PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was Senior Project Design Engineer in charge of the design of the electrical systems for the WTC Complex in NY. Employed by the consulting and engineering firm, Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc., I was also a licensed Professional Engineer and was directly associated with ongoing projects at WTC for some 35 years before retiring in mid 1997. Though an electrical engineer by trade, I was also very familiar with the structures and their conceptual design parameters.
On September 11, I watched the live TV broadcast of the progressive collapse of the World Trade Towers with disbelief, as the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel. I viewed the presentation of Richard Gage and other related material, which compels me to believe that the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down. I, therefore, support the proposal to form an international group of professionals to investigate all plausible causes for the virtual freefall and the almost total destruction of the WTC structures.

Received license in 1980 and began work with firm of Urbahn Associates in NYC, was project manager for many local, state and federal government funded projects. Left firm in 1987 to work closer to home in NJ, in 1992 opened my office at the Jersey Shore. My work now is mainly residential and small commercial. At 62 I remain very active in the profession and plan to continue my work for many years to come.
I have witnessed many controlled demolitions and when I watched the twin towers fall, I could not help to think of how similar what I was seeing on TV was to the buildings I saw being demolished in person. I was very surprised to receive the information in the main, I was not aware of this group and their efforts to have this matter investigated by people without any hidden agendas.

In addition, there were parts of the building that seemed to be falling in the horizontal axis as well as downward, as if they were exploded outward from the building.. Pieces of the building were found very distant from where the buildings stood.

From his fifth-floor walk-up East Village apartment he also heard the first plane fly over Manhattan and smash into the North Tower.
I witnessed WTC Building Seven fall on the afternoon of 9/11. Everyone in the vicinity I was in (about seven blocks north of the WTC, on the west side of the West Side Highway, just across from temporary police headquarters at Borough of Manhattan Community College) knew that the building was going to fall for perhaps twenty minutes before it did. We'd heard and passed on the rumor that they're going to bring it down and were staring expectantly at the building when it crumbled so perfectly into itself.

I am a mechanical engineer with 28 years of engineering experience. I have approximately 20 years of experience in the nuclear power industry. I was involved with the development of the corrective actions department for Cooper Nuclear Station. I had extensive training in root cause investigations. I was involved in numerous investigations to determine failure mechanisms and contributing factors.
I performed a simple energy analysis that can be performed by anyone who has taken high school physics or mathematics. The calculation shows WTC 1 & 2 did not contain sufficient potential energy to cause a progressive gravitational collapse. My calculation takes the entire mass of the building and distributes it evenly on every floor. This is overly conservative since the mass per floor is greater at the bottom because of the heavier structural columns. I also did not deduct any mass for any material that fell outside of the building footprint. Only material falling within the footprint of the building could have caused damage to a lower portion of the building. The energy of material that damaged surrounding buildings was not available to damage lower portions of the WTC 1 or 2. The energy calculation was based on the building material releasing its potential energy (the only energy available for destruction) by falling all the way down to ground level. The pulverized concrete released its energy very slowly as it drifted to the ground and was not available to destroy any building structure below it. - - My calculation shows that if all of the potential energy contained within the Tower was transferred to all of the surface area of all of the Tower floors, they would only be subject to 1,200 ft-lb/sq-in. Hardly enough to pulverize all the concrete let alone destroy all the structural steel columns and supports. This is why structural steel buildings do not simply fall due to gravity alone. Additional energy had to be involved to cause the destruction that was observed. Controlled demolition is the only possible explanation. The laws of nature cannot be violated. - - The WTC 7 free fall also violates the laws of nature.

I am astonished that a tragedy of this magnitude has not been completely investigated. The scientific evidence presented in videos by the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth is as believable and as important to understand today as it was the day after 9/11. Its wrong that people we trust in can tell bedtime stories as if we are young children and the story teller does not reveal the scary bits. Anyone can rationalize truth because it sits well with the self. LIes and mis-truth only satisfy the ego. The truth and self will always be what they are. Ego and lies will shift like tidal sands. Time always carries the truth unless those with the truth are removed from speaking up. Building seven, BBC predictive reporting, forensic materials. Air force stood down. Buildings empty a few days before. Particular international citizens and their dept's vacated before hand. all way weird, the list goes on. I t just makes me second guess what our societies are really doing. Too much. Round peg evidence being stuffed into a square hole official account.

My technical education/experience is mostly contained within the courses I took while in college. I've taken [and passed!] basic physics and chemistry courses, but sadly that is about the extent of my technical education and experience.
The professionals that spoke in the film (Experts Speak Out) are most thought provoking and hard to refute. I intend on checking my facts, but I will have the courage to listen to both arguments and deal with the reality of the situation. It may hurt to clean the wound, or even to admit that I have been injured, but it will never heal and I will never become stronger unless I take the time to care for it and learn from the past. I believe this was an Israeli invention, carried through by Israeli operatives in co-operation with Al-Queada and American Jews within the military and administration - most likely, the project also had the nod of approval from the White House, at least from Dick Cheney's state department. Al-Queada:s only input to the project was the actual provision of suicide pilots. All parties had immense benefits of what they orchestrated, although some of them normally are enemies.

I am not an Engineer, nor an Architect. I am an educated person who always wondered why towers one and two came down, until I saw that tower seven did as well. That was my eureka moment.
No fire could cause such damage and thrust pieces of the building out like those fires that day. I will always remember seeing people waving for help above and near the plane entry points and suddenly they were gone in this well planned destruction. I got into trouble from a group of parents because I took my students into follow the news; I never imagined the explosions would occur (too).
