On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

He also developed an AIA-approved resilient flooring continuing education seminar program for Armstrong commercial field and distributor representatives to use with architects and interior designers. - - - - Alan is a past member of both the American and the International Solar Energy Societies, was a representative for Armstrong to ASTM, and is currently a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, the Society of Architectural Historians, Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts, and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He has spoken to a variety of audiences over the years and taught in a number of classroom environments. He was invited to speak to large audiences of hospital architects at two health care symposiums in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and authored a paper about flooring in health care facilities that was translated into Chinese for a conference in Shanghai. - - - - Now retired from Armstrong, Alan is devoting more effort to his long-time passion for research in post-quantum physics and metaphysical studies with groups based in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. I have had broad experience in the planning, design & engineering of multi-story, braced-frame and moment-resisting steel frame structures including office towers and large scale institutional complexes.
After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

All three buildings collapsed in their own footprints, which is a highly unlikely event unless as a result of controlled demolition. The building's architect has stated that the structures were designed for airplane strikes. If one were to believe that the weight of the airplanes were responsible for the collapse, then they should come up with a scenario why the third, 42 story building also collapsed in it's own footprint without being struck by an airplane...and also why the old post office building across the street did not fall from the supposed ground shaking. Also, if one supposes the collapse was due to the airplane weight and complicity of the fire created by airplane fuel burning...do they really think it's possible to melt steel instantaneously at gravitational freefall rate? (Even if airplane fuel could burn hot enough to melt steel in the first place).

After being made aware of the AE911 video by a technical associate, and watching the video, I was somewhat shocked to learn about the structural collapse of building 7. The associated videos prompted me to watch the collapse of the other buildings with a more critical eye. I was shocked to see the explosions and resulting ejections of structural materials that were occurring a few stories below the collapsing structure above. The real cause of these explosions needs to be determined and made known. Further, how this was accomplished, and by whom, also needs to be exposed.

This would not make me an expert but I do believe that my studies in the field do qualify me to claiming a science based opinion as to what smells and what doesn't.
With the passage of time, the preponderance of evidence related to the WTC collapse events indicates to me that there are many ignored questions which need to be addressed. Although, I was always suspicious about the nature of collapse of the twin towers, I am MUCH more disturbed about the nature of the collapse of Building 7 and what is likely represents. Also, the significant signs of molten metal during and immediately after the collapse of the buildings, (negating the situations where rescuers used torches to remove rubble) is very alarming. Also, I am very disturbed by the lack of thorough investigation of the 911 events. I hope the credibility of the researchers who have found nanothermite is maintained as this will likely be a source of attack for those who want to prevent a new investigation. I believe it is time for firemen, engineers, architects, lawyers, pilots, family survivors, first responders to all support each other to DEMAND a new investigation. 911 is the blackest of modern day historical events and it is SCREAMING for a proper investigation. 911 was an excuse for war, and if in fact it was a premeditated act by more than just the air attackers, then the response attacks AFTER 911 were as much or more EVIL than 911 itself. The truth MUST be found and accountability must be resolved or we as a society, will never be free of its effects.

With a focus on structural engineering and design, I received a Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Architectural Engineering. I assisted in the design of bridge structural components for a large project for the Texas Department of Transportation. I designed reinforced concrete and steel components for bridges. I carried out laboratory and field research to better understand the mechanisms of premature failure of reinforced concrete structures. I received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on construction materials. I have also worked as a project manager for a foundation construction company.
I have spent hours listening to eyewitness accounts and analyses by engineers and scientists on the topic of the causes of collapse of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. I can only come to the conclusion that the commission for the official 9/11 report was grossly negligent in its investigation. Not only were critical details omitted from the reports, but blatant lies have been and continue to be spread regarding the actual events on September 11, 2001. I am a scientist and engineer in support of a new, correct, scientifically sound, and comprehensive investigation into the causes of collapse of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7, as well as a criminal investigation into all people associated with one of the most horrific crimes in human history.

