PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Objects move through the path of least resistance. Towers 1 and 2 collapsed through the path of most resistance. Normally, you would expect the layers to fall with increasing eccentricity as the collapse progressed, rather than through the centreline where the greatest resistance is. NIST's cascade theory depends on mathematical modeling, and as with all complex models, numerous assumptions are needed to get the model to run. An independent review is needed to verify the reasonableness and plausibility of the factors included in the model which was used to support the cascade theory. We need to independently verify whether the NIST analysis was a case of shooting the arrow and then painting the bulls eye around it. Furthermore, films of the collapse of WTC7 show a very improbable event: the symmetrical collapse of a building that was impacted by the WTC 1&2 debris asymmetrically. Both ends of WTC7 should not have begun their collapse at the same moment if left to chance alone. The collapses of WTC 1, 2, and 7, purely from an engineering point of view, and leaving out any political theories or implications, do not make sense without the assistance of explosives or other devices or some other as-yet unimagined factor to remove resistance and control the collapse. I very much recommend that the engineers, whose duty it is to determine the causes of collapse, remain unswayed by speculations and fears about political implications, and make their assessments based on the physics and engineering alone. The claims made by NIST seem to require multiple leaps of faith in highly improbable events. Improbable things do indeed happen, but as all good skeptics know: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

The reason that the government will not cooperate in an honest inquiry into the true cause of the WTC building collapses is because they are culpable. There is no way that the level of sophistication that was exhibited in the controlled collapse of those buildings could have been orchestrated without complicity within dark elements of the U.S. government.

I worked on residential/commercial structures since the age of 5. Beginning with scraping and painting our garages, I have entertained my curiosity for buildings by apprenticing under many masters of various trades (carpentry, mill work, tile , metal and glass , drywall, roofing, foundation, electrical, plumbing, trim and finish out, fence detail, appliance installation, concrete counter top installation, windows, doors, flooring, furniture refinishing, I could go on...). First half of life was spent in NJ/NY metro area with many hikes in the Ramapo Mountains. Second half spent in Florida, traveling all over during cheap gas days, with side trips to Stone Mountain and the Western NC Mountains off Blue Ridge Parkway and side trips into the Adirondack Mountains of NY, plus much of the last 5 years in Key West.

In the process of pursuing a BA Joint Major in History and Politics. I have a special interest in geopolitics, modern history, military history, US history and international politics.
The central aim of 9/11 official story critics is not so that we can expose the US government's involvement in the 9/11 attacks but to launch a real independent investigation free of conflicts of interest. Doubting the official story does not necessarily mean that you have to then believe that the United States government must have carried out the attacks. This misconception along with peripheral issues such as the no-plane theories and mini-nuke theories are portrayed by defenders of the official 9/11 story as the main tenets of 9/11 critics. This is certainly not the case. The simple answer is: We don't know who the conspirators are because it could have been anyone. Controlled demolition or not, either way, both are conspiracy theories. As with the collapses of the three towers, what can I say. Only on 9/11/01 did fire and gravity-driven collapses had the amazing explosive energy to crush and pulverize tens of thousands of tonnes of concrete into fine dust as the structures are dropping into themselves.

I'm a 20 year retired advertising art director from a very familiar major US manufacturing company, an inventor and builder of many functioning inventions that have eased work around my house and many others, including many innovative architectural structures. From the moment I saw those buildings come down in such a typical controlled demolition straight down way and then our news people, in unison, saying it definitely was because of the planes fires (that were almost out) I knew then and there, something was very askance. Loose Change did the rest.
