On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am familiar with all sorts of materials testing - compressive and tensile strength, microscopy, spectroscopy, etc. My undergraduate program especially focused on the chemistry of materials.
I recently re-discovered an interest in the phenomenon known as creep - how a material such as steel under an applied load may fail at temperatures far below melting. I recall a colleague saying 'creep is what caused the buildings to collapse'. Before watching the movie at this website, my biggest concern was how could creep cause such a symmetric collapse? I would expect instead to see the buildings fold at the weakest point(s), instead of falling straight down at nearly free-fall speed. But it is hard to imagine how local heating combined with coincidental insulation failure could cause the necessary uniformity of temperature along the massive steel columns. I enjoyed seeing analysis of the buildings' design, especially the heat sink near the base and other fire-safety measures.

My father was a Civil Engineer. I work in the winter as a Carpenter. In the summer I work with people with disabilities. I have been around construction for most of my life. I have also voluntarily helped adults with learning disabilities most of my life as my younger brother is disabled. I am married with four children, all who know about the three towers. However, I am stunned by the apathy I find. I feel this has to be the most serious event for the world since the second world war if this is an 'inside job'. We are all victims of disinformation on an Orwellian scale.

While the hijacking of the aircraft was an excellent diversion and 'excuse' for what happened, the actual explosions and their results are not consistent with what could have happened with the aircraft alone. There is evidence of structural damage that preceeded the aircraft impacts (never explained) and the impact at the Pentagon is not consistent with the aircraft that struck there.

The Twin Towers withstood the impact of the air planes, as they were designed to do. Fireman found low temperature fires in the north tower, as would be expected. Then the tower collapsed to the ground with them inside. Building 7 later collapsed in the same manner without being hit by a plane. Steel beams do not self-cut themselves in response to stress or age. In a collapse, concrete floors pancake rather than pulverize. The three building collapses were clearly a preplanned controlled demolition.Somewhere in the military-intelligence-political community the Patriot Act was written prior to the 911 events, someone knew the plane highjackings were being planned and arranged for the controlled demolition ahead of the 911 date, so that the highjackers could be used as stool pigeons and the excuse for introducing and passing the Patriot Act and making war in the following years.

I am a Political Science major. I was in undergrad when this happened. Shortly after that, I was caught up in this whole mess and ended up in Afghanistan for 7 months. I began to wonder about this whole 9/11 story even more when I went to eat chow at the chow hall and the Brown & Root contractor serving us chow, that they didn't have to cook, just heat and serve, were making 5000.00 a month as food servers. That's when I really began to tie things together as a conspiracy.
I maintained from early on that the collapse of the building was similar to that of a professional demolition project. My strongest statement was about the lack of collateral damage. If this had been truly an act of terrorism, wouldn't the terrorists have tried to hit the buildings at an angle that would cause the buildings to fall on other buildings, thus killing more innocent Americans? After all, many terrorists want to kill as many Americans with a single event as possible. Just imagine the horror and devastation of 2 100-story buildings falling over onto 2 or 3 other buildings each. Now that's collateral damage. The fact that the buildings fell straight down on themselves tells me that this was not an act of terrorism but yet a well-planned demolition project. God save us from our government.

I work with mechanical and architectural drawings on a daily basis. I am mechanically inclined and excel at solving problems that require logic and/or imagination. I have had courses in vector mechanics, differential equations, non-Euclidian geometry, electron microscopy (both scanning and transmission), to name a few.
After studying the videos of the collapse of WTC 7, Mr. Silverstein's words, the warnings/comments of the security guard before the incident, the observations of emergency workers, firefighters, etc., and taking in to consideration the of mechanics and physical principles involved, it is my firm opinion that WTC 7 collapsed as a result of a professional demolition.

After seeing some of the evidence from different sources I am convinced that the Twin Towers did not fall from planes hitting them. I very much doubt we were told the truth about what happened on 9/11. I definitely think an unbiased independent commission should be in order. I am vexed that most people have seen films or videos of buildings being demolished and are aware of the planning that goes into it, yet they have not questioned the official story. Men have to take specific actions to bring buildings down symmetrically or else they topple. That 3 came down that way at 1 location on the same day for the reasons our government gave should raise the biggest, brightest and most obvious red flag in the history of red flags. I am a special education teacher of students ranging in age from 11-15 years. Much of our curricular content focuses on current and historical events on topics related to politics, the environment, human rights, war, etc.... The main purpose of our classes is to teach our student life skills. The most important skill, I feel, is how to confidently share our thoughts and opinions with others and know that we have the right and responsibility to do so. We practice these skills during small and large group discussions, debates, speeches and oral presentations. My students can still connect to this event in history. I am certain, the movies Loose Change and 911: Blueprint for Truth- Architecture of Destruction will light a fire in them to explore this topic further and motivate them to action.
I am not much of a conspiracy theorist and require scientific research to back such theories. After watching Loose Change, I needed further 'proof' and found it in your presentation. I will be purchasing your DVD and will pass it on to as many people as possible. Thank you for taking the time to explain all the research in layman terms. I followed everything from start to finish. I've been doing quality control and construction observation since January of 2003. I've worked on many different job sites, and have had the opportunity to observe many different types of structures and construction methods. I've worked in Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
The fact that a building fell at free-fall speed through the path of greatest resistance is what concerns me the most. This plainly shows that there was NO resistance. All of the concrete and steel below offered NO resistance. The structural steel that was melted made no sense either. I would say it's pretty common knowledge that average fire doesn't melt steel. I grew up in a house in interior Alaska without electricity. We used wood burning stoves to heat the house during the winter. Often, the fire in the stove was burning all day. We never had problems with our steel stoves melting. Those are the two most alarming items to me.

I've listened to several radio programs, particularly on KPFA Pacifica, which go into great detail about the building collapse and call into question the official story. I also went to a presentation that included a speaker named David Ray Griffith. A lot of what I've heard brings up serious questions or belies the story of what happened. Much of the evidence supporting cover ups and controlled demolition sound credible and it is disturbing that the questions and true scientific investigation is being resisted by the forces in power. This is not entirely surprising to me. I'd like to see a public reinvestigation.

I am 24 years old and I work in a restaurant. I have never been to college so I don't have any credentials that would qualify me to judge the events of 9/11 professionally. I am like a juror; I'm an average Joe being presented with evidence from both sides, and what I see is solid evidence on one side and cover-up on the other. Why is the government afraid of a real investigation?
I am 100% positive that these buildings were demolished and I find it incredibly disrespectful to the victims and their families to deny this fact. If a single person is murdered, forensic evidence is analyzed and the authorities will not rest until the murderer is brought to justice. Why then, when thousands are murdered, is crucial evidence ignored? Every person who has been touched by these events deserves a real investigation.

I have been interested in the 9/11 attacks since that sad day. Many things do not seem right about the official story and I have spent a lot of time researching the events. I am not an engineer or an architect but a skydiver that is truly concerned about what we are told and what is happening behind our backs.
As mentioned in a few documentaries, the fact that the buildings fell perfectly through the path of the most resistance at free fall speeds is absolutely ridiculous. The molten metal flowing for weeks after the event is only evidence, the collapses themselves are the real proof that the impact and resulting fires are not the cause of the collapses.

As the 9/11 attacks were used as justification for congress' empowerment of the executive branch's ability to declare war, discovering all aspects of the said attacks should be investigated to their fullest. Furthermore, evidence that to educated minds shows the buildings did not collapse but most likely were subjects of controlled demolition, must be concern for national security well beyond external security to the highest levels of internal security.
