PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

You just can't ignore the evidence of molten steel, pulverized concrete, U shaped steel I-beams with no stress fractures, and signs of explosions (squibs) 40 stories below the collapsing rubble. The list of unanswered technical questions surrounding this tragedy is just too long to be ignored.

Approximately one month to the day of September 11, I found myself pondering the recent news reports indicating the potential negative trends of the economy. Since the reports were vague but consistent, I began to ponder as to how they could be accurate. Using my past experience and knowledge as a former Professional service-member I concluded that for a foreign power to disrupt the national economy or physically threaten the nation. It would have to have the capability of bringing down a skyscraper in a major US city. Which, was technically not possible. The idea that the threat could come from within, was not unthinkable. But, at the time it was easier to imagine that such a scheme and it's perpetrators would be exposed. The day I heard the building was hit, I thought it was quite a coincidence. Less than an hour later, I heard someone in the office saying the build had fallen. I thought, impossible. Throughout the days and weeks that followed. I heard so called official reports that, based on my knowledge were either lies or crimes at the highest levels. For instance, it was reported that NORAD did not respond in time because the pilots were involved in a training exercise and was not sure the messages coming in were real or part of the training exercise. In training exercises one crucial elements is to exclude an element form the training in the event of a actual threat. Another fact is that in communications the training takes place in a network of data transmissions specifically designated for non real world training exercises. Either the NSA policies have changed or the NSA was a part of the event.

Other work I have performed (coincidentally around the time of the9/11 attacks) used Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) in a support role for the US Coast Guard R&D Center in Groton, CT ( a three hour drive from ground zero) in the determination of trace quantities (nanogram) of drugs and explosives. On 9/08/01 I was sent to USMC Camp LeJeune, NC, making any attempt to use our equipment immediately following the collapse impossible.
The video footage of the three WTC buildings, as well as the Pentagon and Flight 93 wreckage, offers clear evidence that does not appear to have factored greatly into the official story, especially WTC building 7. The lack of significant analytical forensic evidence in the 9/11 commission report leads me to believe that it was inadequate, and a new, congressionally appointed committee should be established.

I was Senior Project Design Engineer in charge of the design of the electrical systems for the WTC Complex in NY. Employed by the consulting and engineering firm, Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc., I was also a licensed Professional Engineer and was directly associated with ongoing projects at WTC for some 35 years before retiring in mid 1997. Though an electrical engineer by trade, I was also very familiar with the structures and their conceptual design parameters.
On September 11, I watched the live TV broadcast of the progressive collapse of the World Trade Towers with disbelief, as the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel. I viewed the presentation of Richard Gage and other related material, which compels me to believe that the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down. I, therefore, support the proposal to form an international group of professionals to investigate all plausible causes for the virtual freefall and the almost total destruction of the WTC structures.

The way the building collapsed makes no scientific sense. The buildings fell down as if it were pulverized , like what occurs in a controlled demolition. In addition, there were parts of the building that seemed to be falling in the horizontal axis as well as downward, as if they were exploded outward from the building.. Pieces of the building were found very distant from where the buildings stood.

Of course, anybody that has reviewed the evidence can see the problems with WTC 7's collapse. With regard to the twin towers, their construction, i.e. the steel vertical columns making up the center core of the buildings, provides the most irrefutable evidence against the pancake effect promoted by NIST in the official report.

Given an even basic understanding of high school physics, it's painfully obvious that high rises do not suddenly pulverise mid-air; fire-protected structural steel will not melt when exposed briefly to a pool of burning jet fuel; and virtually undamaged office buildings built to code simply cannot collapse symmetrically at near-free fall speed due to a few limited fires. Clearly, the 9/11 tragedy was not a physics-defying Hollywood blockbuster, despite what the official narrative desperately would like us to believe. It was a real-world event, with real people perishing, and with untold suffering and damage as a direct consequence. We owe it to the victims of that fateful day to expose the nonsensical reasoning (or lack of reasoning) that makes up the bulk of the NIST 'investigation' -- we would merely have to let the evidence and the laws of nature speak for themselves, that's all.

The NIST Bldg 7 report, NIST NCSTAR 1-9 concludes that Bldg. 7 collapsed due to ordinary building contents fires, not fires from leaking pressurized fuel lines or fuel from day tanks. in section 8.2 page 324. It also concedes in section 14.2 page 617 that this would be, the first known instance of the total collapse of a tall building primarily due to fires. In section 8.9.2 Hypothetical Blast Events on pages 356 & 357 it considers the possibility of explosive demolition and assumes a 9 lb. RDX charge would have been required to initiate collapse and estimates the resulting blast pressure would have broken many windows and been audible on recordings made at the time. It says that these events did not occur, thus excluding the possibility of explosive demolition. However, unburned particles of thermite were found in dust samples collected on 9/11. Thermite is not an explosive. It would burn thru steel, not blow it apart. It would not have produced a blast pressure wave of the sort produced by RDX. There is no mention of thermite in the NIST report, so it is incomplete. 9/11 Commission Chairman Kean, Vice Chairman Hamilton, Senior Counsel Farmer, Counsel Rundlet, & Member Roemer have stated variously that government witnesses lied to them, withheld evidence, and obstructed their investigation. Commission member Cleland resigned from the Commission stating that the investigation had been compromised.

