On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Science was not suspended by those who destroyed the three World Trade Center buildings. There are hundreds of points that I investigated that reveal the official government version of what happened on and around 9/11 is, to put it simply, nonsense. However, one only needs to understand 2 of these points to be motivated to call for the first real government investigation - and not cover-up. 1. The three, steel framed high-rise buildings fell at or near free fall speed - which is impossible if they were brought down by fires. We should consider that never before or since 9/11 were any such buildings, anywhere in the world, brought down by fire. Supposedly, the first, second and third time this ever happened was on 9/11. 2. Nanothermite was found in the dust and debris (evidence of this has been published in peer reviewed scientific journals), and all three buildings show the clear signature of controlled demolitions that would result from the use of thermite eg. molten hot metal was reported to still exist in the basement 6 weeks after 9/11. I believe that the best way to bring all our troops home and prevent the planned invasions of Iran and Pakistan - to be also based to a large degree on the false-flag operation on 9/11 - is to get the overwhelming evidence to the public. Further, our government's continued refusal to satisfactorily answer questions about obvious conflicts in their version of causes and its refusal from the onset to allow a full and open investigation of these causes by an impartial and empowered body strongly suggest that certain elements in the current administration were complicit in facilitating the events of 9/11 as well as engaging in a cover-up of that complicity thereafter. Lacking a full and open investigation for cause it is highly unlikely that the truth can ever be proven.

I am/was a project engineer with 15 + years in the energy industry and exposure to gas engines and fuel combustion. I have experience in ASME/AWS code material (steel) selection and material strength calculation and loading analysis, plus pressure / temperature calculations.
The nearly uninhibited free-fall of all 3 buildings is contrary to laws of physics (Newton's laws of motion and the conservation of energy / first law of thermodynamics). The collisions during the building collapse (i.e., upper floors dropping into lower floors) would demand that the falling body (upper floors) should slow down far below natural gravitational acceleration value (32.174 fl/s^2 or 9.81 m/s^2) due to momentum and collision losses. The momentum / mass of the lower stationary floors (f=m*a and m1v1 & m2v2 products) would reduce the average speed and acceleration rate of the falling mass, and 2) the energy absorbed (force * distance) via the collision and material distortion (i.e., steel bending), or material disintegration (i.e., concrete crumbling) as the falling upper floors collided with the floors beneath must also reduce the acceleration rate. Also, the jet fuel and office fire burned BLACK (indicating an oxygen lean/fuel rich fire), which would not produce a temperature hot enough to melt such a massive steel structure, much less weaken the structure to the point of collapse, especially as the collapses do not occur with any sort of directional bias (falling toward the failure or weak point).

I actually worked at the World Trade Center Tower 2 back in the '80's and when I turned on the TV that dreadful morning of Sept. 11th the first thing I thought of were all of the workers in the basement and sub-basement levels. I was an Executive Chef working for Inhilco back in the '80's and spent many hours below the street levels ordering foods and designing my menus based on what was in season. To date, I have heard nothing of the potentially 100's of people working there who were incinerated in these rarely spoken about Explosions in the sub-basement levels. After trying to avoid looking at the horrible truth, I now have to admit that I am NO LONGER asleep. Of course these buildings were BROUGHT DOWN by controlled demolitions. And the amount of sophistication to pull it off had to have taken A MINIMUM of 9 months to a year to put into place. Elevator upgrades?? I think not!! That (The elevator renovation) cover supplied the context for which the Super Nano Thermite Gels and dry explosives were slowly put in to place over the period of...many...we will never know for sure...months...so that once placed this False Flag Terriorist operation could just play out, giving the Bush dynasty it's Gulf of Tonkin to proceed into WAR.

