PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I graduated with awards from the department before working for the State of California and then taking a position as job captain and then project manager at a small architecture firm. I volunteered many hours in nonprofits and was appointed as a city planning commissioner. That ended early when I was forced to resign for pointing out problems with major developments. I was able to find work at a global software company and had to relocate to the east coast to continue my career. I now train architects and help them solve design problems.

Building 7 videos show a standard building demolition at gravity free fall with a NIST explanation that an office fire was the cause... how absolutely ridiculous. This got me thinking about the Twin Towers and the jet fuel temperatures, which led me to the YouTube clips of the firemen talking about molten metal coming down the channels and the statements that the ground floor lobby area was already blown out before the towers came down. Then I learned about Thermite and realized that the governments explanation of what happened was a complete fabrication and the buildings could not have come down if they were only hit by a commercial passenger aircraft. I also found the Pilots for 911 truth to be informative when they stated that the specific Boeing aircraft cited could not generate enough thrust to fly at 500+ mph at that low of an altitude (80% of the atmosphere is contained in the 1st 2 miles of altitude) because the air is too dense. They can fly at 500+ mph when they are at 6 or 7 miles up in the THIN air, less resistance.

I feel that the media effectively force-fed the population a misconstrued version of the story. With all the horror and fear and confirmation from experts and eventually war, even I began to replace my initial reaction and knowledge with the thought that stranger things have happened even in the world of engineering. But more so; what would the horrible truth implicate and how would a nation react? Let us not forget that even the Pentagon damage raises questions. Nonetheless; as a member of the engineering society whose duty is to the safety of the public, I believe that too many people have died and too many provocative questions have been dismissed for us to ignore the need for a genuine investigated.

The witnesses were saying there were explosions / I thought the idea of pancaking was contradictory to the structure I knew the towers had. It is my extremely strong opinion after spending many hours in researching many aspects of 9/11, that the evidence stacks up overwhelmingly that the American people have been deceived and lied to, and that the skyscrapers were destroyed with advanced pyrotechnics and set the stage for unprecedented violation of people's trust, rights and integrity, not to mention the murder and many innocent lives lost during and after 9/11 all across the globe, both directly and indirectly. May justice be served in this life already and I implore the US citizens to demand a national investigation to these matters and prosecute all that took part in this heinous act.

I have a BS in Computer Engineering from Tufts University Engineering School. I believe that everything has a scientific explanation, and anything that defies a scientific explanation is either bad science or something that is not yet conventional science. In other words, if science can't explain it, either the effect is something that exceeds current methods of scientific measure or your data is bad and/or your assumptions are incorrect.
Seeing that the collapse of all three WTC structures can be explained with classical chemistry and Newtonian physics, any evidence of molten steel would indicate that a form of combustion much hotter than the burning of jet fuel caused the failure of the steel structure. When approaching maximum oxidation efficiency, such as in the inside of a jet engine, jet fuel will burn at close to 1500 'C, however, fuel burning under normal atmospheric conditions, even with significant updraft, could burn no hotter than 1000-1100 'C. The melting point of high carbon steel is about 1350' C, depending on the specific alloy. Even with prolonged exposure to the the heat of that burn could cause steel to weaken enough for it to bend and collapse under its own weight, it would not produce 'rivers of molten steel'. That sounds more like something that would have been exposed to a much hotter flame for a short duration, such as thermite. A rapid burn would also better explain the collapse that resembles that of a demolition. It stands to reason that if the twin towers failed due to steel failure due to heat, it would have fallen at an angle as it would seem highly unlikely that the entire structure at the burn floor would fail simultaneously. What is harder to explain is the notion that the collapse of the twin towers not only caused the fire at 7 WTC, but that it was enough of a fire for the building to collapse as though it were demolished as well. Finally, there is the cold fact that none of the gold which was in the reserve at 7 WTC was recovered. Gold doesn't disappear regardless of whether it was melted or not. Put simply, there are just too many 'strange' facts in this incident for the standing explanation to be acceptable by any person of science, regardless of discipline. The fact that the report was rushed and debris was removed from the site with what can only be described as haste, one has to think there is more to the story. A lot more.

