PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

There are many inconsistencies between the official explanation and the facts. Here are some observations. 1) The lateral ejection of 20 ton steel beams hundreds of feet from a building--some reportedly in clean even lengths. 2) The beams were ejected in absolutely symmetrical patterns. (see http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/analysis/collapses/mushrooming.html) 3) The manner and speed of collapse were suspect. WTC1, WTC2, & WTC7 did not topple over as you might expect from a building weakened unevenly due to fire. 4) The mass of a fully loaded 767 with fuel would be less than 1/10 of one percent of the above-ground mass of one of the twin towers. 5) A variety of dust samples have proven the existence of iron-rich microspheres commonly produced by thermate reactions (explosives). In fact, the existence of these spheres has even been documented by the government. Some people may say that it is not likely or highly improbable for the trade center towers to have been wired with explosives due to the difficulty involved. This reasoning is used to dismiss any possibility of this scenario actually having occurred without considering the real evidence. Please find out the facts yourself. Don't let the so-called 'experts' (PhD or otherwise) and network television make up your mind for you. Attempt to understand and evaluate them yourself. Do your best to critically evaluate their statements to understand who has credibility and who doesn't. It is very important to consult experts, in print and on video, but do not let them make up your mind for you. Find out who is trustworthy and well-grounded in scientific principles, such as the founder of this group, Richard Gage and many others in the truth movement. Thank you.

I find it impossible that two buildings of that magnitude would collapse within hours of each other after small (relative to the size of the buildings) airplanes crashed into the upper thirds of the buildings. The planes would have been shredded trying to penetrate the steel exoskeleton and, if there had been a jet fuel fire, it would not have done enough damage to collapse the whole building at near free-fall speeds. WTC 7 is the smoking gun... how the heck does a building suddenly collapse many hours after the first two came down due to 'office fires'. It was a steel frame building. It would take a lot more than a standard office fire to bring it down. The way it fell is suspect as well. It looks exactly like a controlled implosion.

I was a structural draftsman for about 16 years. I worked on various structural projects such as buildings, bridges, dams and roads. I was also involved in surveying and did site supervising of the placement of structural steel and re-bar. I also did site soil testing on earth dams and building foundations. It doesn't take a degree in physics or an architectural degree to clearly see that the official explanation of those events are not only not accurate but border on deceit. As Americans we all deserve to know the truth no matter how painful it may be and no matter how many high ranking figures are implicated. (i.e. Hitler bombing his own soil to start W.W. II) Again, you don't need a degree to see the explosions bringing down the buildings. History has proven that even structures with far less engineering have withstood far greater stress for longer periods of time without collapsing. Two words. Controlled Demolition. I first heard about the 911truth effort through Jeff, who had a booth at the Berkeley Farmer's Market with leaflets he was handing out. I later attended conferences at which speakers addressed the inconsistencies in the official story. I attended the annual 911truth film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. I first heard Richard Gage there and feel he presents the most convincing and credible arguments because the visuals he uses to illustrate his points make clear the problems with the idea that fire from jet fuel caused the buildings to collapse. I am hosting shows of his DVD to friends and associates. In speaking to friends and family about the building collapses, I was shocked to find the number of people who cannot cross the psycholigical barrier to accept that high officials of the US government could have allowed the collapses to happen or even have planned and executed the event. Gage presents his evidence so clearly and convincingly that no logic person could see it and believe that fire from jet fuel could have caused it. When you think then about the fact that a demolition company must have gained access to the building with many workers and much equipment over time to do it, and that it was coordinated with the failure of NORAD, which must have been arranged from high level officials, then it gives one pause. A number of people have told me they don't want to see, don't want to know and wouldn't believe it even if somebody presented incontrovertible evidence. Those people I leave alone. I show the dvd to those who are willing to suspend disbelief. I support ae911truth.

The disintegration of the towers in 10 seconds defies belief. The structural core would have to be pre-cut and shaped charges installed to accomplish this feat. Most of the world rejects the N.I.S.T explanation as do many of your citizens. We the world wonder why more money was spent on Clinton's sex life than the crime of the century. It's plainly common knowledge that, regardless of who did the acts of 9/11, these buildings did not fall to the theory of fire and jet fuel. To take upon the motion to assume Americans would buy this story is insulting.
