PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have experience in electrical, mechanical, topographical mapping, and architectural disciplines using Autocad, as well as an auto tech repairman, motorcycle tech repairman, welding, fabricating, and fixing about anything that breaks.
The explanations given regarding the tragic events on 9/11 do not match with the evidence shown. The melting process of steel is not instant allowing a building to free fall perfectly vertical, four times in a row especially. The fourth building wasn't even hit, had a small office fire, and the same thing happened to it as well. Witnesses to large explosions knew it was coming down before it did. Steel would warp, and twist since the fire was not perfectly distributed, and the fail points would give away at different times due to varying loads, and design variances before failing in an uneven, and much slower fashion.

I was working on the core-and-shell retrofit of the landmark Bank of New York building at 48 Wall Street the morning of 9/11/2001. After being notified that the WTC north tower was on fire, I paused a project meeting for a 15 minute break. We never got back to it. I personally stood at the corner of Liberty Park, which is across from WTC Borders Book Store when the second plane hit. The things that went on over the next few days I have always wondered about and questioned in my mind. On day three, I was called back for the disconnect of 48 Wall St. from the power grid. This was necessary, as the electric company would be attempting to power up downtown and did not want to electrically blow out any buildings on power up. How amazing it was to witness; truly an incredible effort to re-set a temporary power grid above ground over all of the lower downtown area in such a short time. Especially, which I did not know at the time, the main power feeds were completely severed from the collapse. The quantity of heavy cabling required on site so quickly and laid out on the street surfaces - alone an incredibly coordinated task - add to it all the volcanic ash type dusting, vehicles all over the areas and war zone type images. Now in retrospect, the coordinated removal of the debris began immediately. The firm I was with had assigned one or two engineers to assist on dismantling design and sketching. They along with one of the firms huge cranes were removed shortly after. From my first basic structural classes, I was told that the biggest danger to a steel structure that was exposed to high heat was that the affected or exposed steel would eventually lose its integrity and become rubbery - stressed past its modulus of elasticity. In witnessing the second plane hit the south/east corner of the south tower, and assuming that the heat was intense enough - long enough, the tower would have failed at and around impact height. In my opinion, it should have looked like a wrecked car that had been broadsided. The building would have been compromised from that corner and up and diagonally. To the extent that adjacent structural bays away from impact or heat areas would have reacted from the new imposed lateral and vertical stresses, I cannot speculate, I would only say that it would have been slow. That's all for now . . . My prayers to all those firemen (many just boys, it seemed), whose faces I looked at as they got out of their cars and pick-ups and were suiting up in fire equipment. The faces of disbelief as they walked the block or two towards WTC. These are but a few images I will never forget.

This also goes for the way the cooler - normal office temperatures - lower floors were destroyed the same way as the upper ones. You had cool - 20 degree Celsius - steel beams down there, that could not possibly just disappear in near-free fall speed. Falling objects can either gain velocity from gravity acceleration or crush objects in their path - they cannot do both at the same time.

My doubts about the official version of the 9/11 building collapses started when I realized that the common factor in all three building collapses was free fall speed. This is the main point, and a building expert understands that when the upper floor of a building falls at free fall speed, that means that it doesn't encounter any obstacle until it hits the ground. This means that when the floor drops and arrives at the next floor, the second one is already gone, and so on for all floors down to the bottom one. It means that all the floors must fall at the same time. This is of course not compatible with the official story of floors dropping on each other. The free fall result is only possible by using professional explosives, and they require a long time to install.

I did not evacuate before Katrina. One of my sisters-in-law told me weeks later that she was praying that she would hear from me and at that moment she heard my voice on Fox News being interviewed. I was disappointed to learn that she got her news from Fox, and now horrified to learn that her oldest son joined the Air Force.
In the past month I have devoted time to look into assertions that contradict the 9/11 Commission's report. I lacked the physics and engineering expertise to doubt the explanation for the collapse of the Twin Towers. I've only learned of WTC-7 a few weeks ago. It is impossible for a reasonable person who approaches with an open mind the research of these engineers and architects, as well as other investigators, without seeing that there are more monstrous truths that have been kept from the American people and the rest of the world. The real heroes in this so-called War Against Terror are these forensic investigators, many of whom have risked and even sacrificed their careers to do what we expected the government to do. It is typical of the federal government to try to get away with investigating itself. Citizens under the leadership of Levees.org are also demanding an independent investigation of the Corp of Engineers' levee failures during and after Hurricane Katrina. It is a waste of tax-payers money to conduct sham investigations, and a disservice to the country to force private citizens do the work that our government is paid to do. I ask Congress for an independent investigation into the events of September 11, 2001, including a generous allocation of funds to carry it out to completion, funds that will include reimbursement to the engineers, architects, and other professional investigators whose data has been presented to academic and citizens forums and will be presented to an independent panel with legal authority. Every day more citizens learn about the other, unofficial story, and every day those same citizens find that more convincing than the official story. It's time for Congress to listen to the real experts, and to the people. We are approaching the seventh anniversary of 9/11 and the third anniversary of Katrina. Independent investigations should be announced by Congress on or before those anniversaries, and Congress should also pass a resolution stating that future investigations into such disasters must always be independent.

After reading books like Why Buildings Stand Up, Why Buildings Fall Down and Structures one thing really stands out: the concept of over-engineering. Structures are designed to withstand many times the forces they are expected to encounter. The WTC Towers certainly were designed to withstand gravity and the impact of planes, as well as the resulting fires.

I am a carpenter and moved to Alaska in 1991. I am president of our reluctant local council in McCarthy, Alaska. I have been raising and running sled dogs for nearly 20 years and ran the Iditarod in 2007. I went to the University of Wisconsin, Madison, for 2 years before moving to the frozen north. I was a physics major while I was there.
I congratulate all the professionals who have begun/signed on to this petition. Your strength of character is noted and you have established yourself as patriots. The government story is clearly not true. It does not even make an attempt to explain the evidence, most important of which is that two buildings ten times as tall as they are wide that were asymmetrically damaged in there top third floors, fell neatly in small pieces into there own footprint at free fall speed. To say nothing of Building 7, which is not mentioned in the only official inquiry, was not hit by a plane, did not sustain significant fire damage, and bore identical resemblance to a controlled demolition. The primary reason why the American public willfully refuses to examine the evidence, is that the consequences of the government story not being true are grim. Again, I congratulate you.

Steel frame buildings don't collapse through themselves into their subbasements because of fire. BBC reported WTC7 had collapsed due to fire & damage 20 minutes before it actually collapsed. How did they know this? Why don't they want you to know about WTC7 now? Why did WTC7 not get one mention in the 571 page 9/11 Commission Report? If the Psychopaths that carried this mass murder out are powerful enough to access these buildings to wire them with explosives to kill 3000 people. Then I would suggest that they are powerful enough to create & control the story they have sold. Fortunately they are not perfect in executing and covering up their evils as the evidence on this site is proof of that. Wake up People before it is too late.

There are images and occurrences in the footage that have not been addressed by the government that demand investigation. I don't believe that the 9/11 commission report answered any questions. The investigation should be reopened for the sake of the victims' families who have themselves become victims of the lies of the report. The government should have no involvement whatsoever to ensure that there is no conflict of interest.
