PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official stories of WTC building collapses do not make any sense in the physical world I deal with daily as an engineer. I fully concur with Fourteen Points of Agreement with Official Government Reports on the World Trade Center Destruction submitted to the Open Civil Engineering Journal. Especially with NIST's statement regarding WTC 7 that Although the total diesel fuel on the premises contained massive potential energy, the best hypothesis has only a low probability of occurrence. Further research, investigation, and analysis are needed to resolve this issue. Indeed it does require further investigation and as an engineer I take this language to mean that there is no official theory that adequately explains the collapse of building 7 of it's own accord.

I have no answers, but there are far too many unanswered questions concerning the engineering details of the events leading to the collapse of three steel and concrete structures - that fell (at near free-fall rates) within their own footprints. How could this happen? No one has come close to answering those questions to the satisfaction of any knowledgeable engineer. It simply 'doesn't compute' to people familiar with the supposed process. I do not believe the stories that were floated - they were 'made up' by people who did not appreciate the information that engineers could extract by studying the videos of 9/11.

At this point I reviewed the evidence, which only substantiated my initial impressions. I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.

I graduated with a BSE in Electrical Engineering in 1974 and went to the USPTO and worked in Class 290 and Class 318 for 7 years. Then I transferred to Fort Monmouth, Patent Law Division of CECOM, and stayed there for 3 years. Then I transferred to the Underwater Sound Lab (NUSC) in New London where I stayed for 2 years and then left to pursue self employment as owner of a video store. I accepted the government's conspiracy story as given out by the main stream media and did not give much, if any, thought to it until a neighbor on March 1, 2006 brought me a story from the Desert Morning News in SLC, Utah. It was dated 1-28-06. I contacted the journalist and asked if there were any other stories and she sent me two others. After reading them and finally thinking about it and based on my engineering education and experience, I realized that we have been lied to and that there was a coverup. For instance if the floors pancaked and fell one on the other from the fires, which could not possibly melt and cut the steel, the 47 massive columns over a quarter mile high would still be standing! There was no forensic investigation and the steel fell in lengths that could be loaded and trucked to the west coast and shipped to Asia. Also the R9/11 Commission report did not mention the 47 story WTC 7, which fell the afternoon that the two towers fell in the morning! A sure sign of a false report. My opinion is that the 3 WTC buildings fell as a result of planted cutting charges - an inside job. Regarding the Pentagon, I believe from the size of the hole in the ext. wall and lack of airplane debris, that it must have been a missile. As for the 4th plane that supposedly crashed near Shanksville, PA, there was only a smoking hole in the ground and all the debris was scattered over a very wide area so it must have been shot down.

I tested and certified the fuel for Air Force One for then president Ronald Reagan. My military training was based on the ASTM (American Standard Test Methods) for petroleum products for JP-4-5-6. As well and all forms of Diesel and heavy lubrication products such as 5190 lube oils.

Testimony by the first-responders who observed and heard what they have reported were explosions, melting steel, and chemical traces which are not consistent with the theory that airplanes caused the fires and collapse of WTC I and II; and the full unedited free-fall photographic evidence of the collapse of WTC 7 should be included in their study. If Congress does not agree to this, then a public subscription for an independent analysis by distinguished experts from universities abroad should be undertaken.

The science prevails over the story our government has created to cover the truth. Aluminum oxide was found in dust samples throughout the rumble? Connects directly to thermite, which is quite possibly the only substance able to inflict that much structural damage to a building. The buildings fell in close to 10 seconds, which is not physically possible without a controlled demolition of some sort. Gravity alone cannot possibly bring a building down of that height in that short time frame. Not once in our history of the world has a building ever collapsed due to an airplane collision. A 757 would leave rumble and a clear definition of its pre collision impact with the ground if it had hit the Pentagon. The hole created by this 757 was merely 16ft across. The wingspan of a 757 is closer to 150ft than 16ft. Not one single piece of that aircraft was ever found....I work on commercial airliners for a living and that is not physically possible. We want the truth. We demand it.

