PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

World Trade Center 7 was never hit by a plane, had only minimal damage, and collapsed into its own footprint in a demolition style collapse. The twin towers also collapsed into their own footprint in a way that can be explained by controlled demolition.

The collapse of the WTC towers on 9/11 was a remarkable and puzzling event. Several aspects of the collapse have yet to be satisfactorily explained: the collapse was extremely rapid (near free fall); the destruction was nearly symmetrical (in spite of highly asymmetric structural damage); the collapse generated significant explosive upwelling pyroclastic-like clouds of pulverized material. The most widely cited explanation is a Progressive Collapse Theory published by Ba'ant and colleagues. This model however has significant weaknesses. It is 1D (hence ignores the WTC towers' excellent capacity for load redistribution); it is not able to explain the highly symmetrical nature of the collapse; nor can it explain the generation of clouds of pulverized concrete and other anomalous aspects of the collapse. In my opinion the hypothesis of controlled demolition needs to be seriously investigated.

I have been working in the oil and gas industry for over seven years now.
One does not need to be an engineer to see the twin towers and building 7 could not fall at free-fall speed without extra energy. The media kept saying steel does not need to melt (2750F) in order to be weaken to fall. The max temp of jet fuel of ~1350F, (fire was black, so ~300-600F, most of the fuel burned outside). At ~1600F, steel holds 50% of it's strength. And, I have read that skyscrapers are designed 10 times stronger than physically required. So, impossible even if you grant the highest jet fuel temperature. It is evident to the most simple-minded person that studies it for any length of time that it was completed by the government. Rumsfield stated on 9/10 that they 'lost' track of $2.3 trillion dollars. And, the Pentagon was hit in the very department that held on the staff and computers for audits. Now come on.

Too many unanswered questions. Too much time in responding properly in terms of previous statistics and responses to similar events. A disproportionate insignificant budget for investigation. A considerable effort to obstruct justice by the president and the white house; delays and control of the media. manipulation and inconsistencies in the process, the evidence and the results. After lengthy investigation into the facts presented, it's difficult for me to believe anything but the simple fact that these buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition. I never believed the twin towers was anything other than a deliberate act as I do not believe the London tube was not deliberate as well. I went to school for game design (but could not finish due to health issues), so I would not consider myself an expert in an educational sense. I am just a very analytical and artistic individual who tends to notice things that others do not.
It took me awhile to get over the initial shock of seeing the towers come down, but once I got past that, it seemed very odd to me that the collapse of the towers looked a lot like the type of controlled demolitions that have been shown on . . . the history channel? Perhaps that is not the correct channel, but I have seen controlled demolitions on television before. Then there is the issue of Building 7 . . . the story that was put out made no sense what so ever, and to top it off: BBC announced the collapse of that building way before it came down. Then there was that passport that magically appeared completely unscathed, escaping a fire that was supposedly hot enough to melt through steel. I could go on and on about the official story, but it is quite obvious that the government's version of events was nothing more than a fairy tale.

I grew up in Detroit, Michigan. I attended Finney High School, Macomb College, and Wayne State University. I lived and worked in Las Vegas, Nevada for 10 years from 1981-1991. I worked in the transportation Industry for 2 bus lines and 2 airlines. I returned to Detroit in 1991 and worked from 1993-2004 in the airline industry here at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. I am single and have no children.
I believe all 3 buildings had explosive charges set inside of them beforehand. I base this on watching the many video clips of the 3 buildings collapsing. I have briefly studied free fall theory, controlled demolition, and the use of nano thermite in bringing down a building. I also have intimate knowledge of airliners having worked around them for 15 years in total. I have worked on the Boeing 757 and have even met John Lear Jr. while working for American Trans Air in Las Vegas, Nevada. I know the max operating speed of both the 757 and 767 is 360 knots. This does not square with the FAA's reported speed of United 175 of 560 knots. I also know that both of these models could not possibly attain that airspeed without suffering massive structural damage, or complete loss of aircraft. I also know that kerosene cannot attain the temperatures needed to melt solid steel.
