To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have built, for example, an 11 story building in Madrid, using concrete (floors -2 to +6) and steel frame (floors +7 to +9) structures. Where do you start? If a plane hit the pentagon, why wont they release a video which shows this. There certainly should have been more plane parts in shanksville and the pentagon. Even if the fire was hot enough to melt the metal of the plane, where are the tons of molten metal? Building 7 is obvious demolition. The biggest inconsistency with building 7 and the towers is that stress would have been concentrated where the planes hit or where the fires were buring, however fracture does not occur at this stress concentration but rather at the base of the structures.

This is marked required, but I do not understand why, as I have NO background in architecture nor engineering. I am a simple 63 year old woman with a BS in Educ 1965 (Major in English). I continually search for truth because that is the only way to obtain peace.
After reading Dr. Griffin's book on WTC 7 and reading several of his articles plus articles by experts (architects, engineers, physicists) and watching four different videos related to 9-11, there is no doubt in my mind that the buildings collapsed as the result of controlled demolitions. Only high power sophisticated explosive techniques could cause heavy metals to fly through the air and land with force on other buildings. Only by the use of thermate and/or superthermite (nanothermite) could the massive steel columns be melted and create a flow of molten steel. Also, the FACT that fire alone has NEVER caused any other building to fall at free-fall speed and turn into a tidy pile of debris must be considered if validity is to be a factor in the evaluation.
