PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am a licensed mechanical engineer who has designed many commercial HVAC buildings and have been in the industry for about 10 years now. I have worked with structural engineers and understand the concepts necessary for structurally supporting a building. In addition, have received an education which includes materials failure, physics, structural analysis and other core classes which would help me understand a building's reaction to an impact of a plane and damage due to fire.
High rise steel buildings simply do not collapse due to fire. There is ample evidence of a controlled demolition and the rapid removal of debris implies a hurried non-investigated destruction of American property. This was a controlled demolition in which was not properly investigated. A travesty such as what happened on 9/11 should be thoroughly investigated and not swept under the rug. Building 7 is the proof necessary to warrant a different explanation as to who is responsible.

After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

The September 11th attacks are a difficult issue not because of the science, but the psychology. For years I dismissed the 9/11 truthers without taking the time to listen to their claims, let alone examine the evidence that they had diligently compiled. Even when I finally did look into the issue, I wanted so badly to maintain my world view that I spent weeks looking for something that disproved the claims of the 9/11 truth movement. After failing to find it, I became angry. Why hadn't my engineering professors told me? I realized that, just like me, they had naturally rejected ideas that went against their preconceptions. Now I am trying to become a part of one of the most ridiculed and hated groups in the United States: those who were open minded enough to listen, humble enough to investigate, and motivated enough to do something about it.

To fall at near free-fall speed into its own footprint as a result of spot fires is very questionable, and requires an investigation. The fact it was not mentioned in the 911 commission report is absurd and questions need to be asked. I am also concerned why the molten metal found in the debris (all 3 buildings) found 3-4 weeks after the collapses was also not mentioned in the commission report. The official 'pancake' theory is also questionable. Why don't we see the floors stacked up on each other? How did debris collide into neighboring buildings? Why aren't the core columns still standing? Why didn't the top section of the north tower fall to the ground as 1 unit when momentum suggested it should? A comprehensive, independent investigation is needed.

The building was not hit by a plane and suffered relevantly minor damage from fire. Something else transpired at building 7. That opens Pandora's box. What happened, and why does the 911 commission report ignore that building collapse in totality. What happened in totality that day. What about the drills being performed by Northcom at the exact same time? What hit the Pentagon, it wasn't a commercial plane! I have four children, and all that I could ever ask for, or demand for, is the truth.

I have always felt that the events on 9/11 have been questionable, too many unanswered questions. The amount of damage does not seem to match the final outcome of the buildings. Graphic designer. I teach my children to investigate the truth behind the media messages, and we come up with information that consistently shows that very likely the truth is the opposite of the story that the mainstream media is spinning.
It was obvious to me upon first watching (I saw it live on TV) that all the buildings were controlled collapses. For our country to believe anything else while the proof is self-evident is almost a mass hypnosis. Although it is a deeply-felt shock to contemplate the depth and layers of the lies and betrayal, the healing process begins with an insistence upon a new investigation with such careful eye to scientific data that it becomes free from manipulation. I believe we will be looking back on this time in history as a very black period indeed and will be hard-pressed to explain to our incredulous future progeny and great-grandchildren how the majority of people remained silent... even though they did not believe in the official explanations. Richard Gage has done an excellent job in preparing this material and website to coalesce a voice of dissent of this obvious cover-up. Thank you, Richard. I'm a journeyman machinist by trade and inspector by occupation with no expertise in complex structural buildings. I do have good mechanical abilities and have an eye for detail. Destructive testing is used in manufacturing as a tool for better design.
Weeks after 9/11 I searched out info especially the comments from the firefighters. There was a lot of chatter on the radio dispatch about exploding sounds in these buildings. You can compare similar results from demolitions in Las Vegas when they demolish casinos.

The President of this country, his behavior was extremely peculiar on 9/11 when he was notified of the airplanes flying into the WTC high rise buildings. I would like a full researched and proven explanation for such as this. The people of the U.S. DESERVE a new full investigation on what REALLY took place on 9/11 and orchestrated by whom. In my experience it would be impossible for any standing structure (particularly one with the core construction incorporated into the towers) to suffer a catastrophic vertical failure as witnessed by millions of viewers since the destruction of the WTC. anyone who has fallen large trees will tell you that when you cut a wedge from any standing structure, as was effectively done with the impacts, the stucture will fall in the direction of the wide end of the wedge.

I have worked on construction of high rise buildings in the 70s (i.e. the 62 story UCB, at that time, Bldg in downtown LA , CA; which at the time was the tallest building there) and know that it is impossible for a building to fall into itself by accident.
High rise buildings cannot fall into themselves by accident, end of story. The 911 destruction was not an accident!

Knowing how the Warren Commission report was a big lie and cover up, it was easy for me to see the same thing happening with the 911 commission's report. When you look at all the details of 911, it becomes obvious that it was an inside job. I worked in construction for 30+ yrs. I worked out of the carpenters union in several states. I mainly worked on poured in place concrete and concrete and steel structures.
I have examined many sources of information both pro and con. I am convinced that collapse of the 3 buildings on 9 / 11 is the result of controlled demolitions. Several sources that swayed my thinking on this subject are Dr. David Ray Griffin, Dr. Steven Jones and the DVDs Zeitgeist and loose change.

I am an 81-year-old widowed female who witnessed via TV the 911 World Trade Center buildings' horrors. I have been willing up until now to take the word of what was spoken by the press as to the cause of the tragedy. I did not go along with Michael Moore, but after these years have passed, with much time to read, listen, and watch the videos displayed, logic begins to form a different picture, and I would like an investigation to take place to learn the truth.
We must learn the truth from facts, science, and testimony. What I now see and learn from videos, etc. is that there is more than what meets the eye. Any underlying deliberate causes of the collapses must be cleared for posterity.

The buildings fell all the way down for no good reason. It looked like a controlled demolition. Why was the evidence trucked away and shipped overseas? This makes no sense.

I was born in NYC and raised in the Bronx. I attended Catholic School and later returned for 2 years at a Community College in Westchester County. I studied mechanical technology, which included elements of strength and materials. This by no means makes me a qualified expert! I spent most of my time in technical sales. I am currently unemployed. The first time I used an ATM was at the World Trade Center; it was the first in the country. I lost a H.S. classmate on 911; he was with the FDNY.
For nearly 8 years, I dismissed all the 911 conspiracy theories, and the media, especially from the right (formerly Republican), made it seem Un-American to question this tragic event as anything but a terrorist manifestation. However, after having more time on my hands, I did some research and realized this had to be a controlled demolition. The empirical evidence is not only indisputable in my opinion, but it also only requires some common sense to come to this conclusion. Even if I were to accept the theories, I could not possibly apply these to Bldg 7. I now know how, My only question is WHY?
