PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I did not believe that the airplanes contained enough jet fuel to explode the way they did and then the remaining fuel could cause the collapse the way it did. The video '9/11 In Plane Site' shows a dust cloud 50-60 stories high rising from ground level northwest of the twin towers as they burn. Neither tower has collapsed yet, so there should only be smoke coming from the locations where the airplanes hit. This dust/smoke indicates some kind of explosion in the area before the towers collapsed. High powered explosives must have been used in addition to the thermite-controlled demolition.

I concluded early on that the official explanation, even before the 9/11 Commission report, did not add up. The first couple of items that I found suspicious were 1) the pulverizing of the concrete and 2) the free fall of the Towers in less than 10 seconds. Since 2001 I have read many books on the subject starting with Painful Questions by Eric Hufschmid, The New Pearl Harbor by David Ray Griffin (I saw him speak in Berkeley a year ago with Peter Phillips) and Towers of Deception by Barrie Zwicker the latter of which included the CD The Great Conspiracy. From the latter book I agreed with the author (and Richard Gage whom I heard on KPFA today) that there needs to be another, more thorough, investigation of the events of 9/11/2001. To add to my list of suspicious items, I saw a public showing of a CD, in 2004, where the focus was on experienced criminal investigators and how they were making the case about the rapid shipment of the steel from the Towers to India and China and that act was destroying evidence at the scene of a crime. I worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center from 2001-2005. I was amazed how otherwise very savvy physicists and engineers didn't want to entertain the thought, or evidence, that the official explanation did not add up. They willingly accept the official pancake theory. I have my own theory about their willingness to accept the official explanation. Several years ago I came across a term called cognitive dissonance. The psychological description goes like this: the term describes an uncomfortable mental tension that arises from results from having two (or more) conflicting thoughts at the same time i.e. The Towers falling was a bad, terrible event and My government is here to help me and they couldn't have had anything to do with the destruction of the Towers.

I left school at age 18 and worked in various factory's and farming jobs until I was 21 years old. I then went to London to work as a computer operator. I have since worked for over 46 years in the IT industry for a number of Banks, Building societies, Insurance companies and Energy companies.
I was in London when I saw the events of 9/11 unfold on a TV. At the time it happened, I kept getting flash backs to a centre page Daily Mail news article that described how terrorists could hit the twin towers with planes. Although, even this article stated the steel structure design would stop the towers from collapsing. I believe that this news paper article was produced in the late 1970's or early 1980's, but I've since been unable to locate it. I believe the original 9/11 report was a whitewash with many unanswered questions being over looked and a lot of key evidence being destroyed. As a result, I would like to see a truly independent investigation into 9/11.

Watched this happen in real time when I was living in CT. Went to Ground Zero the following February 2002. Since then I've heard other thoughts that it was impossible for a plane to hit the Pentagon by the size of the hole. Watched George Bush's face when he was told about the event. I studied Civil & Structural Engineering at University before completing an Associate Diploma in Science (Construction) in 1991. I had my builders license in Australia and owned a small Construction Company prior to my calling to the priesthood in 1995. In 1994 I visited the Twin Towers and was amazed that it was design to withstand the impact of a plane.
