On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have 3 problems with the official version of 911: 1- Speed by which the buildings came down. No credible expert has been able to justify that ... through scientific means. 2 - Building 7 was undeniably brought down voluntarily. In addition to the video evidence there are some reports of people admitting to this. It is also undeniable that some CIA agencies were based in that building. The fact that the official investigation report identifies a fire as the sole cause of collapse is the most convincing proof of a cover up. 3 - My last point is less related to Engineering evidence: Video footage of G . W. Bush's reaction to learning the news while in a children's school (source: Farenheit 911, if confirmed). He didn't move for 8 minutes when it was clear this was a major attack on the American Nation. I personally am responsible for the safety of 185 people in my present profession (manager of major petroleum field) When I hear of a safety critical situation... I immediately take action to lead the crisis situation. Clearly anyone in a position of reponsibility where lives are at stake is expected, and trained, to react like that.

I fully agree that a new investigation must be made, and at this time, take into account the evidences discarded by NIST, like as use of explosives and the more than obvious 'controlled demolition'. - The total collapse of a building, caused by the rupture of one of the columns of internal support is technically impossible to occur under normal conditions. - Here in Brazil, we had catastrophic fires, such as the buildings Joelma in Sao Paulo and Andorinhas in Rio de Janeiro. Both burned for many hours and not collapsed.

My career after obtaining my engineering degree has been spent largely in engineering support roles, such as software integration testing and then technical writing.
If the official government coincidence theory about 9/11 were true and 19 Muslim hijackers were the sole cause of the destruction observed, then we should all convert to Islam, because they proved the POWER of Allah not just in gaining control of four aircraft and circumventing standard operating procedures on the ground that should have intercepted their flights, but also in breaking the rules of physics in heating and weakening steel, in uniformly collapsing the structure through the path of most resistance at near free fall speeds, and in pulverizing the structures and content into fine powder, a huge energy sink in and of itself well beyond what conservation of energy of the falling mass would suggest.

I'm a lawyer who was disbarred by Florida in another GOP cover up in which every witness in the trial against me, including three police officers, committed perjury in order to wrongfully convict and disbar. Thus, I know first hand that these people are willing to commit crimes and decieve people in order to accomplish what they want. In this case, they wanted a new Pearl Harbor to justify a global war on terror.
I just don't believe a single plane crashing into the World Trade Center towers could cause what was in effect a perfect demolition. There had to be internal explosives to cause such a massive, free-fall collapse of the buildings, which contained thousands of tons of steel and cement. The images of molten steel at the foot of the towers is proof that there were internal demolitions--and also proof of an inside job.

I am 25 and have been a blue collar worker my whole entire family. Similarly, many of the men in my family have fought in foreign wars, both my grandfathers fought in Korea my uncle fought in Somallia and my father in the first gulf war. My last still living grandfather and my uncle both dislike the way the country is being ran. My father has passed away as of April of 2002 and before he passed he was starting to show dislike for the government. Our dislike for the government demonstrates that we all still love this country and would fight to the death to defend it, we just refuse to defend the government.
I remember watching the events that day, and remember telling my wife when the first tower went down, that building fell down pretty straight. I didn't think much of it until the Winter of '06 when a friend told me about Loose Change Number Two and I watched that and then started doing my own research and it confirmed my suspicions of what I observed on 9/11. I am glad to finally see a passion to begin a real investigation into what happened on 9/11. I am not a scientist, nor do I have any college education but I can still see that this was not done by some guys in a cave. I also hope that when this real investigation gets started that they look into the Pentagon as well, because if this was a terror attack why would the government take video surveillance tapes from the hotel and gas station across the street. I also have trouble believing that the most secure building in the country had only a couple of stills of the crash rather than video footage. After seeing the stills it only made me more skeptical. I also want to know how one of the terrorist passports managed to fly out of his pocket out the flaming plane and managed to land on the street below unscathed. But they couldn't find any black boxes that are made out of some of the strongest metal known to man.

I want a transparent government, one that isn't allowed to keep secrets from it's citizens and evade the law in the process. If the government has nothing to hide where the events of September 11th are concerned why doesn't it allow an investigation?
I doubt I have anything new to add. I'm not an architect. I have the same concerns about the way the twin towers imploded as everyone else. I wonder if it were architecturally possible for the building to go up in flames from just the attack of the planes. I would like to understand how it is that a third building came down later in the day when it was never even hit by a plane, or anything else, at all.

High school graduate who through correspondence courses built a fiber optic and outside plant telecommunications design business. Have been a study of the destruction of the World Trade Center ever since the event, when I realized WTC 1 & 2 did exactly what they were built for - absorb and stand multiple plane collisions - yet became tons of dust from controlled demolition.
If we can prove why WTC 7 fell, with nowhere near the emotion attached to I and II, then we can derive the answer on all three buildings. The fact that the BBC live news coverage announced live that WTC 7 had collapsed 20 minutes prior to it actually demolishing into it's own foot print is a great start.

