PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

It definitely appears that Bldg #7 was a controlled demolition along with the other towers. It was announced on TV that #7 was going to come down and I also saw a clip of Larry Silverstein say pull it, which is a demolition term. Popular Mechanics said it was brought down by fire, which is totally contradictory to what the news and silverstein said. How could all these explosives be set for #7 between 11AM and 5:20PM? It takes weeks of planning to set explosives for demolition. This leads me to believe that the explosives were set long before 9/11. The fact that the ground was still burning up to 3 months after is also an indication that jet fuel was not the culprit. Witnesses said there was greenish smoke coming from the ground and some rescue workers said there shoes were melting. What happened to all the office furniture and door knobs in the buildings?

And if there were any doubts, why can't the circumstances be more fully examined? - - A B-25 bomber flew directly into the Empire State Building on a Saturday, and the building was open for business the following Monday, with the exception of the most adversely affected areas near the top. - - Different type of aircraft - different type of building. But it is difficult to reconcile that instance with what happened to 7WTC on 9/11.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a B.S. in Engineering Physics. My emphasis has been on the seismic retrofit of existing structures for masonry, concrete, and steel buildings.
Buildings with localized damage to vertical structural elements (columns) cannot collapse globally and in a uniform fashion. This is a physical impossibility never once observed prior to 9/11/2001. Steel is a ductile material (it flexes, deforms, stretches, large amounts before fracture). In the case of all three WTC towers, ductile behavior is not observed. We see no large deformations of the columns prior to collapse. Instead, we observe sudden, catastrophic failure. No energy is dissipated through deformation. A free-fall collapse. Impossible in a structure where columns are not hinged (i.e. severed at the floors).

Only a few months ago, I had seen with my own eyes the controlled demolition of a multi-storied Fulton Skyscraper, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.' I am now convinced that 9/11 was an insiders job and fear that one of its' consequences is to put the world's 1.25 billion Muslims on a collision course with the Western world.

Eye witnesses heard explosions, and the collapse of all three buildings had more resemblance to a controlled demolition than an unplanned structural failure. As for most of us, I can clearly remember exactly where I was and what I was doing on the moment the 9/11 attacks occurred. Well, on that day I was teaching English to Italian students at the University of Sassari in Italy; after considering the evidence you present, I am now practically ashamed to admit that on that day I defended the position of the United States as a victim of an unparalleled terrorist attack. Yet, as you so pertinently point out, the evidence was being shown to us all on the major news networks, right before our very eyes that very day, and around the world.
It a seems so incredible, but the scientific facts do indeed speak for themselves; we all must keep needling at our respective authorities to get to the very bottom of this story.

I have seen many documentaries on the subject. Also the latest samples collected by Steven Jones containing the highly refined thermite. I am a bit frustrated at the fact the only media to touch the subject has been Free Speech TV. on a limited basis. The notion of this being caused by creep. The official conclusion is such BS. More than by the building collapse, I started to believe that the official history of 9/11 is false because of the high degree of difficulty of the flight manoeuvrings to impact the airplanes without help of electronic or optical guiding systems almost perfectly in the horizontal center of the towers (the second was 'drifting to the right, a little'), later the impact of United Airlines 93 with only a hole in the ground, no significant wreckage, no suitcases, no bodies. Than the maybe even more difficult flight route of American Airlines 77 to the Pentagon, destroying with precision nothing else than the department which stored highly delicate and scandalous financial information at point to explode. And the optical inspection of the crash site: nothing makes you think that here has crashed a Boeing 757, it seems like the impact of an cruise missile. Al this can't be true, and then the WTC 7, the BBC (I still resist to believe they talked about the 'collapse' before it really happened), the history of the 'hijackers', the books of Koran left in a strip-bar and found in other places, their suitcase, the flight-manuals, the history of the flight traffic controller responsible for the New York flights, and on and on and on'. About the collapse, I'm not an architect, but if you critical professionals say it was a controlled demolition (to me it seems it is), having in mind all the other incoherent circumstances, than I decide to support you. I remember to have read that on 28th July 1945 a B-25 bomber crashed in the 97th floor of the Empire State Building because of loss of orientation in dense fog without causing any known structural damage to the building. For me the demonstration of the cardboard boxes was the main reason to get involved. I believe that there were thousands of tons of material ready to stop the collapse. But the actual nearly free fall speed collapse looks very much man made to me.

Fire has never brought down a steel framed building! Ever! That is all I wish to add. The 911 Mysteries documentary was responsible for my family having doubts regard the official report.

I believe it was a tactic used to get support from the American citizens for a war that has cost the tax payers about 40 billion a month. Not to mention the lives.

Why is it that no one seems to know about building 7? Why was termite found in smoldering pools at the bottom of the twin towers? Why did a building that 'compassed from fire' turn to dust? How could the buildings collapse at freefall speed without the aid of demolition? Why were FIMA investigators banned from ground zero after 9/11? Have you ever seen a controlled demolition and compared it to the collapse for the towers?' just a few questions for anyone who still cares and would like to know the truth.

I think the evidence presented by the group is startling. It seems to be well researched, thought out, and compelling. I've been to previous 9-11 truth meetings, and found many of the speakers and attendees motivated by emotion and any contrary evidence, regardless of whether it's rational. It's important to be objective. It saddens me that so many details have been lost between 9/11 and now. I think it's important for the sake of future generations that we don't allow these important details to go down the memory hole, and I believe an independent investigation should be requested and not take a permanent back seat to our current economic woes.

This type of collapses are not only unlikely but IMPOSSIBLE to be induced by gravity only. If being generous one lets themselves believe there was a slight chance for a collapse like that there was no chance for such a prompt repeat of it and then yet another. THIS THAT FOLLOWS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: There was a case of a gas explosion in a building in my country - Poland. Two entire floors were blown away leaving about four or so floors above and around two below with not much significant damage. The building above the gas explosion fell on the part below and did NOT destroy it. People survived on the floors unaffected by that primary gas explosion. I am sure it would be easy to obtain media coverage from Polish media on the event.

I do not believe that the WTC was damaged without any intention. Strong evidence can be found that all buildings were deliberately destroyed by experts. This was done for reasons still hidden to the public.