I have been a concrete foreman completing hundreds of residential house designs and foundations. I have been a mason foreman responsible for 30 to 50 masons and helpers, completing big box stores, several schools in NC and SC. I have also built shopping centers and malls consisting of millions of CMU and millions of brick. I am taking Commercial Construction Management couses at a local college and I am 45 credits into my Associates degree.
My personal knowledge of structural steel and concrete does not allow me to accept the answers that are being given, or the statements that have been made, by the federal government. Steel and concrete structures do not catch fire and burn, then collapse like WTC7 did, without help?

I took 7 classes of science in 4 years of high school, and math up to calculus. Work many jobs in construction and demolition.
In my experience, airplanes made of aluminum cannot fly through steel framed buildings as most of the planes' remains should have crashed to the street below. Explosives would have to have been used to clear the path.

I study Industrial and Systems Engineering at USC, which focuses on a variety of engineering principles. Relevant to 9/11 is the assessment of catastrophes, risk factors, accidents and the contributing elements that lead to them. Physics, chemistry, and electrical engineering are vital components of this education. I have spent considerable time conducting my own research on the fact-based causes and explanations related to 9/11 and am reasonably educated on many facets of the day in question.
"When we look at the facts related to free fall, the existence of experimental/military grade thermite, the lack of any building ever crumbling under remotely similar circumstances, the obliteration of iron and steel, and the inexplicable collapse of building 7, science does us a favor by begging questions such as why the NIST report does not investigate these matters. Bush's brother being contracted to do construction on the towers prior to the attack certainly offers one theory as to where the charges came from. This is further corroborated when no invoices can be produced for this million dollar project. The removal of evidence from the site and its shipment to China compounds the theory. The fact of Air Force training exercises being conducted that day that simulated planes being hijacked obfuscated the ability of ATC to discern what was training-related and what was real is certainly an amazing coincidence. Finally, in tower 7, there were departmental files that were conveniently destroyed in the wreckage, such as Bush administration federal oversight records. There was also a man who was stuck in the building who witnessed hours of blast charges; he later was ""disappeared"" after coming forward with this information. The lack of severity of the fires is also suspect. The trick is to link the factual evidence to these organizational discrepancies and procedural and records anomalies. That link must be witnesses and members of the administration, firefighters, police, officials, and other people that have high credibility. We still need some of these people to fill in the blanks between evidence and theory."

If the buildings had nothing but the the planes hit them there would have been the center steel structure still standing but badly damaged and there would be a stack of floors at the bottom. The building fell at free fall speed and looked almost identical to a planned demolition. Weeks after this horrific event there was molten steel found at the crash site. A plane crash and fire itself would not produce enough heat to melt steel.

The government's explanation of the destruction of the Twin Towers is misleading and incomprehensive. The Towers were designed to withstand a jet airliner impact. However, the structural engineer of the Towers, John Skilling, knew that controlled demolition was a perfectly viable way to destroy them. The WTC twin towers could not have fallen straight down. If a building was severed at the airplane impact point (meaning complete structural failure), the top of the building would follow the path of least resistance which means that it would fall to one of the sides. If that isn't enough to make the government story seem wrong, then what about WTC building 7? The current explanation is that it fell due to a fire. I can tell you that a building of that caliber would not fall straight down without serious force like a magnitude 9 earthquake.

I am 26 years old and am currently enrolled as a liberal arts student at my local community college. I am attempting to gain acceptance into my school's nursing program so that I may achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. As such, in preparation for this field of study, I have already enrolled in and completed many science courses. Some of these fields of study have included anatomy and physiology, chemistry, and microbiology. A degree in physics, architecture, or engineering is not required to understand that the official government explanation for the destruction of the three skyscrapers on September, 11 is just not possible. I firmly believe that not only the collapse of Building 7, but also both of the Twin Towers were incontestably the results of a controlled demolition. There is simply no other scientific evidence that refutes it that has any credibility in its method. I am currently a student finishing up an Honours Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology, Mathematics and Buddhist Psychology at the University of Toronto. In addition, I have a sufficient college level of understanding in introductory Physics.
I have done an extensive amount of research into the topic of 9/11. In accordance with the official report, what happened to the 3 skyscrapers seem to be statistical improbabilities that mockingly defy the law of gravity. As a good student of science, I know that phenomena cannot be proven but disproven. This further justifies the need for an unbiased comprehensive examination of the incident.