In 2001 when the 9/11 attacks happened in the US i knew something was not right when i watched the news feeds on the internet and all over the TV. So now I question the attacks and the authenticity of all the information disclosed by the 9/11 Commission.
Look at the pictures from after the collapse of the towers. Look at the steel I-Beams and how they are cut at a 45 degree angle. That is the ultimate proof that the towers were imploded and demolished... along with the other simple facts that they found traces of nano thermite in the dust after the collapses. An anomaly, I think not. 9/11 was planned people, and it is up to us to find out the real truth.

My biggest doubt is about building seven, which accelerated roughly 9.8 m/s squared, within 1% of freefall speed in the New York area. No plane struck the building, and there were no chunks of falling debris large enough to cause this type of collapse.

I am a human being on earth.... Also an artist (Painting & Stone carving), landscaper, and construction worker.
Clearly, all three buildings were brought down as a result of controlled demolitions, even at first sight. An operation carried out with military precision, which surely only a handful of companies would be capable of performing. Being a relatively intelligent person, I don't appreciate the media and government attempts to convince me otherwise. Thankfully, there are accredited professionals who are invested in continuing to gather evidence, and in thoroughly investigating the events of 9/11, and explain it to the general public. The evidence I have seen presented by the experts explaining why it must have been a controlled demolition operation, far outweighs the theoretical conclusions formed by the government approved experts and ill-informed media. Those responsible for orchestrating and carrying out those demolitions, may be able to hide from the people for a while, but they still won't ever be able to hide from the truth!! Sooner or later, all will be revealed.

It doesn't require a degree in engineering or in architecture to see this building fall straight down without any obvious resistance. Even if the building was hit by debris from the side it should have tilted to the side that was damaged, but that didn't happen... for it to have collapsed straight down as it obviously does in the filmed footage, the center core columns would have to have been taken down nearly simultaneously.... And that means it would have had to have been compromised from within at the interior bases of the columns. So therefore, external damage could have not been the cause... and for fire alone to have generated a free fall collapse as the video demonstrates, is simply out of the question.. Small internal fires cannot, in even the best case scenario, generate a free fall collapse of a modern building of the structural magnitude that Trade Center Building 7 represented... It is my opinion that only one's fear of the implications could generate a delusional blindness and an ignorance of obvious appearance this great.. No thinking man would ever accept that this was done by small fires or debris, it was a clearly successful professional demolition... But for that to have occurred, the building was prewired.... and this proves government involvement if not in the act then in the cover up itself... there is no alternative explanation....

When I first saw the fall of the first tower, I thought that was impossible for one jumbo jet to bring down a building of that size.
when the building started to fall it did look like a controlled demolition to me and the building never fell to one side or the other it went straight down like controlled demolition. Why did building seven fall down as well? That's a mystery.

I was in Europe during the week of 9-11-2001 so I was not undulated with the media coverage. At first it was hard to imagine that this could be anything other than what the media reports covered. But after reading and focused attention to WT7, I am very interested to see further investigations. I feel the 9/11 report is not worth the paper it was written on and the money we paid the people paid for.

I am studying Applied Geography at the RWTH Aachen University. Because it is a technical university, a lot of people are studying technical subjects, so that in chats with them, they wonder about how a construction like the WTC could fall because of a plane. This gets me thinking about the official theory of 9/11.

9-11 truth seeker. I was a sheep until 9/11 and the controlled demolition of those buildings helped me wake up to the way this world actually works.
The buildings fell at free fall speed. That would never happen unless it was a controlled demolition. I do not need a degree to understand the laws of physics.

I don't think it even takes a scientist an engineer or architect, just common sense to see that Building 7 alone was not brought down by a simple office fire. And after lots of research of documents and eye witnesses there is definitely more to the story than the 9/11 Commission report covered. I want the truth to the main stream media to the average American.

I am sixty years old with a High School education and I have no technical education or experience that would relate directly to building engineering and or architecture.
I am very concerned about how the three buildings on 9/11 fell, and the aftermath of their destruction and loss of life (both then and now). For me it does not seem possible that three building with significantly different damaged areas, could all fall straight down. In my own observations of the collapses from online video, it's clear that the lower undamaged structures were passed through as if they were not there. Where is the significant slowing of fall that common-sense says should occur from the super-strong, lower, undamaged portions of the buildings? We don't see it, and I have found no plausible explanation why. We need deeper investigation, so that such surprising rates of fall do not ever happen again.
