To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I've worked as a writer and editor for over 10 years, including positions at mainstream daily newspapers and community journals. I've written several stories about issues relating to 9/11. Due to my research, I do not believe the towers fell the way the U.S. government claims.
I have viewed a lot of footage regarding Sept. 11, 2001, and the series of events really does not seem to add up. Steel buildings do not disintegrate from a strike, even if you add jet fuel. And there's been no justifiable explanation given for the WTC 7's collapse. I, along with thousands of other concerned citizens, call for a re-investigation of the events. This should be done by a true and impartial team of experts who have no governmental ties or agendas.

These building should have collapsed sideways above the crash place, and left most of the bottom floors standing. A masterpiece in perfect demolition! How many people in the world can do that? Had the Government showed footage of a proven controlled demolition on nationwide television and said that fire caused the collapse, not one person on planet earth would believe them. I am a citizen of the United States and I am very concerned about the truth of the 9/11 event. The facts point to very different conclusions that what the United States citizens have been lead to believe from the fourth estate of this country. Statements from eyewitnesses were not consistent with the official story, and the immediate identification of suspects within days, and the targeting of countries that were not cooperating with the geopolitical aims of the Pentagon seemed too convenient. Subsequent studies and careful analysis of the available information confirms in my eyes, the involvement of insiders in the destruction of the trade towers. In the months and years following this event, legitimate activities by people concerned with environmental and human rights impacts of our use of fossil fuels, have been targeted, to the detriment of fair and equitable development.
