PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

We have to throw almost all books of engineering science to the rubbish bin if we are to accept such report. It will be better to watch the science of the Hollywood films like StarWars. I initially accepted the heating-theory when the WTC buildings collapsed because it sounded plausible at first glance and I didn't feel any compulsion to examine or think about it any further. However, upon seeing Loose Change, Fabled Enemies, and listening to the makers of those videos in person and listening to Richard Gage in person and referencing it to my background in structures and thermal dynamics, it became apparent to me that this was yet another fiasco/cover up ala Oklahoma City. I even manufactured my own refutations of the official version for the layman: 1. If you pour any flammable liquid on a flat surface (like a beam), what is the hottest point? Answer: it's at the tip of the flame NOT at the base so all that fuel spilling randomly around the buildings could not possibly have melted/softened so much steel mass from such an uncontrolled fire (just pour some alcohol on a cement floor, light it, then put your finger inside the flame near the floor and then at the tip of the flame and compare the temps). 2. Heat dissipates rapidly in 3-dimensions so couldn't possibly have the focused or confined temps necessary to melt steel, most of it would be carried away by air. 3. Steel itself also dissipates heat rapidly so any heating that occurred at the site of the fire would immediately spread throughout the steel frame disallowing any temperatures hot enough to melt steel anywhere other than the site of the fire if at all. 4. Note how it conventionally requires an acetylene torch using PURE oxygen at a FOCUSED point using only the TIP of the flame to melt even a SMALL area of steel - the WTC buildings had only AIR (not pure O2), had DIFFUSE heat, and over a LARGE random area - how could anyone think that was sufficient to cause failure of even one piece of steel let alone the ENTIRE steel structure ?!? 5. Jets and cars burn their fuel continuously within confined steel enclosures yet I have never heard of them melting due to this heat. 6. Even if a steel building could collapse due to heat, with a RANDOM fire heating solid structural steel RANDOMLY, I would expect a RANDOM failure leaving some columns collapsed, some columns twisted, some columns bending off to the side, and many columns still standing straight up in the air - NOT a TOTAL crumbling collapse into a nice neat footprint into the ground! Only a planned and focused demolition using explosives set at key structural locations throughout the building could cause this. The fact that you don't need any sophisticated theories or secret evidence to prove this, and the fact that you can simply use everyday logic and experiences along with mainstream media's own videos to expose the falsity of their own pet explanation for 9/11 makes this petition a slam dunk - assuming it is presented to a logical, ethical, and receptive audience (oh, oh).

The official explanation of the the 9/11 WTC tower collapses does not answer many technical questions. Why did the towers hit by planes collapse? Why did WTC 7 collapse without being hit by a plane? Why did the towers collapse as if a planned explosive demolition was executed? How did temperatures inside the building reach levels that could melt steel? Why was the majority of material pulverized? A thorough, 3rd party investigation is needed.

Building #7 was the entrance to the rabbit hole for me. The first time I saw the building collapse I knew it was not caused by fire. No way. I have worked with iron, copper, aluminum and tungsten thermite. I have developed ignition systems, delivery systems and welding with it. I know what thermite looks like when it burns. I know what the molten material looks like and that is exactly what was shown pouring out the side of the tower on 9/11. Thermite does not happen by accident and jet fuel and office fires do not melt steel!

Approximately one month to the day of September 11, I found myself pondering the recent news reports indicating the potential negative trends of the economy. Since the reports were vague but consistent, I began to ponder as to how they could be accurate. Using my past experience and knowledge as a former Professional service-member I concluded that for a foreign power to disrupt the national economy or physically threaten the nation. It would have to have the capability of bringing down a skyscraper in a major US city. Which, was technically not possible. The idea that the threat could come from within, was not unthinkable. But, at the time it was easier to imagine that such a scheme and it's perpetrators would be exposed. The day I heard the building was hit, I thought it was quite a coincidence. Less than an hour later, I heard someone in the office saying the build had fallen. I thought, impossible. Throughout the days and weeks that followed. I heard so called official reports that, based on my knowledge were either lies or crimes at the highest levels. For instance, it was reported that NORAD did not respond in time because the pilots were involved in a training exercise and was not sure the messages coming in were real or part of the training exercise. In training exercises one crucial elements is to exclude an element form the training in the event of a actual threat. Another fact is that in communications the training takes place in a network of data transmissions specifically designated for non real world training exercises. Either the NSA policies have changed or the NSA was a part of the event.

I just have a question. Can a pyroclastic flow occur only in an explosion? Isn't that what happened on 9/11? Surely that can't be so hard to prove. The way cars parked on the street were fried and things were melted and fused together, The molton steel etc. Anyone should be able to see that A pancaking highrise can't produce these effects.

I was 4 years old when 9/11 happened, and I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing. It was such a standalone moment that burned itself into my psyche at such a young age, and I did not come to fully understand the real truth behind it until I reached late adolescence. I studied International Relations in college, and interned at the International Trade Administration in New York City. I have always been academically and professionally stimulated by world trade, and have always held in my heart a special connection to the Twin Towers and the events of 9/11. Perhaps it is due in part to my long love of New York City, where my parents would frequently take me as a child and where I decided to settle after college and remain today. I visit the original World Trade Center frequently in my dreams. Sometimes I am inside it, and sometimes watching it burn from the street. 9/11 set into motion so many horrific policies and events that I believe have culminated with the most recent scam - COVID-19, another easily disprovable charade. If more people came to the realization that we have been lied to about the events of 9/11, maybe they can come to see the light surrounding other earth shattering events, and we can live in a more free, conscious society that does not live in lies.
I, Bryce Ciccaglione, as a citizen of the United States and resident of New York City, demand an independent investigation into the events of 9/11. The trove of eyewitness accounts, expert testimony, and hands on studies disproving the official theory are more than enough to warrant that the case be reopened and reexamined with a fresh pair of eyes. In addition to the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and the countless others who succumbed to injuries sustained on that day, wars built on lies have led to the death of thousands more soldiers. Worse still, the assault on our rights to privacy as citizens has been catastrophic and ever increasing since the 9/11 event. The survivors of the Twin Towers, first responders, decedents of those who perished, soldiers both dead and alive from the Iraq War, and the entire global population that has been living in undue fear for the last 20 years deserve to know the truth.