I am a first-year student attending Carleton University's internationally respected industrial design program in Ottawa, Canada. I have two years of hands-on construction experience and I am completing my bachelor's degree for Carleton's faculty of engineering with a (likely) minor in psychology. Some of my applicable knowledge includes substantial understanding of material composition, manufacturing processes, physics, calculus and vectors. Outside of school I immerse myself into world issues, politics, and the local art and music community. My program focuses on the sociological and contextual importance of design and how it can be used to help the world, solve problems in our lives, and move our species forward. I hope to one day be able to bring my knowledge of design and my passion for a better planet together in order to do my part and hopefully make a difference.
9/11 was one of the first things I ever remembered seeing on the news. I was a chubby, slobbery 6 year old at the time, but the impact was still significant. It was one of my first experiences with my soon-to-be rapidly increasing understanding of disaster, tragedy, and the loss of human life. Media had made it possible for me, and many other millions of children around the globe to witness thousands of people dying in real time: something impossible 50 years before. 9/11 is a day that my generation will never forget, forever shaping our perceptions of security and war. Yet as we are now learning, the internet has given us the power to share information; allowing us to easily and intelligently question and come to conclusions about stories that just don't add up. The ReThink 9/11 ottawa bus advertisements lead me to the website, and from there to an acceptance of the disturbing real facts surrounding building 7, the World Trade Centre, and the blatant need for an investigation into what really happened that day. You do not need to be an expert to see the problems and inconsistencies layering the initial story of 9/11. It is incredibly important to our global society that we step back, look at the bigger picture, and unveil the true details surrounding that terrible day.Considering how much 9/11 has shaped the United States, its political motives, and consequently the world, it is necessary that humanity knows the truth. ReThink is an honourable, brave, and incredibly important push for justice and transparency into the details surrounding the World Trade Centre building collapses in New York City on September 21st, 2001.

From all the videos seen - it looks like a controlled demolition. There have been counter examples of cement apartment buildings withstanding orange/red flames, which are much hotter than smoky flames seen in WTC, and did not collapse even after 18 hours of burning!

I am a 3rd year Electrical Engineering student. My course work to date includes but is not limited to:Multi-variable Calculus as well as Linear and Differential Equations, Trigonometry, General and Organic Chemistry, Physics I & II, C++ Computer Programming, Circuits I & II. I have been an SMT Operator for 9 years. An SMT Operator is a person who programs machines to build circuit boards for various kinds of consumer and non-consumer electronics.
I am not an architect or a structural engineer. However, it doesn't take one to know that the odds of three buildings all collapsing perfectly into their own footprints due to 'fire damage', for the first time in history all on the same day, is a near impossibility. Further investigation is needed by a 3rd, 4th, and 5th party that has absolutely no affiliation or ties with any government agency whatsoever.

Where are all the debunkers? I can't find any explanations that scientifically refute the evidence this community presents. The only data I've come across either engages in personality attacks or makes opinionated claims to uphold the nonsensical mainstream story-line at all costs.

Well I don't claim any technical expertise in matters of engineering. But when it comes to the collapse of WTC7, I don't think any such credentials are necessary to see that it is a demolition. I think if you showed 7 collapsing to people that didn't know it was part of 911, ninety nine percent of them would say that is obviously a demolition... and I suspect without much hesitation. It's only when people first know that it is part of 911 that their judgment becomes clouded by all kinds of cognitive biases that obstruct their discernment of the truth.

I believe that the WTC was attacked by drones armed with incendiary devices, damaged by previously planted explosives possibly meant to prevent people from escaping and later demolished by using nanothermite.
