PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I also served in the US Army, am a former Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America, and served as a math mentor with the Higher Achievement Program in Washington, DC.
After studying the 9/11 Commission Report, the NIST reports, and comparing them to publicly available evidence and records (i.e., first-hand testimony from first-responders, independent video footage from multiple sources, and peer-reviewed reports from reputable scientists on forensic evidence not discussed in the official reports, etc.), I have come to the conclusion that the official reports are inaccurate and incomplete. The cause of the collapse of the WTC buildings, including WTC-7, as evidenced by video footage, is incompatible with the conclusions stated in the official reports. The conclusions of the official reports, when compared to the available body of evidence, contradict Newton's laws of motion. Given the overwhelming public interest in a new independent investigation, and given all the evidence not considered in the official reports (testimonial and forensic), and considering the impact of 9/11 on our daily lives and on our national and foreign policy, it is imperative that a new independent investigation be conducted and that the root cause of the collapse of the WTC buildings be established. In order to preserve the public trust, the new investigation must be peer-reviewed by an independent panel of scientists and engineers and the new commission must have the authority to subpoena anyone deemed necessary to properly conduct its investigation.

I am a 4th generation licensed stationary engineer working in the NYC building trade since 1977 operating HVAC, and fire protection equipment. I have worked for CBS at their broadcast center on 57th, I was involved with the final construction phase of the Jacob Javits Convention Center and, on September 11, 2001, I was watch engineer and International Union Of Operating Engineer local 94 shop steward at the C.U.N.Y Graduate Center located at 365 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Structural steel cannot be melted in an open air fire using hydrocarbon fuels. WTC 1, 2, and 7 could not have collapsed at a free fall rate without the aid of sequenced explosives and a demolition team. No serious argument to explain the collapse of these structures has been put forward by any city, state, or federal government agency.

You just can't ignore the evidence of molten steel, pulverized concrete, U shaped steel I-beams with no stress fractures, and signs of explosions (squibs) 40 stories below the collapsing rubble. The list of unanswered technical questions surrounding this tragedy is just too long to be ignored.

I'm a mechanic, and I fix autos, boats, power equipment, water pumps, hydraulic work systems, generators, etc. I have a working knowledge of metalworking, smithing, and the working capacities of steels. Why did the buildings come down in 10 seconds total? The official story about jet fuel temperatures is inaccurate. Jet fuel only gets up to a measurable temperature and can only get that hot. The steel was designed to be capable of withstanding that temperature for over 12 hours with an advantage of over 500 degrees farenheit. Buildings don't fall straight down when exposed to weakening of the steel supports. They sloth off and part of the building stays standing.

All three buildings wtc 1 and 2 and wtc 7 were in free fall which is only possible if there were taken down by demolition. This is now supported by the discovery of thermite in the dust collected from the event and the many reports of explosions going off in the various buildings. In fact an official that showed up at wt7 on that day reported massive explosions in the wtc7 building even before the plane had hit the adjoining wtc (1 or 2) building. He subsequently expired under strange circumstances.

1. The temperatures reached from burning jet fuel and a burning building does not even come close to hot enough to weaken the steel structure of the towers, so how did they collapse? 2. For the towers to collapse so uniformly straight down, as opposed to tipping in one direction as you would expect if a tower was collapsing from fire, this would have required all of the dozens of steel struts to fail within a split second of each other. The odds of this occurring in one building would be so astronomical as to be barely even plausible, the odds of it occurring in 3 buildings is just plain fantasy. 3. The BBC reported in a live TV broadcast that Tower 7 had collapsed , however the problem was that the report was made 25 minutes before the tower actually collapsed, and in the news report, you can see Tower 7 still standing behind the reporter as she reports that it has collapsed. How could this happen? Where did she get that information from? How did that error in timing happen, who knew the tower was going to collapse, and how did they know it was going to collapse? And why was the BBC blindly reporting something that was clearly wrong? Surely there are some massive questions to be asked just from this issue alone, but there was never anything said about it by mainstream media.

The apparent majority of architects and engineers who agreed that the WTC buildings were brought down by the jets and fires should be ashamed of themselves, if not have their licenses taken away; did they not notice the just a little conspicuous, massive clouds of pulverized concrete dust, bursting out in all dir- ections--including upwards!--when the buildings were supposed to have simply collapsed. Those responsible for that heinous atrocity must be trembling in their boots now, aware no doubt that their nemesis, the growing 9/11 Truth movement, is onto them and their monstrous crimes against humanity, and that their days are numbered.

It always troubled me that both buildings came down exactly the same way and in a very short time after the impacts of the planes and also so close in time of each other. That never seemed right. I have watched news footage of buildings that burned for hours and days and never fell. Both of these, after burning for very short times, just instantaneously collapsed into heaps of pulverized debris and dust. And then the third building did the same thing for no apparent reason. It wasn't hit by a plane, so why did it fall in a heap just like the other two. None of them leaned very much or had their tops collapse sideways very far or anything. They were dust before they hit the ground. A fire doesn't explain why everything would be dust before it even hits the ground. I have watched videos of controlled demolitions. These WTC buildings behaved just like those in the videos. Three different buildings. Three different situations and degrees of damage. Yet, they all collapsed the same exact way. I find that to be unbelievable and extremely unlikely to ever happen. Yet it did, right before the eyes of the entire world. Coincidence, hardly. The way they were constructed, unlikely as they had different levels of damage. So what does explain the collapses of these buildings? I would really like to know the truth.

When I first saw the towers collapse, I immediately thought how eerily similar they looked to a controlled demolition as they fell so swiftly and uniformly to the ground. After viewing and reading much evidence set forth by many architects, engineers, and scientists, I am convinced that the explanations proffered in the official 9/11 Report are either fallacious or at the very least highly unscientific. I have seen, reviewed and discussed with many well educated individuals the many circumstances and events of 9/11/2001 reported bombing of the world trade center. Somethings just do not add up. There is to much evidence that supports a planned demolition of at least Building 7 and a coverup of the events of that day. Most people prefer to believe that their social leaders are just and fair, even in the face of evidence to the contrary, because once a Citizen acknowledges that the government under which he lives is fraught with corruption, the Citizen has to choose how he or she will live. To take action in the face of corrupt government entails risks to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To choice to do nothing is to acquiesce to apathy, thus destroying one's self-image as a supporter of basic humane principles by allowing iniquitous results to continue. Most people do not have the courage to make that choice. Hence, most propaganda is not designed to fool the critical thinker and dissenter, but to give moral cowards an excuse not to think or take appropriate actions to improve the human experience.
