PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Our government's refusal to cooperate with American professionals, working with the limited evidence left available, to find out precisely and correctly how these buildings failed to withstand a simple aircraft strike (in 2 of the 3 cases), which Code and plans inspection say they should have, as designed by IAW applicable Codes, is a troubling revelation. Politics may have played a part somehow, but that is not the subject nor in the scope of the professional review these experts and witnesses are providing simply to lend more insight as to how those events of structural failure actually could have occurred. One always knows something is not right when it is intentionally being kept out of public view and discussion behind the rubric of 'It's classified''. But why? Inquiring minds want to know facts, not half-truths and evasions, which we are increasingly seeing as a basic part of the way the government treats the governed, for its own private purposes.

My theory is that they knew we would be entering a protracted period of war in the Middle East to maintain control of world oil. The American public was very much against going to war, ever since Vietnam. The 9/11 bombing did, to a great extent, ignite war fever in this country, especially since they have conducted the war(s) without reviving the draft.

From the moment I saw the news video and was able to compare it with the government's claims, I knew we were in trouble. I knew the minute I saw them come down it looked like a controlled demolition, and I have no training in the area at all. Just going from earlier videos I had seen of controlled demolition. Yes I believed that it was a terrorist attack, there was no reason NOT to believe it at first. But it soon became obvious that it was not as simple to explain. We SAW, and HEARD on video that day, things that have, and are denying, happened. 9/11 changed my view of American politics 180 degrees. I originally bought the official story hook, line and sinker. Eventually, enough questions were raised about the government claims that I started to investigate. No building can possibly fall at near free fall speed unless the structural supports have been removed or destroyed. Thermite evidence and molten steel evidence from ground zero confirms that no jet fuel or paper fires could possibly bring those buildings down.

I believe the buildings would still be there were it just the impact of an aircraft. I am doubtful about an aircraft that may have hit the pentagon. No initial evidence was forthcoming nor was followup reporting at all revealing. If an oil spill can be scrutinized for months to the smallest technical detail, what happened to that scrutiny on our part with a devastation that cost thousands of lives?

I have had long time concerns with the story that we have been hand fed by our officials. It is scary to think of the alternative to the official story as well as it's implications. It is maddening to think that we as a people have our hands tied and it is my hope that one day we will look back at this terribly sad catastrophic event as the biggest hoax in history, and one in which we finally demanded answers. And if we go through the attacks step by steps using physics, maths etc. we can explain it. The point which bothers me the most about 9/11 is that the public masses were so manipulated and somehow are ignoring the truth; I am sure that any individual dealing with 9/11, how we deal with it, will believe in what we believe in: in science ' which tells us that the official reports are not based on empirical facts, were simply created to let the public believe what for the people behind is most relevant and to me they did not do their homework well.

In my non-professional opinion the photographic and video images available for public viewing strongly suggests the use of shaped charges to collapse all three WTC buildings. I believe an independent inquiry is appropriate considering the substantial loss of life during this event and the subsequent actions taken by our country after the event.

I haven't beLIEved the official story about 9/11 since day one. I am 36 and have been investigating the facts for 10 yrs now. There needs to be an independent investigation into 9/11 that is not performed by any governmental agency. And those criminal elements who hold offices should be held accountable for their heinous acts.