From my experience with aluminum and bronze alloys in the casting industry, I am aware of the difference between the melting temperatures of certain alloys such as aluminum and steel. At the same time, my experience with mechanical and physical testing of materials makes it difficult to believe the NIST conclusion that the collapse of WTC building 7 was attributed to the fire in that building alone. The basic fundementals of mechanics of materials and structural analysis of the steel columns makes the NIST conclusion difficult to accept based on scientific and engineering principals. A futher investigation using a scientific approach applied to the steel columns of this building was required in order to determine the actual contributing and root cause of the building collapse including the distorted condition of the salvaged steel from 09/11/2001.

From the moment I saw the towers fall I could not believe that the impact from a plane could cause those towers to fall straight down as they did. Being involved in the metal fabrication industry it was impossible for those towers to free fall as they did with little to no resistance. It was a perfect demolition job and not a result of pancaking floors - the building fell straight down as if the structural steel frame holding it all together was completely compromised. I am shocked that it has taken this long for the truth of what actually happened to begin to surface.

I spent the afternoon of 9/10/2001 at the Reagan Presidential Library in Pasadena, CA and flew on a red eye flight back home. We landed at the Hartford, CT airport at 9:00 AM that fatal morning and I listened to the entire ordeal unfold on the radio on the drive home. It was clear to me that the world had changed forever. I am a licensed civil engineer, land surveyor, and general engineering contractor in the State of California. I have my own practice in Chico, CA. Structural engineering, during the housing boom, was the majority of my practice. I have designed hundreds of building structures. Out of college, I worked as a bridge engineer specializing in post-tensioned concrete bridges. During college I took numerous structural engineering courses in addition to the normal requirements for a BS degree. I took: matrix analysis of structures, finite element programming, structural dynamics, advanced strength of materials, advanced concrete design.
As an experienced civil engineer, specializing in structural engineering, I do not believe that a local failure due to fire could cause the collapse that I witnessed on video (WTC 7). I find this very disturbing along with the evidence of explosive material in the dust. It is shocking to me that the evidence (the debris) was allowed to be destroyed.

It is blatantly impossible for a building of this size to be completely destroyed by one plane. It could only happen with controlled demolition. The 'findings' of the official report are wrong and most unprofessional.

It is obvious that WTC Bldg 7 was intentionally demolished. No degree of external damage could have simultaneously knocked out all internal piers, resulting in the free fall, pancaking vertical fall of Bldg 7. Bldg 7's fall was identical to many intentional building demolitions. Since Bldg 7's failure is suspect, all events of that day are suspect.

I have never seen a skyscraper implode due to fire. Most peculiar is the implosion of WT7, not damaged by an airplane. This building clearly shows evidence of a controlled demolition. I would encourage re-opening an investigation, with emphasis on the Pentagon. This department was not investigated in the previous report.

Looks like all three buildings that collapsed were blown with explosives that were expertly placed and deployed, since the buildings were essentially free-falling into their footprints. You don't need to be an engineer or architect to see something is wrong with the way these buildings came down.

WTC Building 7's planned and triggered collapse (via controlled demolition) at approx. 5pm on the same day as the twin towers collapse is sufficient evidence that the twin towers themselves were also set up for controlled demolition. It is impossible to install explosives into WTC Tower 7 (on the same day) to then 'pull it' down.

WTC Building #7 is only the tip of the iceberg. The book by Webster Tarpley entitled 9/11 Synthetic Terror Made in the USA tells a much deeper story about 9/11 and is backed up by extensive research and references.

I have studied all available published information relating to the 9/11 incidents and find the official account to be non-credible. Therefore it is my opinion that a true independent investigation must be done to provide the truth behind this very important historical event. I have 12 years experience in metallurgy and applications engineering in steel and aluminum, sheet plate, extrusions, forgings, castings, wire rod and bar.
In light of the fact that no steel (and concrete) structured building in history has ever completely collapsed due to fire, and observing the physics and other facts regarding the twin towers and bldg 7 collapses, one needs some factual engineering data to support the official story. The known facts and data suggest strongly that the official story is inadequate and erroneous to explain the collapses......but EXPLOSIVES do explain them.

The 9/11 event was needed so that the American people would support two foreign invasions designed to give the US control of the oil resources of Central Asia, according to a statement by the Project for a New American Century, which was the ideological basis for the George W. Bush Administration. The Bush and bin Laden families have been in collusion for decades.

Truth hurts, but heals faster. From day one I believed that these buildings was destroyed by controlled demolition techniques. If you don't know about how buildings are demolished, just look at all three buildings' collapse pattern. They collapsed the same way. What a coincidence? Different type of structures, designed by different architects and engineers, behaving the same way, and falling down as a free fall. We need the truth.
