PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. I worked for a developer (commercial and residential) for two years after graduating. During my engineering courses I studied structures with Harry West, an excellent structural engineering professor. During that semester, we did a case study on the disaster that happened at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City in the 80's. I recently looked up the information about the event (in particular when I was watching Mr. Gage's videos about WTC 7 and the 9/11 disaster in general) and was surprised to discover that the Kansas City disaster was the biggest structural steel failure, in terms of loss of life, until 9/11! I wonder what engineering students have to study now when the facts about 9/11 are so unclear and decidedly incorrect in the government version that NIST released. Why can't we get a proper investigation into these events that addresses the real facts presented to us, like free fall collapse through path of greatest resistance. It's nonsense that the government would even have high school students believe such stuff, let alone advanced university engineering students. Please include my name in your petition. I think the victims of this disaster and the subsequent victims (both US soldiers and Iraqi citizens and US citizens in general) deserve the truth.
I was shocked to see the scientific facts that Mr. Gage presented regarding the collapse of WTC 7. It should be obvious even to laypeople that the collapse was a controlled demolition. Even newscasters of the day reported they thought that was what they were seeing. Why is the government hiding the truth from us? It is obvious that explosives, at the very least, were used; more than likely, based on the finding of the microspheres of iron in the dust, the incendiary thermite was used. I am not a 'truther' or kookspiracist. I simply have an engineering background and am amazed that people who see Mr. Gage's presentations would think that he is making things up: that the laws of physics took a break on that September day. I now think and feel so differently about our government and even about agencies like NIST and the ASCE that have failed the engineering community on this incident. Why didn't these agencies explain the obvious fallacies and discrepancies present in those events? I feel betrayed by our government. I also feel a deep sense of distrust for such agencies that have the responsibility to protect the general public by providing unbiased and truthful investigations into incidents that harm and kill us citizens. I remember studying the Kansas City Hyatt disaster in engineering school. We were taught about the consequences of negligence in our work as engineers, how loss of life and property can occur as a result of poor work on our part as engineers. How can current day engineering students look at 9/11 and learn anything when so many paradoxes and controversies surround it? Our government needs to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened. So many lives have been lost and continue to be lost as a result of the rash decisions and outcomes based on what was perceived to have happened, most of which is unsubstantiated by facts and scientific laws that must not be disregarded. I wholeheartedly support Mr. Gage's movement to get a new investigation, and I hope he is able to achieve what he has set out to do: reveal the truth.

I have 10 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect, mostly in conservation (as well as sustainable architecture). Conservation necessitates looking at old buildings and existing evidence of what happened in the buildings life. Looking at how buildings deteriorate or fail sometimes and assess method of rescue, reuse, adaptation and so on, is part of my everyday livelihood and experience.
Looking at the evidence of the 9/11 it makes me question what the media and government had broadcasted at the time, and that the debris was swept away so quickly without scientific investigation is not right. We need to learn from the experience, not run away from it. If we are to protect people's lives in the future, we need to know what the real destruction process was, how any aspect could be improved (whether it is building design/layout, engineering or security... ) and not let the distraction of the crashing planes play smoke and mirrors with us. As the evidence accumulates that is inconsistent with the official version of what happened on 9/11, I find I can no longer believe it. In particular there is incontrovertible video evidence that the news media was fed information that Building 7, which was not hit, had fallen and this was being reported while Building 7 continued to stand in the background behind the reporter reporting that it had fallen, which it then proceeded to do a few minutes later. The absence of any information related to 9/11 in the FBI's wanted poster for Osama Bin Laden, reportedly due to lack of evidence, the building owner's reported acquisition of greater insurance coverage a few weeks before the attacks, the absence of plane debris at the Pentagon and Pennsylvania sites, and the physical facts about the melting point of steel and the heat generated by airplane fuel, all added together continue to contribute to my skepticism about the 9/11 official version.

I am very impressed by the extent of the research, the professionalism of the many researchers providing that work, as well as how compelling the results prove demolition of the WTC Buildings. I believe the case for a new, proper investigation with subpoena power has easily been made. The dynamics (accelerations) of the collapse, the evidence of temperatures consistent with thermites, and the explosive features evident in the videos (particularly the South Tower) are more than adequate to prove the demolition hypothesis.