Originally earned an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT in Melbourne. Then 7.5 years with VicRoads starting as a principal research officer and moving to a Group Manager than Manager of Road Safety Research and Investigations. Then worked for 4 years at Technical Manager Land (Road and Rail) Transport for BHP Transport including work across Australia, in Indonesia, Peru and USA. Then a year at Roaduser International, a small international road transport research and consulting business. Finally set up my own consultancy John Lambert & Associates P/L. About 60% expert witness reports for legal or potential legal cases related to injury or death or damage associated with materials handling, forklifts, road transport, heavy vehicles, railways, or Agriculture. Around 30% expert engineering advice to road and rail transport related to loading, restraining loads and unloading etc.
I was an observer on TV from near the start. I knew the WT Towers were the tallest steel buildings in the world and that they had no concrete central lift towers. And in order to get to that height all the steel members were load sharing to high levels, and fire protection to steel weight minimized. I reasoned it was possible the initial explosion/ impact had blown the fire protection of a lot of steel members, and that the fire had then caused the steel to heat up over time until it was weakened to the degree that a floor level failed - outside steel members being thrown outwards - and the impact of the top of the tower dropping caused the next floor to fail and so on. However when the WTC Report came out I became aware of the failure of WTC7 and that raised a lot of queries for me especially as there was no plane impact or plane fuel fire. As a result I eventually became aware of AE911Truth and joined.

My practice has predominately been limited to geotechnical engineering. I have worked on numerous residential, commercial, education, transportation, oilfield, water related projects.
There are enough questions being raised about the events on 9/11 in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania that a new investigation is appropriate. There are numerous question that this group, and others have raised. The rebuttals that I have seen have often been vague and have not addressed the specific point that was being raised. These rebuttals have left me uneasy about the 'official' story.

From my limited experience and understanding of the strength of materials and focus on stress and strain capacity of structural materials, I have difficulty understanding how the official report is credible in describing the mode of failure. In particular, building 7's orchestrated collapse does not bode well with me.

My father was a ground zero survivor on 9/11. I was previously a fire department service member, and I worked at ground zero during the freedom tower construction project in 2009. I have a bachelors in fire protection engineering, so I have more knowledge on this topic that the common man. I'm currently in pursuit of my PE in the same field. I now work as a government contractor to safeguard their facilities (nuclear power plants, VA medical centers, EPA laboratories) from fires and other disasters.
If a building is designed to withstand a plane impact, then it will. I have too much respect for the engineering field to argue that fact. Fire does not cause structural failure of that magnitude. Maybe a fire will cause a wooden shed to fall, but not a skyscraper at free fall speed. An asymmetrical structural failure (as the NIST report states for WTC 7), cannot cause a symmetrical collapse. The building would have tipped over.

