildings not destroying any buildings around them.... that seem at bit off for a massive building with a plane lodged in the side of it.

Have experience in helping the Malaysian Police to solve the bombing case during the Al- Mauna attack in Perlis.
It's my belief the attack at the world trade center cannot easily made by assumption. The way it fell, that is the side of that building, is very strange because that building will not fall like that for example look at the other building that is hit at the center did not collapse but the building that are hit at the outer radius of the center cause it to collapse. Try to take a look at the footage a few time you will see.

I am a junior at the University of Cincinnati. I am currently working on two Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, and a minor certificate in Geography. My family includes my wife, 3 year old son, 8 year old golden retriever, and two 4 year old sister domestic short-hair cats. I was first inspired by politics and philosophy in a class I took at the University of Cincinnati called Moral and Political Ideas, where I read John Locke's Two Treatises of Government and the writings of Thomas Jefferson. This sparked my passion for American Government, American History, Economics, the Constitution, and political decisions (as well as their consequences). I read philosophical books ranging across the spectrum, as I believe you can't form an opinion without every side of the story.
According to physics (which one could learn in an introductory physics class), a falling object moves along the path of least resistance. The Twin Towers, had they fallen due to fire or structural weakening from a plane, would fall downward until they met with resistance from the lower structure and then fallen outward. It defies physics that the towers fell into themselves, along the path of most resistance, without the central columns being taken out. The only way I can see that having happened, is through the use of controlled demolition. WTC 7 was never hit by a plane and collapsed into its own footprint, making it the first steel structured building to collapse due to fire in all of history. It collapsed at nearly free fall speed with a controlled demolition trademark of a crimp in the top of the building before it collapsed. The fact that the 9/11 Commission Report never mentions WTC 7 is enough evidence to demand a new investigation.

Like everyone who saw the videos of the towers' collapse on 911, my first thought was how very odd it was that they fell so very orderly into themselves. Looking back its shocking how quickly I became convinced of the official story. Re-educating myself on the topic, with the knowledge I have from architectural studies and the seemingly irrefutable evidence 911 truth lectures have brought to my attention, has convinced me that the this official story does not match the truth. The world needs the truth.
