PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

If the official explanation is true, it follows that all the events that took place in 9/11 defy engineering and physics principles, but most importantly, they defy logic. By having the most basic experience with mechanical phenomena you can clearly see that the top of the South Tower should have continued falling off to the side of the building when it tilted immediately after the collapse started. The only reasonable explanation is that it encountered no resistance as it fell or that it was pulverized in mid air.

Having reviewed a great amount of the published findings associated with the 9/11 events - official and otherwise - I find myself compelled to seek a revisiting of the facts and circumstances surrounding the event in order that a more definitively exhaustive and conclusive accounting of this significant episode in the history of our country might be forthcoming. Upon much reflection I sincerely believe that to stand by and allow the 'fog of war' to interfere in the attainment of the 'truth' is 'unpatriotic' and inexcusable on my part as a taxpaying and law-abiding US Citizen and a member of the architecture profession. The 'official' accounting as rendered by the 9/11 Commission/NIST has been measured and found to be somewhat lacking as regards scope. When 9/11 happened, I was attending Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, CO. I remember my physics teacher at the time commented on the impossibility of skyscrapers collapsing due to those plane crashes. The official story we've been given doesn't align with basic physics. I believe that this event is crucial in understanding what's going on, and what has been going on, both domestically here in the United States, but also geo-politically. The 'How' is easily sussed out by fellow engineers, especially structural and civil engineers, so the next two questions we need to be asking ourselves are 'Who?' and 'Why?', and it's my contention that these last two are inextricably linked, i.e. 9/11 was part of an overarching agenda that spans not only the Western world, but the entire globe. Basically, once you understand the 'Who', you'll understand 'Why'. So many have died, including those 3000 innocent souls, as a result of this most egregious terrorist attack. It was trauma on a macroscopic scale. When a person's mind is in that traumatic state of suspension, it is much more susceptible to the various suggestion and/or injunction delivered by the mainstream media who are either (a)complicit in this cover-up or (b)completely ignorant. I for one have more faith in the average human being's intelligence so have to, unfortunately, side with the former.

The collapse of Building 7 in 6 seconds (not hit by an airplane) means the building had to be brought down by controlled demolition. This is thoroughly corroborated by eyewitness reports from reporters, firefighters, police officers, etc. that frequent bomb explosions were heard by those in or near the buildings.

The days following 9/11, as the news reported out on TV, I was standing alone in my living room and watched for the first time the third building collapse. I said out-loud to myself, 'that's a demolition'. From observation alone, it clearly was a demolition as the building uniformly collapsed in free fall. This made me more carefully observe the collapse of the twin towers as the video footage was replayed on TV. The more I watched the replays, both buildings also uniformly collapsed in free fall. Then weeks, months after the 9/11, there were news reports about the sustained extreme temperatures in the rubble. The remains of the building collapse was mainly dust, There were no body parts, no bones, no office furniture etc. Later I learned that the official explanation was that the buildings collapsed from the fire. I knew there was definitely more going on than fire to take down all three buildings in uniform free fall, with the remains being only dust at extreme high temperatures.

From the day it happened I did not believe that two buildings of this magnitude could possibly drop within moments in the exact same way. I have watched demolition videos and the similarity was too obvious. No way could an hour of burn drop a building - it just seemed impossible. Then, when Building 7 came down it looked exactly like a controlled event. And even had it burned all day it would not have fallen in on itself the way it did. Even when homes/barns burn there is generally not a complete fail like these steel concrete structures in such a short time frame. And to be molten deep underground for months after - there is no way this happened due to an airplane crash. The official story - lack of a real investigation - Bush & Cheney doing their bit together to keep the story straight was a slap in the face of all those who lost loved ones that day.

In 1978, while still in art school at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, I started doing illustration, design and production work out of a small studio named MGA. I wish I could say I find the evidence presented on AE911 as shocking, but it only reinforces what I and many others perceived from the moment the South Tower fell - that it succumbed to a skillfully planned demolition and not a structural failure. Living very near to Manhattan at the time, such thoughts were beyond taboo, and speaking of them was not something one could do freely. I, just by chance, watched the attack live on TV. At first I thought it was a movie review and of course it was not. My first real amazement was the manner in which the news media both, TV and radio, were divulging the goings on security wise and was amazed that there were not Air Force jets responding for so long. The building structural design was uncommon and new. No mention of that fact, and the controversy regarding public concern, is mentioned ever! I am for this deeper investigation and I would say pay attention to what big media is doing.

I think there are too many unanswered discrepancies for the planes to have brought down the building by themselves. This makes me wonder why there would have been extra physical support contributing to the internal collapse of the towers--and especially of the smaller building. While I am not an engineer I do have a rational mind and the facts do not seem to support the widely accepted claim that the buildings collapsed solely because of the impact of the planes.

I have a staggering lack of trust in the u.s. government, i think they really need to focus more on the people of America rather than lending so much aid foreign countries. Don't get me wrong we are like their bigger more powerful, more resourceful, wealthier brother, but our economy is cracked and bleeding.
I really think this was orchestrated to look like we were under attack. A country living in fear is a country easily controlled. What better enemy to choose than one we had previous squalls with in the past! Not to mention the commodity they hold over the entire world..... Dare i say OIL!!!! This couldn't just be about such a little thing as oil could it, well when an opportunity knocks Uncle Sam will open the border....I mean door with open arms and say The Muslims Did IT!! Believe me! I wouldn't lie to gain more control..... Aside from that the building collapses don't make a lick of sense, your telling me a plane caused that when intuitive people are already proving that scenario impossible!!! Did the government not think there would be a few nonbelivers who would test this silver platter fed bull$#%$ or what?

I was Twenty one on the day we all remember. My wife at te time was pregnant with my first child. Like most Americans I was terrified, confused, saddened and angered as the events of that morning unfolded. I couldnt believ what I was seeing. I remember hearing and seeing several things that struck me as stange. First I recall a report of WTC 7 collapsing. The odd thing was as the reporter was reporting this, building 7 was standing in the background. I secondly found it odd that either tower 1 or 2 fell at all. I am no engineer or expert by any means but I found then and still it very hard to believe that those buildings would collapse from fire damage. Surely not after only several hours. I knew there was something more to te story and kept waiting to hear something from the mainstream media and/or our federal government explaining this. Sadly no statements or explanation, at least any that werent down right insulting ever came. I pray we one day will know the truth.

I have no technical education or experience when it comes to this topic. I am merely a 26 year old Army veteran who does not believe the story that has been fed to us by the establishment. I am considered a crazy person in the rural community that I live in because I ask questions about the validity of the mainstream story. I was a high school sophomore when the WTC collapsed and I remember very clearly the fear, frustration, sadness, and anger I felt when I watched those buildings come down on our classroom television. Of course, I believed the story that was told at first but I have always been one to question what I'm told by the authorities. People in this country need to wake up and understand that our government is the source of many of the problems our country faces today. Why is it so hard for some people to consider the possibility that our government had a hand in what happened on 9/11?