The following information as it came in did not make sense either. Over days and weeks, I found that many others felt the same way. Early on I joined a 9/11 group and read as much information as I could find. In flying to LA about a week after 9/11, I chatted with a man for hours whose best friend, was an architect who had worked on the World Trade Center who had told him the story just couldn't be as officially stated. I found this website listed in a Russian publication about an hour ago. A few days before that I watched the stunning movie, '9/11 Press for Truth,' http://tinyurl.com/kq8s6f. Then the next day I read the article about the lead person on the Government Commission on 9/11, an attorney, who was the primary writer of the Report, confessed that it was mostly lies and deceit. Currently, there seems to be a real swell of new interest.

Every time you ban a video, (including when google or youtube bans it) you lose credibility. Statements are not enough, I need facts about the temperatures of fire and what is needed to melt steel, where the remains are, scientific testing on remains, non-edited video, proof of that, why was each fall so smooth? What is the difference between demolitions and 9/11? How do you justify calling this a terrorist website? The public is not stupid, so do not treat us that way. We want answers.

My young cousin, Bradley van Hoorn, had just graduated from Yale and had just landed a job with a financial firm with offices in the North Tower. He was in the office when the North Tower collapsed. There is no way that building should have collapsed since that would have violated all the laws of physics and engineering. There is only one way they could have been brought down in the manner they were and that is by controlled demolition.

I'm a concerned citizen proud to navigate my life without blinders. Born and raised in NY, I feel the scar tissue healing but I will never become numbed to this universal experience.
Our air traffic is monitored so accidents will be prevented. How could these aircraft have flown so far without detection or intercept? As a former Reserve Navy radioman during the Vietnam War, our then ancient methods of detection of foreign interlopers would have been able to send Zulu Alert signals and in 2001 they flew these planes off course without detection? Me thinks something is rotten in Washington. I'll leave the engineering implausibilities to the experts - YOU guys!

Concerned citizen who can't pretend what's happening isn't happening. Unconvinced by the reasons given for war, I researched the catalyst and was, and remain, completely horrified.
I avoided looking at imagery or footage of the WTC destruction until I began researching it, I had considered it ghoulish to do so. As many others, I had forgotten of the third building that collapsed and mistakenly relied that the media would have highlighted or reported any anomalies. I now know better.

The Officialstory of the three (3) building coming down in Free Fall Speed along with the molten medal burning for days afterward - is just one point of many that a controlled demolition took place on all 3 building. I believe that the evidence I have seen in researching this event leads to a controlled demolition. The official causes published do not have sufficient evidence to support their theories.

i have watched the documentaries surrounding the collapses and every-time i still can't believe that the rest of the world isn't as confused/shocked/angry/suspicious as they should be. i recently saw a poster for 9/11 truth. org in Winnipeg, the one that looks like a remax for sale sign. i can't explain how fantastic it is that there are people like this devoting their time to this event

I am a secretary for a trading company in Tokyo. I was 17 when the events of 911 happened. I didn't know what had happened at the time, but by now I think I should know how it happened. Since lots of suspicious evidence came to light, I thought the events of 911 might have been caused by some groups related with the U.S. Government.
For all that we've been led to believe that it could, it seems completely impossible to me that the explosions of the planes could be the cause of the destruction of those buildings.

From day one I never believed that the towers went down from plane strikes, or fire damage for that matter. I am no expert in demolitions or engineering but I have seen buildings collapse and I have seen demolitions and the towers sure looked like a demo job to me. I wouldn't be surprised for a minute if our very own government was in on this just to motivate the general public into agreeing to our leaders private little war. Just my 2 cents worth.

The government is and has been corrupt since before the first world war. Every man that has tried to stand up against this corruption has been assassinated. the most notable of which would be the murder of M.L.K. and the murder of J.F.K. the purpose demolition of the WTC Towers 1, 2 & 7 were and are being used as a way to earn a profit. The demolition bares a striking resemblance to the fire that Hitler ordered to burn down Germany's Parliament Building. Hitler blamed the fire on other people much like Bush did on the terrorists and with the support he gained he passed the laws that enabled him to form his gestapo. The laws are strangely similar to the Patriot Act passed by George Bush. with the laws bush passed he formed his own gestapo that can legally detain you indefinitely without justification. also enabled in the law is the legal torture of the detainees wrongfully captured by the government agents.
