On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

How is it possible that such a massive structure with steel core, collapses by fire strictly vertically? How is it possible that material gets blasted out of the building so far if fire is the cause of the collapse? Why was there such a high temperature at the base of the building several days after 9/11? Why could comparable buildings resist fire over more time an did not collapse?

So any member of NIST who suggested such a possibility would be fired. I'm sympathetic. Those NIST guys needed to feed their families and pay their bills. Accordingly, they told their bosses what the bosses wanted to hear.

Over the next few days I continued to watch video replays of Twin Towers 1 & 2 and could not comprehend how both towers could collapse as they did. As a Structural Engineer, it made no sense to me how the structural framing system below the impact level did not continue to support the structure. It was only in the last few weeks, as I researched and found this site, that I found out that building 7 had also collapsed. I agree that it has the classic signs of a controlled demolition. I have worked in pharmaceutical industry regulatory affairs and as an instrument technician and Metrologist/Calibrationist of laboratory instruments. I currently produce a drug known as F-18 FDG, a radioisotope tracer used for diagnosis of cancers and tumors and observation of abnormal tissue. This is the primary agent used for PET imaging of humans and saves countless lives.
Anyone who thinks analytically in the slightest and has played with blocks as a child or even piled stones into a cairn knows that constructs never collapse in identical fashion unless they are built to do so and collapsed in a very particular way. To believe that two of the world's tallest buildings would come down this way, like telescoping into their basements due to a side impact and fire, is either stupid or easily deceived. These buildings were demolished. Of that, I am certain. I knew it when I saw them fall and the dust cloud smothered the city, that it had been blown up. All the surviving firemen talking about secondary explosions... Caused by what? Leaking natural gas couldn't cause what they described. That means people caused the demolition. But why? I think that the documents by the group known as PNAC gives us a look at who and why. We already know how. Add to this the detail that G.W. Bush has purchased a large acreage ranch in Paraguay, a country known for its harboring of wanted former dictators and without extradition to any country. Joseph Mengele the Nazi Dr. of Death and Augusto Pinochet, and many other ranking German fugitives fleeing Nuremburg justice and banana republic despots have found safety there. If he were wanting to invest inland, why there with a reputation like it has? Because he needs a place to run if and when America learns the truth. There have been trials where people were convicted of murder based on evidence that appears very similar and a subject has motive (PNAC provides), opportunity. The PNAC signatories include Cheney and Wolfowitz, and an alarming number of other Republican leaders and presidential cabinet members. I think persons at this level could easily have something like this done. The ranch in Paraguay is like a ticket out of town and big enough for all of them and their kids. These guys also attempted to force the Taliban and the new Iraqi government to sign treaties that would have tried to force them to give or sell at reduced rates about 70% of their oil to US companies. The Taliban refused a lobbyist named Hamid Kharzaias as many as 4 times the last after being entertained at GW Bush's ranch in Crawford TX. He refused to allow us to build a pipeline from the Caspian sea region in Russia to the Persian for transit via tanker ship to USA. They had their reasons, what those were is not important. After that refusal we invaded and installed Kharzai as President of Afghanistan. You better believe he signed the pipeline agreement the first moment. If the goal was freeing folks why do they need to give us rights to heir biggest and best national resource? Why was the Taliban in Crawford and then their country invaded? Not because of Al Queda. I can believe now that Osama Bin Laden might have agreed to play Dr. Evil here for a promise he wouldn't be caught. The Iraqis have amassed billions but the PNAC folks aren't interested in that. There's far more to be had from oil in the future like control over other nations and the ability to subjugate the oil dependent nations. Add this all together and even if I've rambled something stinks to high heaven. All of this is not a coincidence and it points to George Bush, Dick Cheney, PNAC and the rest of the so-called Neocons who also have Coincidentally been linked to election fraud and other skullduggery. You believe all this is innocent? I have at least 7 other deadly lies I'd like to show you but you won't like many of them either starting with The check's in the mail. My technical background consists of a B.A. in mathematics and an M.A. in mathematics, concentrating on topology, classical analysis and probability theory. As an undergraduate, I acquired a good background in basic physics and chemistry. I have taught math at the secondary and college levels.
The buildings fell improbably quickly and symmetrically, with pulverization of the concrete occurring virtually from the onset of collapse. How can this evidence of controlled demolition that we see in the analysis of the collapses be so easily overlooked? I believe the truth...not bullshit staged attacks. Buildings that were designed and built to withstand plane crashes do not just fall from that very plane crash. These things are calculated into the original equation.

