To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

If the towers had fallen due to anything but a controlled demolition, they would have taken out several city blocks and most adjacent buildings would have also been taken down by the towers. Engineers and architects know this, which is why explosives are used to bring down large structures in densely populated areas.

As documented by this group, never in the history of steel framed skyscrapers since 1908 has a single one of them failed from fire damage, other than the supposed fire imposed collapse of WTC 1, 2, and 7. A number of researchers have well documented horrific fires in steel buildings, none of which failed and all were reconditioned and still in use. It was patently obvious as I watched the original footage from Vienna, Austria that these were commercial implosions. Building Seven housed CIA and other federal agencies, all of which would have had to have known and approved of plans and capability to implode the buildings months in advance. The America public deserves to know the truth.

Although I am not an architect or engineer, I have a level of professional skepticism concerning the official story of what caused the towers to fall - especially Building 7. Please don't forget the Pentagon that was officially hit by an airplane as well - I'm sorry but two 21,000lb airplane engines don't disintegrate when they hit a cement wall. The punch out vs. punch in at the crash site is also highly irregular.
Very interested in all the truth. We've declared WAR on terror and this was the singular event leading up to this declaration. All too many eye-witnesses disagree with the official story. Things just don't add up. This event has been compared to Pearl Harbor. The events of September 2001 and the course of action taken by OUR government are all too eerily outlined in Zbigniew Brezinski's book The Grand Chessboard copyrighted in 1997. There IS more to the story - WE, THE PEOPLE, DESERVE THE TRUTH.

I fully expected, as a non-expert, for the top of the first tower to fall to the side leaving the remainder. It was strange watching it collapse into itself. I was shocked the moment I heard the 3rd building fell. First, it did not sustain heavy damage. Second, the way in which it fell was obviously controlled. I have researched and seen much video footage on the fall of the towers and there is too much evidence pointing to a planned, high level demolition. Furthermore, looking at the Pentagon, it is a physical impossibility for a large aircraft to hit a wall inside the courtyard at that particular angle. The whole operation was planned.......and not by middle eastern terrorists.

I have difficulty accepting the notion that the hijackers could fly the jets into the buildings yet they only had simulator experience. Firemen at the scene testified they heard a series of explosions prior to the collapse. Supposedly thermite has been discovered on the debris. Thermite is a military grade explosive. Nothing hit building 7 yet it collapsed. The official story doesn't wash.

I remember when I first saw the footage of the twin tower collapses, my first instinct was that it didn't look like a collapse according to what the media was telling us.