I pass the World Trade Center site everyday and I would certainly like to see an honest explanation for what happened there and why two beautiful buildings are not reflecting the sunlight. 9/11 was one of the worst tragedies in our nations history and I do not believe that the government has been truly honest with us about everything that happened that day. The truth needs to get out there to the public and justice must be served regardless of what the conclusions are.
I find it a little suspicious that the Operation Northwoods documents where released in the spring of 2001. I also especially find the collapse of building number 7 to be suspicious.

I have seen several videos on this event. I think it is valid to re-investigate this event. Resistance studies highly refute a normal collapse of these buildings. Too many references from fire fighting officials of explosions long after the impact to discount as valid. 3 buildings brought down by fire all 3 in the same day. All 3 in the same place. Never in history has that happened.

I have been researching this ceaselessly since my Muslim friend in college told me directly that both sides knew that the towers, the pentagon, and the white house were going to be bombed and that both sides had come to an agreement not to stop it. Neither of us understood why and it bothered him constantly until his father sent him back to Palestine.
It is clearly and abundantly obvious that the administration was complicity in the 9/11 terrorist attack. It may not have been the president, it may not have been the the VP, but SOMEONE knew that 9/11 was going to happen. There's blood in the water now. The American people can smell it and it's is working it's way into a frenzy. The people who did this had better find a scape goat and quick or the blood trail is going to lead us back to them...

As a Fuel Technician I know about Air Craft Fuel JP-5, JP-10 Jet Fuel is basic is Kerosene and could not have created the heat that would melt Steel. I would Demand a Re Investigation of the twin towers being destroyed. There are a lot of answers not yet answered.

While I don't have any specific education in engineering or architecture, I have a couple years of college and pretty good math skills. I've done some carpentry and am an avid reader of science magazines.
The way they fell was just too neat and clean considering the chaotic beginnings of the incident. In the time since 9/11, I saw a video clip on a local news show about a controlled demolition that went wrong (somewhere in Texas, I think). In that case, the top of the building fell over onto the adjoining property (fortunately empty). It seems that the worst thing that could have happened at the twin towers as a result merely of planes hitting them would have been for some of the building material directly above where the planes hit to fall to the ground below in an uneven and chaotic manner.

I have been an educator all of my adult life. My only son is serving a second tour of duty in Iraq as a result of 911. He is my only child and I am a widow after 30 years of marriage. My son deserves to know the truth as his life is on the line and he is my life. The victims of 911 have questions that are unanswered and they deserve to know what really happened on that day. I like others saw the films of the twin towers collapsing that dreadful morning. I saw building 7 go down in real time on T.V. Those buildings collapsed in the manner that they would have if explosives were set to bring them down. They pancaked into their own footprints. There was no reason for building 7 to come down at 5:20 P.M. that evening as no plane hit it. A BBC reporter reported that building 7 was down before it even fell! Go figure that! Also, the time it took for those buildings to collapse was in seconds and just common sense would dictate that buildings that size would take hours to fall if it was just the airplane fuel that was burning. It was not hot enough to melt steel. I heard Robert Gage speak on Air America Radio and he told of how they discovered molten steel and iron at the base of these buildings and that in order to melt steel you would have to have temperatures of 3 thousand degrees F. He said the chemical analysis of the molten steel revealed the presence of the compounds in a substance called Thermate. It is an experimental substance used by the military. This needs to be investigated openly and honestly. Our country deserves the truth.

I have always thought about how they fell but never looked into it in depth too see how they could not fall even if the fire was burning from jet fuel.
I have seen and heard evidence about the buildings. First off, they fell at freefall speed and in all of the videos you can hear crackel sounds like in a controlled demolition. Second,the fire chief was on the floor and said on the scanner that they can take out the fire.I have compared videos of controlled demolitions and the 3 WTC collapses and they look very similar.

Richard Gage's presentation last night in Portland convinced me there is sufficient evidence to doubt that the WTC buildings collapsed as we have been informed through the media. I think this should be investigated thoroughly so that all Americans can know the truth. The families of the survivors very much deserve to know if their loved ones perished in vain.

I believe the 9/11 building collapses may very well be another example of this administration's big lies. There needs to be independent examination of the facts surrounding it. Let's also look at the real reasons people in high places in our government might want to invade Iraq, funnel billions of dollars to multinational corporations, destabilize the American economy and embolden potential terrorists around the world. Also, why couldn't / didn't we intercept the Hijacked planes, why did photographic evidence change in the first days of reporting, where (in photographic evidence) is the plane that supposedly hit the pentagon (wings, other parts), what made the pentagon collapse?

As a Journeyman Electrician working in the construction field, I've seen buildings built from the ground up. The people that engineer these/any building(s) are the ones that Know what it takes to safely evaluate it's/their strength.
It is beyond my comprehension as to why/how people can believe that these three buildings fell due to small fires! I believe that anyone who would agree with the Commission's Report are ignorant/uneducated! Wake the up people!

I don't know exactly what really happened, but from what I have learned it is highly improbable that fires brought down WTC 1, 2 and 7, regardless of the airplanes.
