PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have lived, for the past nine years, with the events of 9/11 haunting me nearly everyday. What started out as anger and what I then thought of as patriotism, has now turned into guilt, fear, and unrelenting anxiety. Starving for the truth as to what exactly happened that day... and what's continued to happen from that point on. In the Fall of 2001, I was only 18 years old. The college that I was attending was located less than a mile away from an airport. When news struck of what was going on in NYC and at the Pentagon, we were immediately dismissed (evacuated) from class with instructions to get away from the school/airport area. As a friend of mine and myself made the terrifying one hour trip back to our home town, we listened to the radio in a desperate grasp for what was happening. Ironically enough... Howard Stern was giving the most detailed account of what was going on in NYC that day. Our minds were filled with thoughts of more attacks, war, and even being selected for the draft. Thankfully, neither of us ended up fighting in Iraq. Life slowly went back to normal, that is, until more and more evidence started to come about of a possibly conspiracy within our government being involved in the attacks of September 11th. Now, as a parent, I strongly fear for my 7 month old daughters future. In my mind, I feel that things can only become more distorted and volatile in our nation. Feeling there is no end in sight, to the hypocrisy and deceit that plagues our country. Tired of being misinformed by the media as well as the people who run the United States of America... I now search for help, information, and guidance. I would also like to offer my assistance in spreading the word about the need for real answers regarding the historic events of September 11th, 2001. Even before I saw the show on KBDI on 9-20-9, the voices of 9-11-1 witnesses were compelling. Earlier this week I heard a televised bit from a witness/hero, one of the last to leave second bldg to blow who swore he felt explosions from the basement before the plane hit from above. If everyone speaks out something can be uncovered but it probably won't be the American government that will be able to do it on its own strength; it's too deeply enmeshed in the coverup. The same tactics used on UFO belief-- ridicule and eye rolling -- will prevail until the majority manage to be strong enough to distrust the distorted mainstream media.

There is overwhelming circumstantial evidence surrounding the collapse of the WTC buildings which directly contradicts the official government explanation. I have worked in Corporate Finance and Business Analysis since 1988 when I earned my MBA from Cornell. I obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1981 from The University of Kansas, and I worked in Engineering before I earned my MBA from Cornell.
There are many significant, questions left unanswered by the cursory investigation of the events of 9/11. I am concerned that WTC1, WTC2 and WTC7 collapsed nearly as rapidly as we would expect in a free fall. That means that their structural supports were destroyed simultaneously, which is what we would expect from a controlled demolition attack. Also, how did WTC7 collapse although no plane struck it? The 9/11 Commission could not answer these questions. Finally, how can we explain the presence of Nano-thermite, an Explosive Material found in 9/11 Dust? Since their presence indicates that the buildings were destroyed in a controlled demolition, we need a real investigation to determine how the buildings fell, resolving the apparent coverup of the 9/11 events.

Extensive reading of reports, especially information including photos and videos of the melted condition of the steel beams and the molten metal do not support the NIST conclusions. From years of working with steel as a welder, as a blacksmith, as a designer and builder, steel simply does not melt in fires without temperatures far beyond what was possible in the WTC event. Also for not one, but for three buildings to collapse at near free fall rates and stay largely within their footprint suggests something very different than the NIST conclusion.
