To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've been working in the construction field for more than 3 years now, on an structural design approach, for public and private organization in Colombia. I studied six months structural steel design in Mexico as well.
We design buildings that can resist even the worst earthquakes. So, local fires due to an airplane crash can't cause enough energy to make a building literally disappear in a few seconds. So, I strongly believe that the WTC destruction was planned and caused by a different force, the same force we use to demolish an old building. I hope one day that those lives will be redeemed by the truth so they can finally rest in peace.

After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Alan worked for a number of private architectural firms in the Los Angeles area before moving to Washington, DC, to serve as a hospital architect for the U.S. Public Health Service. He went on to get his Masters Degree in Architecture at UC Berkeley before settling permanently in Pennsylvania to pursue a career in building product research with Armstrong World Industries. - - Alan joined Armstrong in 1969 where he was initially involved with new product development for modular housing, passive solar energy, and furniture systems. In the mid-1970's, he began concentrating on new approaches to integrated ceilings. He was deeply involved in responding to the Federal Government's 'Peachbook' performance specification approach for office buildings and continued a similar private sector effort as Chairman of the Integrated Ceiling Subsystem Task Group for the Construction Research Council in Washington. - - More recently, as Manager of Technical Information for Armstrong Floor Products, Alan focused on providing assistance to specifiers, contractors, and end users; new product testing and refinement; training salespeople; and writing technical literature (including computerized product specifications). He also developed an AIA-approved resilient flooring continuing education seminar program for Armstrong commercial field and distributor representatives to use with architects and interior designers. - - - - Alan is a past member of both the American and the International Solar Energy Societies, was a representative for Armstrong to ASTM, and is currently a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, the Society of Architectural Historians, Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts, and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He has spoken to a variety of audiences over the years and taught in a number of classroom environments. He was invited to speak to large audiences of hospital architects at two health care symposiums in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and authored a paper about flooring in health care facilities that was translated into Chinese for a conference in Shanghai. - - - - Now retired from Armstrong, Alan is devoting more effort to his long-time passion for research in post-quantum physics and metaphysical studies with groups based in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. His interests take him to many parts of the world as he pursues subjects such as alternative energy sources, sacred geometry, archaeology, and investigative mythology. He is a strong advocate for moving away from a fossil fuel-based economy.
I began studying the collapses of the Towers a couple of years after the event. The more I researched, the more I became convinced they did not fall from the impact and subsequent fires of airplanes. The evidence is overwhelming.

I was fascinated with physics in high school and constantly try to keep up with advances in the field. I'm excited about CERN and my conception of god is based in quantum physics. I've never watched an object, any object, fall through a much larger greatly more massive, upright, stable, structurally zealous object - composed primarily of steel and concrete - at near free-fall velocity, and come to the ground in massive clouds of dust. The underlying theme of the collapses, w/r/t the theories set forth by investigating agencies, is that of crushing; it is not that of annihilation, which is what we have all witnessed, countless times. Critical analysis is the only skill necessary to notice the discrepancies between official fact, and the findings of genuine, caring, and bold individuals concerned with that elusive thing we identify as truth.

I have a BS in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines. Before moving to the US I was a licensed civil and structural engineer in the Philippines and I designed high rise buildings.
WTC-7 was brought down by carefully planned demolition. High rise buildings do not fall symmetrically without disabling all the columns all at the same time. You do not have to be an engineer or architect to build a sample prototype structure made of sticks and cartons to show that a symmetrical fall will not occur if all the columns are not removed at the same time. This was a carefully planned demolition and would have taken months ahead to implement.

I am well trained in the sciences and agree with you fully about the Towers being destroyed by explosives. The official explanation is outrageous and the way the media covered it up is even worse by calling us conspiracy theorists. Anyone who thinks 2 planes can bring down 3 towers, all constantly accelerating at freefall speed, with total dismemberment of its components, is absolutely deluded. This shows a lack of intelligence or respect for the fundamental laws of science, as well as for the thousands who perished. Molten metal seen at ground zero for 3 months while immersed in constant water irrigation is disgusting. The poor victims that were blown to pieces, along with the solid steel beams, 4 inch concrete floors and all it's internal components, deserve more respect than a generic cover up. We all need to know the truth for reference during our advancement into the future and as an explanation of what happened. No disaster in the past has ever been covered up with a false story, let alone an outrageously false story that defies science. God bless us all and bring those to justice who rigged the buildings with explosives and pulled the trigger on 9/11 after the planes hit. What a sickening way to die, especially for all of the firefighters and police officers who rushed in to save everyone. I pray the truth shall prevail in the future. Strength in numbers and I've found most people are open to hearing the true explanation so let us unite and get the word out globally. They will not be able to hide it any more. I am more than happy to help in any way I can if possible.
