PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have earned (Gateway Technical College, Racine, WI) three associate of applied science degrees in engineering: Architectural/Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering/highway Technology and Design, and Land Surveying, where I was awarded top of my class status in all three programs. I believe the people have the right to know the truth. As a building designer, I want to know for certain that that building will not fail and cost people their lives. Being lied to about how buildings fail causes all kinds of problems. We want the truth. The architect who designed the WTC deserves to be justified by assuring us that the WTC was a sound and safe building. The only thing that could destroy that building would have been bombs, because they destroy everything, don't they? We should also ask who benefitted from this financially, politically, and the like. We need to prosecute those who are responsible so they don't do this again.

One needs to study the Gunpowder Plot, the Popish Plot, the Maine. the Lusitania, the Purloined Necklace. and The REICHSTAG FIRE, not physics to understand this miraculous event.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. I worked for a developer (commercial and residential) for two years after graduating. During my engineering courses I studied structures with Harry West, an excellent structural engineering professor. During that semester, we did a case study on the disaster that happened at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City in the 80's. I recently looked up the information about the event (in particular when I was watching Mr. Gage's videos about WTC 7 and the 9/11 disaster in general) and was surprised to discover that the Kansas City disaster was the biggest structural steel failure, in terms of loss of life, until 9/11! I wonder what engineering students have to study now when the facts about 9/11 are so unclear and decidedly incorrect in the government version that NIST released. Why can't we get a proper investigation into these events that addresses the real facts presented to us, like free fall collapse through path of greatest resistance. It's nonsense that the government would even have high school students believe such stuff, let alone advanced university engineering students. Please include my name in your petition. I think the victims of this disaster and the subsequent victims (both US soldiers and Iraqi citizens and US citizens in general) deserve the truth.
I was shocked to see the scientific facts that Mr. Gage presented regarding the collapse of WTC 7. It should be obvious even to laypeople that the collapse was a controlled demolition. Even newscasters of the day reported they thought that was what they were seeing. Why is the government hiding the truth from us? It is obvious that explosives, at the very least, were used; more than likely, based on the finding of the microspheres of iron in the dust, the incendiary thermite was used. I am not a 'truther' or kookspiracist. I simply have an engineering background and am amazed that people who see Mr. Gage's presentations would think that he is making things up: that the laws of physics took a break on that September day. I now think and feel so differently about our government and even about agencies like NIST and the ASCE that have failed the engineering community on this incident. Why didn't these agencies explain the obvious fallacies and discrepancies present in those events? I feel betrayed by our government. I also feel a deep sense of distrust for such agencies that have the responsibility to protect the general public by providing unbiased and truthful investigations into incidents that harm and kill us citizens. I remember studying the Kansas City Hyatt disaster in engineering school. We were taught about the consequences of negligence in our work as engineers, how loss of life and property can occur as a result of poor work on our part as engineers. How can current day engineering students look at 9/11 and learn anything when so many paradoxes and controversies surround it? Our government needs to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened. So many lives have been lost and continue to be lost as a result of the rash decisions and outcomes based on what was perceived to have happened, most of which is unsubstantiated by facts and scientific laws that must not be disregarded. I wholeheartedly support Mr. Gage's movement to get a new investigation, and I hope he is able to achieve what he has set out to do: reveal the truth.

I have been studying this information closely for the past 6 months, especially the Pentagon's absence of a Being. Everything I have seen provides compelling evidence of foreknowledge, and therefore, conspiracy. But before we lynch Chaney, Rumsfeld and crew, I want all of the truth to be revealed. I strongly suspect that our government was somehow forced into these actions by an outside group, perhaps by a country that compromised our own security and threatened us into committing the acts of 9-11, in which case Bush and crew might really be heroes. Building seven is the smoking gun. It is so obviously a controlled demolition that to say it collapsed or toppled is insultingly ridiculous. For any building to collapse at near free-fall speed into it's own footprint all of it's critical support structures need to be eliminated within seconds from start to finish. Fire is not explosive as it attacks a building's framework, it is more erosive.

I have watched the video with Jules and Gideon doing the documentary on the fireman at ladder 1 in down town New York many times. Barry Jennings was pulled aside after escaping WTC 7 and described explosions in WTC 7 before the towers even collapsed. This compiled with video footage describing what firefighters and police officers thought to be explosions and not to mention the discovery of Thermite. The collapse of the twin towers was impossible, the main problem I have is the undamaged lower part of the buildings had always supported the weight of the rest of the building, but then the building fell at almost free fall speed. As I said before the collapse was absolutely impossible, how did 47 40 foot 4 inch beams that were bolted and welded together collapse. I saw videos on youtube where the narrator said you could tell the twin towers were brought down by explosives because debris were blown out as the towers collapsed. To begin with I thought they were idiots, I told other people of course debris were blown out as the towers collapsed. Part of the reason for believing the collapse theory was due to the lies about the construction of the towers, we were told by the main stream media that the towers were supported by the outer shell and they said that was connected to supports with inferior sized 3/8 or 5/8 bolts and nuts.

I began my career with the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency in Floodplain Management/Hazard Mitigation. Later worked for the Georgia Emergency Management Agency, AMEC Earth and Environmental and finally URS Corporation as a Project Manager in the disaster management industry. With nearly a decade of experience and over $50 million in project duties my daily colleagues were engineers, architects, planners, emergency response personnel, FEMA bureaucrats and so on. During my time in the field I earned CFM designation through ASFPM and was only an interview away from CPM and CEM, successfully passing over 40 courses on Leadership and Project Management as well as earning 30 Training Certificates from the Emergency Management Institute. I served non-profit sector on board of directors for ASFPM (International Committee Chairman) and presented papers as well as moderated sessions during annual conferences, in addition to participating in national panel (by invite) for benefit-cost analysis & technical screening of mitigation project applications. I've been President of my Condo Association and invited to a sustainable development conference in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
I was working with the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency in Floodplain Management/Hazard Mitigation on 9/11. A couple FEMA DAE's (Disaster Assistance Employees) were in our office that day and one of them actually said at the time of the first collapse, his immediate gut reaction, no way, that's a controlled demolition as we watched in shock and disbelief. This man (P.F.) is an engineer, had been in the military and had been over seas in Saudi Arabia for construction projects prior to working for FEMA. But you don't have to be an engineer to observe the collapse and note the time is almost identical to free-fall in order to realize something is very very WRONG with the mainstream story as promulgated by the propaganda. It is OBVIOUS when getting into the details, for building 7 was never hit by anything! There are many many websites and books on this topic which explore not only the collapse and how it is impossible in the realm of physics, but also the whole plotting and planning behind the event which has lead to the increasingly police-state in America today.

It is clear the government's assertion that a pancake effect occurred as a result of the plane fuel weakening the 47 steel beams supporting the towers is false. Particularly in regard to building 7. If that were the case they would not have fell at near free fall speed. Also based on history no steel building before or since 9/11 has failed in that manner due to a plane collision. Their collapse matches a controlled demolition exactly. A new impartial investigation must be held to inform the general populace of the truth. Those responsible must be held accountable.

Using common sense one is forced to conclude that the buildings did not fall as a result of jet fuel.
General phyics will tell any rational person that these buildings were taken down. Thermite was discovered in the debris, and the explosions taking place below ground level were not from the planes that hit.

I believe that I've found enough info about the collapses and the attack, and things makes sense. When I heard that they've actually closed down the towers just a few days before the attack, I found that a bit suspicious. And also with the evidence of melted metals that people first said wasn't true. If it was a real attack and that the towers really fell by them selves, why not just make a new investigation to prove that? Why is it so hard to get the right to do a new investigation for??