I have been a carpenter for twenty years. I went through the union apprenticeship. I've worked mostly on commercial projects such as tilt-ups ,steel framed buildings and lots of poured in place concrete including the placement steel reinforcing. Mind you I do not claim to be an expert.
I don't believe fire could have damaged the steel frame structure of the twin towers to cause the buildings to collapse completely to the ground nor as fast as they did. As to wtc7 if it is true that the official reports do not address the building I can see why! Some one would have to admit to a breech in security, because there is no way the building fell from fire or debris from the other building.

Over the course of my academic life as a prospective civil engineer, i have learned much about the physical principles that permeate life. Based on this knowledge, it is imperative that students, educators, professionals take charge at these fallible conceptions. What main stream media conveys about 9/11 not only violates the basic principles of Newton's laws but tacitly blows the publics' integrity.

Richard's report empirically proves that the fall is derived from a organized and systematic demolition. There are no more means and methods to negate this theory. I have watched several documentaries/talks on 9/11 and this site has among the best evidence possible that needs to be released on more media. The interviews with the people who were on site are indisputable, the purely scientific evidence on this site would stand in any court and the work of other 9/11 researchers such as Dr. David Ray Griffin is so powerful that it is everyone's duty (American or other) to push for an entirely independent investigation.

I am not an architect or engineer. I am just your typical, everyday John Q Citizen. After watching the video and the hard evidence, I am convinced the collapses were actually controlled demolition. The truth is sometimes a very hard pill to swallow.
After watching the video online, I asked several people why they thought the building fell. Every single person said the steel melted. When I told them the burn properties of jet fuel versus the melting (or even softening) point of steel, most were shocked. Some said things like, Well, the other items in the building is what made the fire burn hotter. I asked them why they though desks, filing cabinets and paper would make a fire burn hotter than jet fuel. Not one could answer this. I also asked them to look at the pictures of after the building fell at the fireman's cross as well as others and asked them if the steel melted, why did the beams appear to be sheared off rather than appeared molten at some point. Nobody could answer this either and most asked for this website to investigate the facts themselves. Even if you completely disregard the laws of physics, how can you explain the chemical analysis of the evidence? Where did the molten iron and sulfur come from? Why was this ignored by the government?

I began reading Scientific American in the mid seventies and haven't missed an issue since '85. Their debunking of 9/11 alternative theories was what convinced me of a cover-up. That one column dismantled nearly 40 years of physics the very magazine had been teaching me. I realized the mainstream scientific community was enabling the official theory and I needed to know why before I took them seriously and abandoned Newtonian physics completely. I've been pouring over the evidence for months. It's insane that sane people have to work so hard to convince the general public the WTC was destroyed by massive explosions. It would be as if the official story stated Kennedy was not struck down by a bullet when all the evidence clearly show him being shot, then those who see the truth have to spend the next ten years proving it. Meanwhile the real issues, the why and who, vanish under a tidal wave of absurd distractions, claims and counterclaims. I despair for my fellow citizens that they rather remain ignorant in the face of truth than stand up and demand accountability for this crime against all humanity.

I am currently a sophomore attending Clearwater Christian College majoring in Mathematics.
An investigation done only by the government and not independently could certainly be biased to mislead the public. There seems to be too much incriminating evidence to totally exonerate our government from any involvement in 9/11, and if they have nothign to hide, they should have no problem with allowing an independent investigation.

There is no way the official story of the pancake effect could have permitted the towers to fall within the time that they actually fell. The pancaking would have slowed the fall to a longer period of time than the actual free-fall time.

To my VERY untrained eye, it looked like an implosion, such as we see on the TV when a hotel/casino in Las Vegas is to be leveled. If the impact were great enough to demolish the buildings and disintegrate 3000 humans, how did the identities of the culprits come to light so quickly?

I have seen a few of the documentaries regarding this tragedy and many questions remain unanswered. The manner in which these buildings came down does not seem probable or even possible. I cannot say what happened but certainly this seminal event requires more scrutiny and a more thorough and open investigation.
