On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Based on some technical and scientific analysts I've searched and seen on the net (testimonies and videos), it seems that the 9/11 tragedy was planned and executed almost perfectly (before, during, and after). This is evidently shown on the collapse (demolition) of Building 7 and mysterious flight 77 which allegedly hit and damaged the Pentagon. I believe everyone deserves to know the truth.

I also can not accept the findings of the 911 commission due to the absence of critical data such as thermite presence and witnesses who claim there was an explosion before the planes hit. WTC7 is a complete mystery all its own. This country, the victims and the survivors deserve better than what has been furnished and it should be viewed as treason to expect the public to swallow this entire situation as it has been presented by our government.

I earned my B.S. in Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002. I earned an M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. I worked in the defense industry from 2003 to 2008 at The Boeing Company as a Controls Engineer.
My main concern here is the lack of analysis performed in the Official 9/11 Commission Report, and glaring omissions such as the collapse of 7 WTC. The Commission claimed that 1 WTC collapsed in a pancake fashion (p. 308) and that 2 WTC fell in ten seconds and collapsed into itself (p.305). Given that free fall speed for the buildings would be around 9.2 seconds, and that the law of conservation of energy would prohibit such a rapid collapse under the pancake theory, the lack of scientific evidence and analysis leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, research on the WTC dust yielded highly advanced nano-thermitic compounds, indicating the true cause of collapse of the three WTC buildings was indeed through the use of explosives (Active Thermitic Material Discovered from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe. The Open Chemical Physics Journal, 2009). That finding supports the mechanics of collapse observed, including the coincidentally high degree of symmetry, lack of rotation or bending of the upper sections of the North and South Towers above the plane impact zones during collapse, and of course the speed at which they fell. This and video evidence of sequential explosions during the towers' destruction indicate that the twin towers were brought down by systematic controlled demolition. The nature of fall and lack of structural damage to 7 WTC also indicates an organized, deliberate demolition occurred here. There is more than enough scientific evidence to cause for demand of an independent investigation of the nature of the events on 9/11/01 and an unbiased diligent effort applied into discovering who was involved.

After viewing many youtube videos of actual eye-witness accounts, and information that architects and engineers for 9/11 truth puts forward, I am convinced that the destruction of both Towers and Building 7 is impossible with regard to the laws of physics. The testimony of 30 yr veteran airline pilots also conflict with the plausibility of a passenger aircraft being flown into a target on purpose. The explosions heard by witnesses and seen from actual 9/11 footage is clearly a demolition, as is the buildings falling straight down, at the rate of gravity, completely to the ground. I totally believe that this was a false-flag event, perpretrated by our own govt., to hide the looting of trillions of dollars that Rumsfeld spoke of on 9/10. Also it catapulted Bush into a 2nd term and it enraged Americans, which allowed for the Afghanistan and Iraqi invasions.

For numerous reasons I was skeptical almost immediately regarding the official story of the WTC building collapses -- in particular because they (the collapses) seemed to violate some obvious laws of physics. Then I read David Ray Griffin's book The New Pearl Harbor and realized I was right to be skeptical. And once you know that part of the official story can't possibly be true, other aspects of that story must be questioned as well. I don't know what the true story is, but I do know enough to know the official story isn't it.

The dynamics of the building collapse clearly show the root cause was not structural failure due to impact and fire damage. The symmetric collapse at near free fall speeds can not explained by the official explanation of localized damage. The presence of thermetic material generated from novel nanotechnology is unexplained. The implosion of WTC 7 is unexplained by the official report. I have 30 plus years in the construction industry and have worked closely with many structural engineers and architects. I never have able to ascribe to the new faith-based physics of jet fuel and gravity causing the catastrophic collapse of the WTC towers and Building Seven. It's not difficult to see that a building should not collapse in a free fall, but once that fact is observed it is very difficult to make sense of why that would happen and who made it happen.
