PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Furthermore, having twice been involuntarily pulled from my profession (once in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and currently in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom), I am disturbed that the sole 'legal' justification for such activations of reserve units is the war on terror declared in response to the events of 9-11-01 (Executive Order 13223). The cause of the building collapses is immediately relevant to all our current foreign campaigns and policies.

After I saw the second building fall, I instinctively wanted to know where George W. Bush was and I wanted to see his face. I didn't buy the Oklahoma bombing under Clinton or the first World Trade Center bombings, and I wasn't buying this either. I felt that Bush's face and his reaction would be very telling; I was right! He was overly nonchalant, after being told, and went on to say that he saw the first plane hit while he was waiting in his limo; that footage hadn't even aired yet, to the public. And when i saw that he was told at an elementary school setting, about the plane hitting the World Trade Center, it made me suspicious. It felt like an overly innocent setting. It wouldn't be until I found out that George W. Bush, Laura Bush and General Tommy Franks went to elementary school together; that the elementary school setting felt like a creepy homage. And when I saw a video-tape of a former CIA agent, turned whistleblower, that spoke at Portland State University 1-1/2 months after 9-11, there was no turning back, in my mind, that it was an inside job. He started out by saying that while the planes may have been remotely controlled, he wasn't going to talk about that. He was going to stick to what he could prove as fact; his presentation was convincing, even without demonstrating that the planes were remotely controlled. I got cable earlier this year, and started seeing exceptional documentaries, which showed 9-11 for what it was. Now, I don't doubt that those planes were remotely controlled. Especially after hearing from those like William Rodriguez, who heard explosions in the basement floors 7 seconds before the first plane hit. 7 seconds! That's exceptional timing. And to know that citizens who saw the planes before they hit, say that they didn't recognize the planes as passenger planes, but rather, as windowless commercial-type planes. I'm so happy that architects and engineers are finally speaking out!

To be quite honest, after learning the truth of 9/11/01, I chose to drop out of high school. Having seen the damage first-hand in Oklahoma City where the bombing had not actually taken the building completely down, it's very clear to me that had the other explosives gone off in the building, it too would have collapsed in controlled demolition manner. The physical evidence regarding the collapse of the WTC towers and Building 7 show, beyond a doubt, that demolition-style methods were used to bring them down and that they did not fall due to intense fires or the impact of the airplanes. Testimonies of those present, firefighters and civilians alike, video of the collapses in near free-fall, and the glaring evidence of the perfectly-cut and still smoldering support beams point toward a planned, controlled, demolition. The most obvious evidence to me is the 3 buildings falling at essentially free-fall speed. Close observation of videos showing the collapse of Tower Two negates the claim that air pressure would blow out windows four or five stories below the material causing the tower to fall is patently incorrect since it did not occur with the subsidence of the compete tower above the airplane strike until micro-seconds after that mass arrived at that floor and the next lower floor. Then, the frame cutting explosions began in a very obvious pattern familiar to all who have any experience with the implosion of buildings.

There is so much evidence being presented by different folks - the facts leading up to, as well as the aftermath point to a worrisome conclusion for an untold number of Americans that a few in our government may have planned the 9/11 attacks. Its not just the way the buildings fell, but many other stories concerning the wreckage at the Pentagon. Well lets see I dropped out of college my freshman year because I had a problem with authority figures, mainly teachers.
You have probably already seen this but in case you have not, Please review the photos and or video footage found on the internet of the debris and rubble at ground zero right after the collapse of the towers. You will see sections of core columns with ends that are cut evenly at a 45 degree angles indicating the proper placement of thermite or thermate cutter charges, not just one but several. It was probably the most compelling evidence for me. Not even a cutting torch could cut those beams that pointed at the end.

As a counselor, I am always skeptical of what I hear. And I have researched the 9/11 tragedy for hundreds of hours. I lived in NYC the summer of 01' and escaped 3 weeks before the event. On Aug, 15, I looked up at wtc1 at the corner, and was in utter awe. I study intensely subjects which intrigue me, and having to counsel people after this tragedy has caused me to question, why?
WTC 7 takes the cake. A 6 second collapse on its own footprint 8 hrs after the planes hit, makes no sense. The pictures have obvious visible detonation blasts, which infers there were internal explosives that must have been preplaced, so why? Collateral damage seems to be the least likely cause of this classic controlled demolition.

Improbable for the twin towers to fall - much less in that manner and we sure didn't have any pancakes in the end. Tower 7 is totally impossible and shocking that the majority of people (including judges) say tower what. The pentagon shows no sign of the plane...impossible. Titanium doesn't just vaporize. We find black boxes on the bottom of the ocean with ease. There has never not been the remains found on land, that day they went 0-8. Impossible - again another contradiction with the media and FBI et al. The popular mechanics de-bunking doesn't address the questions put forth. The 9/11 commission is full of holes and was deemed internally as stone walled on all accounts. What else can I say, just few questions hanging out there?
