PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Scott Ritter, U.S. Marine, following 9/11, predicted our invasion of Iraq, and has further predicted a planned invasion of Iran. The U.S. government needed a reason to enter Iraq, and I believe 9/11 was it. I have watched Mr. Richard Gage's compelling video How the Towers fell, and I believe after watching it that he is correct. Controlled demolition, an inside job. A truly independent investigation is needed!

I am a journalist. I graduated from Auckland University in 1985 with a Master of Science (Hons) in neuropsychology/clinical neuropsychology and zoology. I initially learnt that the official story of 9/11 was a fraud from watching the documentaries: '9/11: The Road To Tyranny,' by Alex Jones and 'Confronting The Evidence.' In order to compensate for the lack of real information in the mainstream media about 9/11, I have written about the events and people related to 9/11 for publication and have contributed to Internet forums regularly, supplying information which strengthens the case to show that the official story is a hoax. There was substantial evidence to show that thermite was used to bring down the Towers, not only as they were collapsing, but afterwords also. For example, shortly before the South Tower collapsed, molten metal was seen pouring out of the building near the 81st floor. Plus, in the aftermath of the collapses there were signs of an explosive material having been used, as explosions were occurring in the rubble, and there were fires that could not be put out with water. The nano-thermite that was located and estimated to comprise about 0.1% of the weight of the WTC dust by Neils Harrit et al, has helped to close the net on the real suspects. One thing is for certain, this composite was far too advanced a material to have emanated from the bowels of a cave.

Like Jesse Ventura says Government is just like the WCW. What I mean by that is its a stage, and it is set up to make you believe that two teams are fighting, hate each others guts, out for the kill..etc. But when the cameras go off, everyone gets along In other words, when the cameras weren't rolling, the Bush admin. and Al Queda pretty much shook hands and called it a day. The 9/11 Commission report is completely inadequate. It does not even acknowledge the destruction of WTC-7. The NIST reports stop short of explaining the destruction of the twin towers - choosing to attempt to deal with initiation of collapse only. The symmetrical freefall destruction of WTC-7 into its footprint due to 'ordinary office fires' and a single column failure strains credulity beyond its limits. Real investigations by the National Transportation Safety Board, Chemical Safety Board, etc. are thorough and to the highest ethical and professional standards - using all available evidence to arrive at logical science-based conclusions. This type of investigation has yet to occur for the events of 9/11. The current dubious conclusions of the 9/11 investigation require cherry-picked evidence, a secret model that is off limits to peer review, and exclusion of contradictory evidence. The process used was anything but scientific. It is long past due for a truly professional and science-based inquiry into the tragic events of 9/11. We owe it to the victims and the families of those killed on that fateful day.

There is just so much evidence that cannot and must not be ignored. Everything about the collapse of the buildings points to controlled demolitions. Buildings do not fall into their own footprints, blow out windows, or cause dust clouds 1200 feet in diameter without the use of professional explosives. It is impossible!

The official reports and theories by FEMA and NIST are scientifically bankrupt and make no effort to explore the most likely hypothesis. The evidence clearly shows that a controlled demolition is the only sensible hypothesis. The current findings of ae911.org should specifically be responded to by whatever experts the government, private sector or others care to respond. They shall be given 30 days. Their response and whatever new response from ae911 should be published by Congress, and also be made available at a readily accessible online forum site. Taught mostly middle school (and some high school) mathematics from 1970 to late 1980's. By the afternoon of 9/11/2001, I began studying all materials I could find about 9/11. Something didn't seem right. While I was fairly certain that the 9/11 attacks were allowed and facilitated, I forced myself to accept the 9/11 Commission position that the attacks happened because of incompetence, lack of internal government communication, and bad luck. However, as I continued to read and study, I began to think that it would only take a handful of well placed officials in the FBI, White house, DOD, and NSA, and a black-ops team, to carry this off. A small government conspiracy seemed more credible then the total incompetence of the US government. What evidence? The explosion and smoke coming from the basement of the WTC - even commented on by the US Air Force pilots circling NYC, scrambling planes out to the Atlantic, the empty hole in Pennsylvania, the controlled collapse of WTC7, and the refusal of the 9/11 Commission to address most of the questions raised the by 9/11 families. The Commission presented a bewildering amount of data on items that were not raised by the families but almost nothing relating to their list of questions. I want to give credit to the Arlington County VA police, fire, and administration. Arlington County agencies were involved in massive planning relating for the many potential Y2K problems. I believe this pre-disaster planning allowed Arlington emergency services to respond in such an exemplary manner.

from the research I have done, the incident does not make sense for a building to implode as it did. My research indicates the building literally imploded. The demeanor of the President when he was informed of the incident. That really did for me, you don't respond in that manner when something of that magnitude has occurred.

I am a student of engineering and also an electrical technician. I am very aware of the physics behind the collapse theory and the event of September 11th was not a collapse.
I have spent a very long time investigating this and have come to the conclusion that the towers alleged collapse was indeed not the case, the building suffered inconsistent damage to be explained by a simple collapse, the buildings were demolished before our eyes.