There are many intriguing aspects to consider: 1-[[tab]]The very implausibility that one building with the structural steel framework like the ones in the WTC collapsing due to yielding of Steel members caused by common fire. 2-[[tab]]The statistically infinitesimal possibility of this happening in 3 buildings on the same day. 3-[[tab]]One of the collapsed buildings had a lateral and localized fire and even this one collapsed in near free fall to free fall speed in its own footprint. 4-[[tab]]The high speed of descent without any disruption by means of a total or partial absorption of the impact from the floors below. 5-[[tab]]The sequential pop outs from levels that were located 3, 4 and 5 levels below of the lowest sequenced collapsed level. 6-[[tab]]The incredible breach of security in the airports, air companies, intelligence. 7-[[tab]] The lack of immediate response between the first plane that hit one of the Towers and the second Tower. 8-[[tab]]The awfully deficient level of investigation over the most lethal attack on American Soil.

Aircraft jet fuel does not burn at a high enough temperature to melt building structural steel. Firefighters stated they observed molten steel in the rubble 24 hours after the buildings collapsed. Building no. 7 collapsed even though it was not struck by an airplane.

Based on physics and chemical evidence, it is obvious that the official explanation was false, but events were happening so quickly back then that no one took the time to question it. Sadly, it apprears that this is a massive coverup - very troubling.

Following my BS in Civil Engineering, I ended up working 25 years internationally in upstream oil and gas. My background in structures as well as with explosives has helped me understand the issues regarding the destruction of these buildings.
While watching the first edition of Loose Change on TV here in France around 2003, I saw the collapse of Tower 7. I knew immediately that this was a demolition. I witnessed the towers fall from my freshman year English class room. At that very moment I knew instinctively that there was no way the jets alone could have caused the collapse. The images were obviously showing a controlled demolition. When the story about weakened steal and the pancake effect came out as the final conclusion I could not believe it and have had an acute interest in the subject ever since. We all deserve the truth.

I find it impossible to believe that one column failure in the WTC 7 was the cause of collapse.

I realized, after 2 hours of watching and listening to TV on 911 about the events at the WTC, that the discernible facts were not as described by the frivolous official statements and later stories. However and by whomever the actions were carried out and the patsies recruited, it was totally different than the official statements concluded and reports indicated. My current conclusions, based upon extensive reading, historical comparisons, physical and chemical analysis, discussions, lectures, and the viewing of available videos, as well as the political, military, and financial policies that have been undertaken since 911, all support my initial assumptions about the 911 events.

Why would WTC Building 7 collapse when the building did not experience impact from the plane? Fire alone would not melt steel columns to the point that the building would fall? Also, the collapse appeared to be a controlled demolition with each floor collapsing on top of each other.

I have worked with structural engineers and understand the concepts necessary for structurally supporting a building. In addition, have received an education which includes materials failure, physics, structural analysis and other core classes which would help me understand a building's reaction to an impact of a plane and damage due to fire.
High rise steel buildings simply do not collapse due to fire. There is ample evidence of a controlled demolition and the rapid removal of debris implies a hurried non-investigated destruction of American property. This was a controlled demolition in which was not properly investigated. A travesty such as what happened on 9/11 should be thoroughly investigated and not swept under the rug. Building 7 is the proof necessary to warrant a different explanation as to who is responsible.

30 years of communication system design furnish and install work involving Public Safety and Military applications. Designed 911 call/dispatch centers utilizing the EDACS radio system that the Port Authority had in the towers.
My father worked at 115 Broadway while the trade center was constructed. I watched radio row be replaced by a crater and then what would become the WTC 1&2. When I watched the towers come down on TV I knew something was wrong with the picture. I was in the USAF and I know what JP4 is and the fact that they just swept away the evidence made me look very closely at the NIST report. I do not think the conclusions of the NIST report come from the evidence and I would expect a real investigation be conducted in the United States of America so the responsible parties can be held accountable.

The most unbelievable aspect of the official story, to me, is the free-fall speed and lack of tipping of the buildings. In the failure described by the official story, equal and opposite forces would have caused a jerky fall and lack of perfect symmetry would have caused the structure to tip as it falls.

Other than the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings and controlled demolitions, I have NEVER seen a structure collapse neatly upon itself. Yet in this one location three buildings did just that. It defies the laws of probability.
