PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am currently working on the planned demolition of the old San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (east cantilever truss) and the new Gerald Desmond Bridge at Long Beach Harbor in California. - - - - I have provided construction engineering services for several major bridges including precast and cast-in-place, prestressed concrete box girder bridges constructed by segmental methods, a major concrete arch structure. a cable suspension bridge, and steel truss bridges. - - - - I was Principal Investigator for the Applied Technology Council project ATC-32 for the development of seismic design recommendations for California bridges as well as serving on several other ATC projects. I have taught several courses on the seismic design and retrofitting of bridges for FHWA, Caltrans, UC Berkeley, etc., and was recipient of the ATC Award of Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in Seismic Design and Retrofitting of Bridges. - - - - I have conducted forensic engineering studies and served as expert witness for the premature collapse during demolition of the Chile Bar Bridge in California, and participated in the forensic investigation of a steel eye-bar failure on the existing San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.
It is clear from the additional evidence uncovered by A&E for 911truth that the people have not been told the whole truth about the building collapses during the events of 9/11/01. New evidence may point to sinister participation by elements within our own government. Because of the impact of these events on our current political and financial situation and on the future of our republic, it is imperative that the investigation be reopened to either lay these suspicions to rest or to expose any wrong doing. This will be necessary before we can heal as a nation.

Any partial shear or buckling of the columns at the point of impact would have likely caused the superstructures to lean over and fall out of the footprint of the buildings. However this theory as valid as it looks leaves a question mark as to how could it be possible to set up a large complicity that has not been neither discovered nor even suspected.

The fall of WTC 7 did it for me. The fact that BBC had announced it prior to the collapse, and that it had not been hit by any airplane. Then if fell perfectly...the third skyscraper that day that just fell perfectly into its own footprint. No way...Then the media blackout on that building and not a word in the commission report...WTC 7 was very obviously a controlled demolition and no one puts that together on the day of 911...It had to have been planned. Inescapable conclusion.

I have worked for CBS at their broadcast center on 57th, I was involved with the final construction phase of the Jacob Javits Convention Center and, on September 11, 2001, I was watch engineer and International Union Of Operating Engineer local 94 shop steward at the C.U.N.Y Graduate Center located at 365 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Structural steel cannot be melted in an open air fire using hydrocarbon fuels. WTC 1, 2, and 7 could not have collapsed at a free fall rate without the aid of sequenced explosives and a demolition team. No serious argument to explain the collapse of these structures has been put forward by any city, state, or federal government agency.

The core steel columns would have remained standing, if not totally, at least the vast majority. As did building 3, 4, and 5. There is no signs of pancaking. Concrete does not evaporate to dust without the use of explosives.

The available evidence points very clearly to controlled demolition. Most remarkable to me is the free-fall acceleration of all 3 towers, which every video camera that day documented. It cannot be refuted. This means that every single column provided precisely zero resistance (ie. zero support), all at the same time. This can only have been achieved through explosives/incendiaries. Again, this holds true for all 3 towers. Also, airplanes are designed to burn their fuel at as high a temperature as possible, for maximum efficiency. Jet fuel can not melt titanium or structural steel, let alone vaporize it. To suggest so is absurd.

It was totally noticeable that WTC building 1, 2, and 7 fell in a controlled demolition fashion. The explosive charges exploding from the side of buildings 1, and 2. And the cut support beams in the V shape that was seen after the buildings collapsed.

I've no expertise or documentation in the field of architecture or engineering. I am a young, college-educated American citizen and I work in the District Attorney's office in my city. I support this petition and implore whomever is listening to undertake this independent investigation legitimately and thoroughly because there are questions that simply haven't been answered.
I am not an engineer, but I have witnessed controlled demolition and the footage of the WTC. Buildings built specifically to withstand burning jet engine fuel collapsing straight down in upon themselves in a matter of minutes without auxiliary combustion does not seem possible. If it were possible, how probable is it that BOTH towers would act in this manner? The official story is so rife with inaccuracies that it is almost offensive to be told that by our own government. Not to mention the victims who did not perish, but gave interviews attesting to having heard booming noises that came from below them. Also, in re-created experiments of the crashes, buildings a fraction of the size took hours to burn down and they didn't collapse in upon themselves and straight down. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to sense something is amiss here.

I have worked with Steel my whole life.My father was superintendant of US Steel -South Works for 40 years. I assisted in the construction of Port Sheldon Fossil fuel power plant which began in 1976. I can still remember watching T.V. the day 9/11 happened thinking to myself that when the buildings came down how closely it resembled buildings that were detonated by the Gambini Bros. when they would remove large buildings in urban areas. I have read various articles regarding the hearing on the evidence presented to the court and the court's decision to close the matter. The final decision by the court seemed wrong after all the evidence indicated that there should have been a further investigation into the matter. It left me with the feeling it was all being covered up and the public would not hear the real truth as to what realy happened and why.
