On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From the elements presented so far, I understand the 2 main hypothesis are: 1) WTC towers' structure's damage by the initial impact, followed by softening of this steel and concrete structure from fire exposure, until the upper building weight crashed the lower weakened structure. Since no other case is known of such equivalent buildings being destroyed by fire, then this explanation only holds if the initial damage was large enough. Are you aware of any evaluation of the energy dissipated by the initial impact, and simulations or computations of how much damage it could have caused? 2) Controlled destruction by coordinated explosions all along the fall path. Although most of what is left of the towers have disappeared, explosives traces are no doubt to be found in what remains.

Professional experience has been in the Manufacturing realm. Also in Quality Engineering. I have been studying the 9/11 attacks closely for the past year and a half after first hearing credible evidence that they were contradictory to the official report.
I do not believe the official explanation of the collapse of not only the towers, but especially the collapse of building 7. The recent NIST report claims that the building collapsed as a result of fire induced thermal expansion. The completely uniform failure of the building (causing it to drop straight down at freefall speed) is completely contradictory to the computer generated model they provided as evidence. The simulation showed one section of the building collapsing and then the remainder. Video evidence of building 7 proves this was not how it fell. Knowing a good bit about physics, I don't believe building 7 could have come down as the result of anything other than controlled demolition.

I earned my B.S. in Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002. I earned an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. I worked in the defense industry from 2003 to 2008 at The Boeing Company as a Controls Engineer.
My main concern here is the lack of analysis performed in the Official 9/11 Commission Report, and glaring omissions such as the collapse of 7 WTC. The Commission claimed that 1 WTC collapsed in a pancake fashion (p. 308) and that 2 WTC fell in ten seconds and collapsed into itself (p.305). Given that free fall speed for the buildings would be around 9.2 seconds, and that the law of conservation of energy would prohibit such a rapid collapse under the pancake theory, the lack of scientific evidence and analysis leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, research on the WTC dust yielded highly advanced nano-thermitic compounds, indicating the true cause of collapse of the three WTC buildings was indeed through the use of explosives (Active Thermitic Material Discovered from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe. The Open Chemical Physics Journal, 2009). That finding supports the mechanics of collapse observed, including the coincidentally high degree of symmetry, lack of rotation or bending of the upper sections of the North and South Towers above the plane impact zones during collapse, and of course the speed at which they fell. This and video evidence of sequential explosions during the towers' destruction indicate that the twin towers were brought down by systematic controlled demolition. The nature of fall and lack of structural damage to 7 WTC also indicates an organized, deliberate demolition occurred here. There is more than enough scientific evidence to cause for demand of an independent investigation of the nature of the events on 9/11/01 and an unbiased diligent effort applied into discovering who was involved.

I recognized the controlled demolition from day one, which was a very dangerous opinion at that time. When I discovered the 9-11 Truth Movement I felt like I'd found light at the end of a tunnel. The Project For A New American Century is the smoking gun. I've read a huge mountain of evidence for the controlled demolition, plus the eye-witness accounts. My favorite image of 9-11 was taken from New Jersey, and it shows the smoke pouring from the base of the Towers, apparently, when the foundations were blown out: what other logical explanation for so much smoke from the base of the Towers at that moment? The fact that the 9-11 Commission Report did not mention Operation Northern Guardian in paragraph #1 We were involved in war games that confused both our Air Force and Air Traffic Control strongly implies the 9-11 Commission Report was merely a cover-up. And the Pentagon, that most fortified and heavily surveiled building, probably in the World, didn't produce one image of this long approaching passenger jet!?! It was clear from the start something is rotten in Denmark. Lastly, our Commander-in-Chief perched among the innocent children, while planes are known to be hijacked and crashing into the WTC!?! Absolutely outlandish. For the majority of Americans, it's too horrible to think that our leaders conspired and committed treason, mayhem, and mass murder; or that, there was no threat justifying the Wars in Afghanistan, nor Iraq, and they tortured and killed innocent people! It's too much for the average person to go about their lives without the lies about 9-11 to protect them from a hideous truth that threatens our very souls.

