PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I saw a documentary about a French photographer and his brother who had selected to document the lives of fire fighters and 'probies' at a firehouse right next to the WTC. I believe one of them died in the event and the other was able to capture on film the collapse of the second tower well. How did they select that sight? Who paid them for their work? In this film there were flickering lights, as in a controlled explosion, going from left to right starting with the top floor and going down floor by floor until about the fifth floor and then everything was obscured with demolition dust and total collapse. Obviously that firehouse was the first to respond. Was this British film a simulation or did it capture the truth? My other question is this: would it not have been wiser to douse the burning debris with water flown in by helicopters until all burning had stopped before sifting through the burning debris for human remains?

I was working on the core-and-shell retrofit of the landmark Bank of New York building at 48 Wall Street the morning of 9/11/2001. After being notified that the WTC north tower was on fire, I paused a project meeting for a 15 minute break. We never got back to it. I personally stood at the corner of Liberty Park, which is across from WTC Borders Book Store when the second plane hit. The things that went on over the next few days I have always wondered about and questioned in my mind. On day three, I was called back for the disconnect of 48 Wall St. from the power grid. This was necessary, as the electric company would be attempting to power up downtown and did not want to electrically blow out any buildings on power up. How amazing it was to witness; truly an incredible effort to re-set a temporary power grid above ground over all of the lower downtown area in such a short time. Especially, which I did not know at the time, the main power feeds were completely severed from the collapse. The quantity of heavy cabling required on site so quickly and laid out on the street surfaces - alone an incredibly coordinated task - add to it all the volcanic ash type dusting, vehicles all over the areas and war zone type images. Now in retrospect, the coordinated removal of the debris began immediately. The firm I was with had assigned one or two engineers to assist on dismantling design and sketching. They along with one of the firms huge cranes were removed shortly after. From my first basic structural classes, I was told that the biggest danger to a steel structure that was exposed to high heat was that the affected or exposed steel would eventually lose its integrity and become rubbery - stressed past its modulus of elasticity. In witnessing the second plane hit the south/east corner of the south tower, and assuming that the heat was intense enough - long enough, the tower would have failed at and around impact height. In my opinion, it should have looked like a wrecked car that had been broadsided. The building would have been compromised from that corner and up and diagonally. To the extent that adjacent structural bays away from impact or heat areas would have reacted from the new imposed lateral and vertical stresses, I cannot speculate, I would only say that it would have been slow. That's all for now . . . My prayers to all those firemen (many just boys, it seemed), whose faces I looked at as they got out of their cars and pick-ups and were suiting up in fire equipment. The faces of disbelief as they walked the block or two towards WTC. These are but a few images I will never forget.

Without insisting on a thorough explanation of what transpired on 9/11, the AIA simply cannot claim to represent the architectural profession. - - - - I didn't see video footage of the collapses until 2005. At that point I spent months searching the web for more information. At the end of the day, the deliberate demolition is obvious. The reasons for doing so are incomprehensible - which is why many people refuse to acknowledge reality. The reality however, is that multiple crimes were committed, and crimes need to be investigated and the criminals brought to justice. They never were in Iraq.

I remember September 11, 2001 very clearly. I had the day off from working as a substitute teacher and I heard on the radio about something happening in New York City. I turned on the television in time to see both towers on fire. I remember shortly afterwards watching as the first of the towers started crumbling. I screamed at Peter Jennings (ABC News anchor) - who seemed oblivious to the building coming down on the screen behind him - to turn around and see what was happening. When the other tower came down a little while later, I was in complete shock. I stayed glued to the television all that day and remember distinctly commentators talking about another building that they thought would be coming down soon. And, sure enough, it came down. (As I learned later that building was WTC 7.) I was still in shock but I can distinctly remember saying to myself over and over, 'I didn't know buildings came down like that.'I didn't give the subject much thought after that. I remember starting to watch a NOVA documentary 'Why The Towers Fell' like a year after the events. The explanation seemed plausible but it made me feel uncomfortable watching it and I turned it off. A few years later a student told me about the 'Loose Change' video and I showed some parts of the video in my History of World War II class in conjunction with a discussion about the controversy surrounding the attack on Pearl Harbor. I remember trying to keep an open mind about the 'Loose Change' video but I was turned off by the sensationalistic nature of the film and the questionability of many of its claims.It wasn't until the summer of 2013 - while I was searching online for documentaries for a class on East Asian Studies that I was preparing - that my eyes were opened to what actually happened on 9/11. I was looking at the website topdocumentaryfilms.com and the site had a Documentary Category called '9/11.' At first I avoided clicking it, thinking there would be more videos like 'Loose Change.' But after about a month I decided to go ahead and click it to see what was there. The first documentary I watched was 'Hy.poth.e.sis' (2010) recounting Prof. Steven Jones's story. I remember saying 'What the f*** is this?' This was nothing like 'Loose Change'! I was immediately hooked and look at all the 9/11 videos on topdocumentaryfilms.com and then went out looking for more. I shortly thereafter found Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth as well as all the good work of so many others. The summer of 2013 was truly an epiphany for me and my life has not been the same ever since. Everything makes much more sense now.

