PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was forced to retire in 2002. I had a long Public Works career for the City of Kansas City, MO as a sewer and street designer and a plan reviewer. I college I had a strong interest and aptitude for structures and architecture. I have reviewed many construction plans for buildings and have watched construction of many large structures in KC. I have watched the construction of many large buildings and also have personally witnessed 5 controlled demolitions in KC. When I saw the towers fall on 9/11 I knew something was wrong and my first instinct was that it was impossible. When I saw building 7 fall I knew it was a CD. Why was there so many video cameras aimed at B7 when it fell if it was unexpected? Some coincidence. I have been studying this subject since it happened. I can find no evidence that any of the official story, even events other than the 3 buildings, makes any sense or is even possible.

All aspects of the collapse of the skyscrapers on 9/11 fit perfectly with controlled demolition. The official report statement, that the skyscrapers collapsed due to the impact of the planes or falling debris, does not make sense from a technical point of view. It does not line up with the character of the collapse, the reports of people being able to descend past the impacted floors during the fires, and multiple corresponding witness reports of molten steel and secondary explosions, including the explosion on the ground floor before the first plane hit the first tower. Given the enormous undesired consequences of the skyscraper destruction and of 9/11 in general, it is crucial that the case of 9/11 is reopened in an impartial and independent investigation.

When I saw the first trade center 'collapse' live on TV in 2001, my first thought was, 'I can't believe a plane can do that.' Then the second one came down exactly the same way. Then I thought, 'Wow, I guess a plane CAN do that.' Then I saw building 7 come down and thought, 'That looks exactly like a controlled demolition.' Years later and sifting through much evidence, analysis, and demonstrations, the most plausible explanation of what I saw is that they were all deliberate controlled demolitions.

It topples over, it does not fall straight down at free fall rate.

I have a BS in Engineering Technology from Cal Poly at San Louis Obispo. I spent 25 years as an HVAC facilities project and design engineer for high tech facilities. I also spent 10 years as a piping materials engineer in the petro chemical industry.

How did a hit on one corner of a tower cause a symmetric collapse? How did a fire on one end of building 7 cause a symmetric collapse? What about building 7 free fall, all of the witness testimonies that have been blocked out by the media, molton steel, thermite, the whole US defense apparatus failure. Why? We invaded the middle East countries largely because of 9/11. There has been a lot of dying and maiming over this. The truth must be exposed. So far both political parties and the mainstream media are complicit in allowing the cover up of the 9/11 attack. The dead and their loved ones deserve a real investigation.

I have been skeptical of the 9/11 reports issued by our government. Even someone like myself who would be considered not 'highly' educated, not yet anyways, could clearly see that points in the statement just did not hold evidence to support them. I remember seeing the story about the skyscraper in Peru that burned for almost 3 days and, even though the top 17 floors that were on fire eventually did fall, the rest of the building did in fact remain intact and did not crumble as the twin towers did. And the fact that people who were actually in the tower made several reports of hearing bomb explode.

Not physically possible for towers to collapse. It seems like the government is trying to cover up the fact that Building 7 was demolished. The 9/11 Commission Report didn't have much to say about this building. They just said that it had fires on three floors and debris from the other Towers' collapsing made this one fall. None of this adds up because the Tower was made from steel. Steel melts at 2500 degrees Fahrenheit.

It is my belief from the evidence gathered that 9/11 was not an act of a foreign terrorist group. It's not surprising to me that the general public doesn't want to hear the truths that have risen about these incidences. It's a rough thing to go back into your memory, and even worse to sit in and actually harvest the possibility that our chosen leaders may have, in some way, influenced it into occurrence. But physics, no matter where you go stay the same. And free fall, is free fall. In order for there to be nothing blocking WTC7, at the time of collapse, for the first eight stories is just preposterous. I'm no genius, but I'm assuming that means everything fell out at the exact same time, and was not obstructed in it's fall for eight stories. This is just a little too farfetched for me.

After transcending my denial, I allowed my mind to see the impossibility of a commercial airline alone disintegrating a 100-story office building. I have also seen videos of thermite (not even thermate) in action on steel mediums and from that understood that only carefully placed uses of the incendiary could cripple such massive pieces of steel. 9/11 was a controlled event. There are certain indicators that tell us that something other than office fires and jet fuel brought these buildings down. Indicators like, molten metal at the crime scene, months of raging infernos even with rain and thousands of gallons of pyrocool, the microspheres in the dust. All of this information points to another culprit other than office fires, which is why we must continue to ask questions and demand a real investigation.

From looking at evidence I have concluded for myself that the official report given by NIST doesn't even come close to giving an accurate explanation for what happened to the Towers that day. There are many questions that have to be answered to explain the physics of what happened to the towers, if one just goes over all the evidence it becomes very clear that the report given by NIST doesn't really answer much when it comes to their explanations of how the towers collapsed. Basically to me the NIST report is one massive guess with little scientific evidence to back it up.

Growing up in Canada, I've stayed informed regarding the political events in the United States. This tragedy in particular has been covered extensively by the Canadian media. My curiosity regarding this event led to discovering the many 'conspiracy theories' surrounding them. I believe that it's imperative we stick to the basic facts and undeniable doubts then we may see what these lead to.
The official story of the destruction of the skyscrapers during September 11, 2001 defies common sense when considering the many pieces of evidence pointing towards a controlled demolition. Whatever the truth may be regarding this event, it must be revealed to citizens of the United States of America as well as the international community. I was in the 9th grade in my third period science class when my teacher turned the TV on. I had never been to NYC so I did not realize the magnitude of it until I moved to NYC when I was 19. I remember thinking the buildings were really tall though as watching it on TV. I remember seeing the second plane hit and lots of smoke.

Interested in the truth my entire life. The day of the Kennedy assasination, about 4p. m. , I told my father I didn't believe the story. My father asked me why. I said because it has only been a few hours and they have months of information about what happened and Lee Harvey Oswald. And, they said they were sure that he acted alone, when it would have taken at least weeks, possibly months to know that for sure. Thats right, believe it or not, they couldn't fool an 8 year old. The official story of the events of 911 are just as unbelievable, the more you look at it the more impossilbe it is, and it is completely impossible.
The official story regarding the events of 911 is a ridiculous fairy tale. The actions of the President, the story of the planes and their path, the stand down of NORAD, the way the buildings collapsed, all false. There are literally 100's of reasons the official story cant be true.
