To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm grateful to AE911 truth for upholding the principles of evidence based science that are consistent with those I encountered during my early undergraduate studies and training. Their questions are my questions and I believe that the institutional ethic is undermined by its implicit endorsement of the destruction of valuable data sets, its dismissal of independent inquiry and its bad faith deployment of institutionalised science to subvert the scientific method. The negligence of a single professional, be they medical, scientific or otherwise can result in a custodial sentence. The negligence of a generation of professionals may result in the loss of faith in evidence-based engineering as a tool for good. As such I feel that AE911Truth better represent me in what I was trained to be 'science' than the institutions do at present. I trust this situation will resolve itself eventually to the benefit of all as it always does, hence my membership.

Didn't seem right from the get-go. Spoke to an electrical engineer during an inspection on the morning of 11 Sep 2001. He had not yet heard that the two towers had collapsed, and couldn't believe, from the simple facts we knew at the time, that aircraft impacts could precipitate a collapse of the World Trade Towers. Soon the President announced names of the highjackers who had crashed the planes, and propagated the story of Al Qaeda as the terrorism perpetrators. Right, and a highjacker left a passport that survived the pulverization of the Towers! Too many plain tall tales and improbable explanations surround the circumstances of that day. Now we can begin to understand that, as Barry Zwicker's Towers of Deception book sketches out, the traumatic shock of the spectacular experience makes the mind need explanation, and the initial propaganda catapulted by Bush and the media that most people did accept as explanation even if tentatively, causes pain when contradicted by countering evidence. Statements of the A/E professionals here provide ample brief summary of that evidence.

I have been particularly astonished by the Richard Gage, AIA lecture and Power Point presentation which demonstrates how eerily similar were the Twin Towers/Tower 7 'collapses' and buildings demolished by explosions. There is too much evidence which, it appears, the official report either ignored, dismissed, or jettisoned to suit the desired final report. Let this evidence have a hearing.

I'm 26 years old and graduated from College 2 1/2 years ago and have recently discovered that there are many unanswered questions about tragic events in our nations history. Especially September 11th, 2001. My research has directed me to many unanswered questions about the 2008 financial meltdown our country endured in regards to transparency and accountability of bailout money. These questions have directed me to ask questions about other events like 9-11, as I think they are all interconnected somehow.
The obvious statement is how can 2 planes bring down 3 steel frame skyscrapers. I can see how some people could believe WTC 1 & 2, but after you do the research, there is still many questions. Not to mention, WTC 7 is the smoking gun of this whole situation.

After reading from various sources including AR911Truth and viewing some videos, I have long believed that the very fast collapse of all 3 world trade center buildings into their own footprints, along with additional evidence, i. e. explosions, melted steel, powder (from blasts), thermite in dust, and more evidence, could only be explained by the deployment of planted explosives. The planes by themselves would have caused a far different and far less destructive result.

Since the majority of the public has very little understanding of science or physics, most didn't realize the collapses of the towers could not have occurred from the planes, jet fuel, or office fires. However, a high school level understanding of gravity, volume and especially resistance explains that the only way the towers, especially WTC7 which wasn't even hit by a plane, could implode in virtual free fall is if the floors below failed sequentially to remove any resistance. First the tops of the buildings actually blew up, then each massive floor gave way at 11 floors per second, falling into their own footprint. Objectively, there is no other explanation but some kind of demolition. Dust samples and photos have shown that one of the causes was thermate. I attended 4 NIST hearings and they were definitely a cover-up. The world must demand a legal proceeding that will present the objective scientific data.

I am a 24 year old middle class worker who knows enough to question why many educated professionals are not able to explain what seems to be a truly scientifically proven answer to the building demolition. I would like to hear all sides of this story without bias or censorship.
As with any story I am told, I choose to gather all information possible and come to my own conclusion. However, in this situation, I believe there are too many details proven to be lies and too much still lingering that has not been answered. I do not have any formal education, but have a unique understanding and visualization of physics. I am not capable of visualizing physics that is impossible. For instance, I cannot visualize a person bouncing a basketball faster than physics allows. With this condition, I can see flaws in movies and tv that most people will never notice. Something looks fake, I see it.
I see the buildings falling, and I do not see steel and concrete bending and crumbling. It's falling too fast. I see a building demolishing itself as it falls. This is not possible, it would fall slower and slower as it fell through itself. Although, it wouldn't fall through itself at all. At some point, it would decidedly slide off the center axis and continue to the ground unhindered. The mass of the structure would guide the inertia to this event. To the buildings collapse once as they did is impossible, twice, IMPOSSIBLE-ER? Three times? IMPOSSIBLE-EST?