WTC Building 7 would have not failed from a simple fire of office furniture. And if it did fail, it would not have a free fall collapse. A free fall collapse can only happen if the structural steel columns are compromised evenly and simultaneously.

I worked for the TSA and we invaded people's privacy daily, but there was one thing about my job that made me suspicious about our techniques, we could merely swipe the outside of bag and test it for bomb residue and the machine would alarm if there were a bomb inside the bag. My question is: If we could just swipe the outside of the bag why would we have to risk our lives opening a bag that may explode? What it did was give the government a way to search people's personal belongings without having to go to court to get a warrant. Which means that every time the FBI or someone in political office wants the FBI to use the TSA to go through someones bags they could, without a warrant.
I found out that every-day kerosene heaters that we have in our homes burn at 1800 degrees Fahrenheit and do not melt. Steel melts at 2500F. Also, when I saw WTC 7 collapse on 911 I knew something was extremely wrong, when I saw the building fall at free-fall speed I thought at the time that it was unbelievable.

Building 7 is of course the clincher to prove that this event did not happen the way they said it did. It was the PNAC's 'New Pearl Harbor' event to further their geopolitical ends. Just by looking at the videos of the WTC collapses a bit more attentively, even the basic knowledge we received in school about physics is enough to understand the probability of 3 steel-structure skyscrapers falling down the same way-while two were hit by planes in different points and one wasn't even hit- is too too tiny (just not to say impossible). About the theory of fire being the cause: I have searched for them over the internet, but I have not yet found a video of a building collapsing because of fire. The temperature of melting steel is a fact, no one can deny this.

I was nine and living in New York City at the time of the attacks. Although I do not know anyone personally who died or was injured in the attacks, it still made a huge, unforgettable impact on my life. I remember that day vividly; an hour after arriving at school, there was a ringing silence amongst my teachers. The grown ups spoke in whispers, but they did not tell us what was bothering them, so we waited in wonder. One by one, my classmates were picked up early by there sweating, red faced parents. It was not until noon that my best friend's mom rushed into the cafeteria, interrupted our lunch, and told us what was the matter. Planes crashed into big buildings. There was fire. Buildings fell. And lots of people died. That's what I heard. I didn't think twice about it, I just knew it was bad because everyone else thought it was. It was not until the next day that I realized how all the grown ups felt. We had the day off from school. A Day of Reflection, they called it. But everyone knew it was because the whole country was afraid to open their doors. I remember being annoyed that morning, because every single channel was new coverage of the attacks. I couldn't watch Spongebob, and I was sick of hearing about the Twin Towers. Seeing I was bored, my dad took me out for a walk. It was then that I understood what had happened. Outside a dead, eerie silence loomed all over the city. It was almost as if the world had frozen over. People stood still on street corners. Afraid to talk, afraid to move. My dad held my hand tightly as we walked past a newsstand. Right at my eye level I saw the front page of the New York Times. I remember it vividly. A woman in a red dress, covered in blood, crying out in agony. It was at that moment that I, along with the rest of the nation, felt completely alone and helpless. I was terrified, to say the least. For months afterward, I had a nightmare each night that a plane flew into my window as I slept. The only comforting part of my dream was, that at least I'd die in my sleep. Perhaps without ever knowing that I was dead. That was a blessing none of the victims of 9/11 had.

I have no idea who was responsible for the collapse of the World Trade Center buildings on 9/11, but I think there is little doubt that they did not fall as a result of the plane crashes. Naturally, finding those responsible is critical to our nation, and the first step MUST be an honest, and independent investigation into the circumstances that brought these buildings down, and took so many innocent lives. The evidence is overwhelming that the official explanations given to the public in regards to the building collapses on September 11 are extremely lacking and misleading. I am not a professional architect or engineer. I am just an American citizen who is supporting this group as well as firefighters for 9/11 because I believe very strongly in their cause. I am a single working mother. I do not believe the official story and want to do what I can to further the truth being found and told. I believe the victims of this horrendous crime deserve the truth.
I am an American citizen who does not believe the official story that was told to the public by government officials or the main stream media. I have done my own research into what could have caused or not caused those three skyscrapers to fall at nearly free fall speed, symmetrically down, which anyone can see resembles a controlled demolition. Especially, WTC7 which was not hit by a plane, nor did it even have as much damage as other buildings and yet it came straight down like the perfect demolition. If there was the decision to pull it, the question must be asked, how in all of that chaos did they find the time to place explosives so quickly and so professionally in a matter of a few hours? Don't controlled demolitions take at least days to plan? Of course they do; therefore, there had to be prior knowledge of this attack. The official story makes no sense. Those three buildings and how they fell are only SOME of the questions. There are questions about the Pentagon and the untouched grass and the hole being too small for a plane. There is the plane that crashed in Pennsylvania, and how could a plane have disintegrated on impact, the first time in aviation history, and yet they found the passport of one hijacker and a driver's license among the inexplicable small fragments of debris. It makes no sense. The American public demands a full investigation by nongovernmental investigators immediately. I want to know what happened that day because our country has changed so radically, it is not recognizable to me anymore. The events of 9/11 were the catalyst for such detrimental change in this country that we need to know if this is justified. We need to know what really happened and who is really responsible. It must be done for the victims of 9/11 and their families, and it must be done for the first responder victims and their families and for all the ground zero workers who have since died of illness caused by working at ground zero and for those who are sick even now. THE TRUTH MUST BE TOLD.