A novice auto mechanic, self taught mostly, worked in a brake and muffler shop for a few months. Now I deliver food, but fix cars for myself, family and friends. I have been interested in the workings of things my whole life, and at age 3 took apart my crib. I was studying cars and building speaker cabinets by age 14. I have good basic physical knowledge and intelligence.
I haven't believed the official conspiracy theory since I watched 911 Mysteries 4 years ago, and I've since done a lot more research and thinking about it. The buildings fell too fast, and in the wrong order. I don't think the jet fuel could have remained liquid, and not have ignited for long enough to damage the lower levels and allow the towers to collapse, because so much fuel ignited in the fireballs as the planes struck. The buildings were quite obviously brought down by cleverly planted and sequenced explosives, the fact that wtc building #7 had been rigged for demolition in advance all but proves this.

It is apparent to me that the destruction of the Trade Center Towers, including Building 7, was a controlled demolition. The amount of time it took to level the buildings along with the total obliteration of materials as well as unreacted chips of nanothermite found in all the dust, leads me to conclude that the destruction was planned and carried out over a great amount of time by those who had access to the building. Teams of workers who were present in the days and hours before the collapses were involved in so called renovations of the center elevator shafts.

I'm a married man from Yorkshire, England. I've never believed what 'they' told us about it. The first time I ever saw the footage of the planes hitting the towers and then falling, I remember thinking to myself 'How did that plane cause the building to fall'. And I never knew about WTC 7.
My wife's aunt lived and worked in New York at the time of 9/11, and has told me a harrowing account of that day. Including the numerous 'bangs' that she heard(a lot more than two) and the terror of 20,000 people running across Brooklyn Bridge, covered in ash, with fighter planes jetting along the river. She had no idea if they were American planes or not. She, and everyone else thought World War 3 had started. She ran for 7 hours to get home.

I went to school for three years in Kerrville Texas where I studied english and history. I have absolutely no experiance as an architect or an engineer but this is sure logic. Since school I have worked construction and demolition so I have seen it on a smaller scale.
World Trade Center buildings 1 and 2 are very hard to adress because they were hit by planes, and also were so massive in size that no one has seen the likes of that type of demolition before. However, watching the collapse of building number 7 and not listening to any evidence either way, one could easily conclude that Al Queda must be very tricky and skilled in controlled demolition to execute what it took to bring down that 47 story steel framed skyscraper. There is no way in hell that even the most serious of fires would ever bring the building down in the manner that it did. What a shame that there are actually adult human beings who believe that this building fell due to structural damage. Buildings 1 and 2 seem as if they actually exploded and not imploded. The pancake theory was absolutely inaccurate due to a lack of evidence. Where were all of the big chunks of building, well they were being blown apart and ejected from the building. I am a high school student and i am doing my senior project on the simple fact that there needs to be a more in depth investigation done on the infamous day of 9/11. It is something that simply needs to be done.
I believe that the way the buildings came down is just impossible without explosives in the buildings, and the fact that at no point in history have any buildings completely collapsed due to fire is just insane.

I find it shocking that the news of Building 7's collapse has received no media coverage. I find it more than just interesting that it collapsed in the same suspicious manner as did Buildings 1 and 2. Anyone who has witnessed a controlled demolition of a building would recognize what these buildings looked like when they came down. The fact that it happened to three buildings on the same day, one seemingly without provocation, seems to me to be a valid reason for an open independent investigation of the truth behind these collapses.

I'm just your average joe who thinks there are way too many unanswered questions about the events of 9/11.
Why did the tower that got hit second fall first? Why is there only one camera view of the pentagon plane? Doesn't that place have multiple security cameras? Why does the guy use his first and last name when he is talking to his own mother? How do these instant experts just appear on the news to tell everybody whats going on? Weren't the towers engineered to withstand plane impacts? Wasn't the explosion on impact all the fuel being burnt up? Why were some of the hijackers still alive? Why did the owner of the buildings take out an insurance policy right before they went down? It all comes down to the $.
