To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have over the years been involved in building many structures and thus have an educated common sense knowledge.
On 9/11/01 my first view of the event was via internet but because I was preoccupied... I just didn't pay attention. Some time in 2008 I discovered Youtube and began watching the various videos...especially the many slow-motion views. At some point my educated and experienced brain started to focus on what I was observing and hearing. Many things became problematic...fire department reports of estimate to extinguish two hours...reports of a series of explosions etc. My common sense told me that asymmetrical heating of the columns should have caused the upper portion of the impact to fall to one side...alongside the standing portion. Factor in the classical controlled demolition similarity, the fine grade cement break-up, no standing columns, free-fall speed through a path of maximum resistance, the laws of physics defied, conservation of momentum etc. the first steel frame buildings collapse in history in one day...not one but three...it's just too much...something is rotten.

I graduated from Clarkson University in 1998. I focussed my attention on structures, optimization, and renewable energy. I took a graduate level course in Finite Element Analysis and that gives me some background to critically review the NIST studies on the WTC collapses.
Upon seeing the video of the WTC 7 collapse, I could see immediately that this was a classic case of controlled demolition. Clearly the core columns were cut first -- as shown by the center of the roof beginning collapse before the rest of the building -- and then the rest comes down at free-fall. Classic and unmistakable. If the WTC 7 was demolished, why not WTC 1 & 2? If there were any demolitions, then clearly 9/11 was an inside job. Period. We must find out who did this crime before they strike again in America -- perhaps with an even greater crime.

I was a GS-13 Acquisition Program Manager at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. working for the U.S. Air Force and am now retired after a 30 year career, 5 years blue suit and 25 years Civil Service. I have extensive experience in acquiring weapons systems in the areas of Acquisition Logistics, Acquisition Program Management, and Quality Assurance. I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I have seen many building demolition videos on the discovery channel and what happened to the 3 WTC towers is the exact same thing. It's literally a controlled demolition, I do not believe people think that a strong tall building could just collapse because of a plane crash.

I will tell you, the WTC was blown up, there was an old building in Peoria, IL, it stood on the Illinois River in Peoria, IL, that was blown up by explosives, and the way that building fell, was exactly the same way the WTC fell, I hope some one will read this and contact Peoria IL, about this building, I do not remember what year it happened or remember what the building was, but I am sure someone could get involved with you all about that.
I believe the WTC was planned by our own officials in office, I believe one plane that went through it was a drone plane, I believe we need to all come together the whole world just not the USA, because of this horrible act of violence and all that it lead to, war on Iraq, planned by our own officials. It occurred while I was driving to Biology class, at 8:46am, and was announced on the radio, and was on the television when I arrived in class. This is the most important event in the history of my life. It has been scapegoated to commit a multitude of other crimes for extreme financial gain at the expense of human suffering around the world and an uncountable amount of blood from the American citizenry.The events occurring on 9/11 were clearly intentional in nature. Plane crashes will never cause the implosion of a building. The merest knowledge of the fundamentals laws of science or the basest tenacity in investigatory skills show a multitude of false statements made in defense of the official narrative. Not just false statements, but pure factual, scientific, impossibilities. Statements that break the laws of the universe, while clearly ignoring the humongous pile of tangential evidence that clearly paints a picture as to what happened. The only questions remain who caused the events. There has been no real investigation of this due to the fact that the orders originated in the highest halls of the United States Government. As of this writing, those same halls have been unable or unwilling to even begin to question the narrative dictated to them from the cabal that committed and continues to commit treason against the United States. I, Devon Michael Walker, wish that a true investigation into the answer of those questions would begin, and the crimes that continue to this day be brought forth for judgement.

The moment I saw the second plane hit the WTC I knew something was horribly wrong. I was immediately aware that it was an act of war. Upon seeing the towers collapse I also knew that it was no mere 'terrorist' attack. I recently watched a youtube video about major points which the FBI investigation of the towers missed or omitted. A relative of Pres. Bush was in charge of security at the towers at that time. Suspicious! One of the towers was 'off power' from the 50th floor and above the weekend before the attacks with numerous engineers/technicians entering and leaving. The tower collapse looked like a controlled demolition. Dan Rather even said this on a newscast. Pools of molten iron were present at the tower's base which could not be caused by an airplane.

I have no experience with higher education in science or physics. I came upon the 9/11 Truth Movement when my friend mentioned something sketchy about the Pentagon. I immediately became hooked on 9/11 documentaries and pursuing the truth. The evidence was clear and I didn't understand how a good percentage of Americans still don't know the truth and don't care to learn it.
It was a controlled demolition. All you need to do is watch the way the building came down. If that's not enough for you, listen to the testimonies of those who survived and were in the buildings. If that's STILL not enough, watch the BBC coverage of reporting building 7 collapsing a significant amount of time before it happened.

WTC-7 story published in the media and by the government does not add up. An outside investigation needs to be conducted because of the implications of the scientific evidence that has been compiled by outside concerned citizens.