I am a former music teacher, retired singer and part-time medical transcriptionist. I have studied 7 foreign languages. I am overcoming legal blindness and musculoskeletal difficulties but remain intensely interested in the well being of others. My father and stepfather were both chemists, the former having worked at Linde and the latter having become an aeronautical engineer. I was stunned when I watched the annotated video of the collapse of Building 7. On 9/11 itself, when someone told me the tower was in danger of collapsing, I thought she was referring to a TV tower on top of the building, not the building itself! I was flabbergasted when I got home and saw on TV the images of those massive buildings collapsing, as well as horrified at the senseless and tragic loss of life! My family visited NYC in 1993 and I remember standing on the top floor looking out over the city. How could such a huge structure actually collapse? I have seen many videos of controlled demolitions and that is what it looked like to me, a mere layman. When I later discovered that engineers were analyzing the videos and theorizing that the buildings could NOT have collapsed according to the initial reports, I found myself wondering how and by whom could explosives have been planted? Infiltrating the service providers for the buildings is a feasible explanation but again, just who could have been behind this, if it is indeed what happened. A thorough investigation is warranted to get at the bottom of this to put to rest all the speculation by those who accept the status quo and those who have wild, illogical conspiracy theories. This should be aided by those who have expert technical training in the specific areas that would deal with the physics involved.

No longer preoccupied with daily distractions of a nonstop work schedule or full of blind rage and fears over issues that don't actually concern or effect me I have had an awakening of sorts. Turned off Fox and CNN, they didn't even give me a hint that economic collapse was on the horizon but I sure knew what Paris was up to or if Britney had flashed her privates again. Useless and misleading at best. I don't understand why for nearly 7 years I was so blind to all these obvious and disturbing facts about 9/11 alone and I will only point two out and close with that. 1. Even if you ignore physics and construction facts and dismiss the towers for now building 7 was so obviously a controlled demolition it cannot reasonably be discussed as anything but. 2. Pentagon City is one of the most highly monitored areas on earth and a lousy stop frame security camera recording is all that was offered up to us as evidence of the attack and not a single AAA round was fired in defense, no missile launched, nothing! It's sad to think we as a nation have so miserably failed to date in our most important role as Americans and that role is made clear in the message the founding fathers spoke to above all others Keep our government from becoming more powerful than we the people's ability to wipe from power those who would tread upon our Constitution and basic human rights.

While I do not have a degree in architecture or engineering, I am an educated citizen and I know what a thorough investigation looks like. A&E for 9/11 Truth has me convinced that further inquiries are necessary before we can put this to rest.
As a young American, I realize that my generation will soon be responsible for the future of our country. I hate to sound negative, but the past few years have made me doubt much of what I have seen broadcasted through the media. Too many people sit back and either accept what they are told on television or choose to tune out anything different, passing such ideas off as simply unrealistic conspiracy theories. The 9/11 Truth video does a fabulous job at laying out the cold hard facts to support undeniable evidence that the attacks on all three of the World Trade Centers must be investigated further. I hope that through the efforts of this organization, Americans will be shaken out of their blissful ignorance. I did not even think twice about the official story until a few years ago when I saw the Pentagon photos for the first time. My logical nature made me question what I was seeing and the descriptions of those events. With more research I learned about Building 7. I felt in my soul that something didn't make sense, and have spent the last few years compiling any and all info I can get my hands on to help me find some sort of rational explanation for what I believe I was seeing.
The official explanations I have read over and over again eventually revealed another small flaw in their logic. One event is made out to be so incredibly destructive, (WTC Towers) while the other crash (Pentagon) pales in comparison. In my understanding if you lead one to believe that the force, speed, and the igniting of 1000's of gallons of jet fuel can bring down 2 of the most prominent building in the world, why didnt the Pentagon suffer more damage than it did?

I don't believe it to be possible for those steel structures to have collapsed perfectly within their own footprint at nearly free-fall speed, or for the concrete of the building to become pulverized to dust as a result of a collision from a jet. A pancake collapse would have left floors stacked about ten stories high. How could Building 7 collapse from a fire? Many unanswered questions.