I have a degree in mechanical engineering and I always worked for the motorcycle industry, designing structural and non structural chassis and body components such as frames, forks and clamps, swing arms and links, tanks, carriers, fairings, fenders, air boxes and exhaust pipes and mufflers etc.
As an engineer I feel very ashamed that I believed the official version for more than a decade, without asking myself any questions. Then I saw the documentaries by Massimo Mazzuco and I understood what should be so obvious to any normal person who is not completely hypnotized by mainstream media. As a human being I feel very ashamed that, as a western citizen, I let my government contribute to the nonsense military operations that followed 9/11. There are too many unanswered questions about the physics related to how only the impacts of large airplanes caused WTC Buildings 1 and 2 to collapse (explode and melt). For example the melted steel beams would indicate use of thermite; and the many months of steel remaining molten in the ruins would indicate possible use of small (low radiation) nuclear weapons. How could only the jet fuel and kinetic energy of the collapse cause such intense heat (for months)? How could they cause the buildings to explode so far upward and outward? How could they cause so much of the buildings' concrete and steel to be pulverized (almost vaporized) into fine dust (2.5 microns)? Was the energy required to do all of this much more than that from the jet fuel and the kinetic energy from structural collapse? Basic physics principles (conservation of energy) do not appear to support the official story. What other sources of energy were involved? Also, there are many unanswered questions about how WTC Building 7 was destroyed; the official story was that small fires caused an internal column to buckle. However, all videos show it was an (obvious) implosion that was very level (i.e., level pancaking typical of engineered demolitions). So, did a demolitions team engineer and place the many explosives needed to cause its orderly implosion? If so, how did the team find the time and resources to do all of their work during the chaos on September 11? Or, was their work done before September 11, as a precautionary measure (for safe, controlled demolition) in case of attack? Hopefully a few brave, patriotic people will eventually address the many unanswered questions. If not, life will still go on, and the many good people of America will continue to improve our beloved nation.You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

I watched the event on live TV. The loss of life and impact on society was staggering to say the least. However, the extent of the investigation did not match the magnitude of the event. The scientific method was not applied. All possibilities were not examined thoroughly. The final report was not peer reviewed. The final report should have been vetted by other independent scientists, engineers etc. Any scientific professional should be appalled by the blatant disregard for the code of ethics and conduct. It challenges the integrity of our profession as a whole. It is our responsibility as scientific professionals to stand up for the integrity of our profession. It is our duty to keep the public safe by using sound scientific and engineering practices. We owe it to ourselves and most of all we owe it to the public, especially the victims and their families, to conduct a detailed and thorough investigation into the destruction of WTC 1,2 and 7.

I recall watching the video of towers alight while based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I could not comprehend at the time why 'Molten Steel' was pouring out of the side of the building! Having melted some steel using homemade thermite mix, the amount of thermite needed to produce that massive flow of steel, plus the wasted steel beams seen after the event is impossible for any cavalier US Lawyer, pseudo NIST armchair non-experts and non-engineers to explain.

I graduated mechanical engineer cum laude (3.4 / 4.0 GPA) from Auburn University, AL in 2007. I got a job right out of college with the US Army Corps of Engineers and became a mechanical quality assurance building inspector for 3 years with the government as a civil servant, and also a project engineer of 6 months. Seeing that the finances of that organization were totally corrupt, with 7 out of 7 buildings in North Carolina and Georgia costing 200, 300 dollars a square foot to renovate when by contract they should be no more than 150 to build, I left USACE. At the same time I was waking up to 9/11 truth, and found the materials Wikileaks was putting out about our operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. I began speaking out online, and have not stopped since. I estimate I have told 8 million people through the internet about the corruption that lies at the core levels of our governments.
Of the many valid arguments about why controlled demolition brought down three buildings on 9/11/2001, I find this the most easily convincing: That 15 floors cannot crush the many dozens more floors below, I think it was 80 or 90, as is claimed about one of the towers that fell. The upper 15 floors would have disentegrated into nothing after falling on 15 floors if we are to believe that the floors were totally crushed into powder under the influence of gravity alone.

The ASME code of ethics establishes the responsibility for engineers to 'hold paramount the safety, health, and welfare of the public' and to strive to maintain this responsibility with honesty and impartiality. As an engineer, it is my duty to question the integrity of work others have done if the welfare of the public is at risk. Having an understanding of the scientific method, I recognize the failure in the National Institute of Standards and Technology organization for conducting a negligent investigation where many important questions were not answered and pertinent evidence was mishandled. I support the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth organization's petition calling for an independent investigation into the possible use of explosives that may have resulted in the structural failure of the World Trade Center buildings.

I think we need to look at 9/11 again. There are some very good youtube videos that make people curious. My big question for many years was: Why do we (the west) need to kill way more people in the 'name' of fighting terrorists, than the terrorists ever killed.
