To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have 10 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect, mostly in conservation (as well as sustainable architecture). Conservation necessitates looking at old buildings and existing evidence of what happened in the buildings life. Looking at how buildings deteriorate or fail sometimes and assess method of rescue, reuse, adaptation and so on, is part of my everyday livelihood and experience.
Looking at the evidence of the 9/11 it makes me question what the media and government had broadcasted at the time, and that the debris was swept away so quickly without scientific investigation is not right. We need to learn from the experience, not run away from it. If we are to protect people's lives in the future, we need to know what the real destruction process was, how any aspect could be improved (whether it is building design/layout, engineering or security... ) and not let the distraction of the crashing planes play smoke and mirrors with us. Facts, for better understanding. Truth, for building a better future.

The video '9/11 In Plane Site' shows a dust cloud 50-60 stories high rising from ground level northwest of the twin towers as they burn. Neither tower has collapsed yet, so there should only be smoke coming from the locations where the airplanes hit. This dust/smoke indicates some kind of explosion in the area before the towers collapsed. High powered explosives must have been used in addition to the thermite-controlled demolition.

The official explanation of office fires cannot be true. If such fires could bring down a steel skyscraper, would anyone ever feel safe in one, or set foot in one again? The destruction of evidence and lack of a real forensic investigation make me very suspicious. Somebody got away with murder. Who? and Why? I support and applaud the efforts of ae911truth.org and believe that once Americans learn the facts presented here they will demand an independent forensic investigation into this matter - probably the single most important event in the history of the USA.

Thirty Five years of designing full avionics systems on aircraft and missiles. Familiar with GBU-15 2000 lb TV guided missile used by the IAF and have watched a video of guidance into a bunker with a 4x4 Ft. target. I designed and worked with the ASW-25 automatic landing system installed on the A7E aircraft, and witnessed the carrier landing qualification of the A7E on the USS Enterprise AC Carrier in the pacific off San Diego. Aircraft control from another aircraft or ground station is simple if installed properly, and there have been many trials of drones in the air force.

As a Canadian I am sick of our government following suit with the American government. Stephen Harper has desecrated our Constitution just like the American Presidents have done for the past several decades. To my knowledge, there is no evidence showing that the airplane crashes into the World Trade Center could be responsible for the collapse of the buildings, but there are many evidences showing that the airplane crashes can not have induced the collapse of the buildings.

If there were bombs planted in all 3 buildings, people like the firefighters saying that red hot metal was running down some underground channels like they were in a foundry. It had always bothered me that the section of one tower, with the long, slender antenna on it, was intact and leaning outward, about 20 degrees, when the collapse started ??????? Two questions nagged at me...why didn`t it continue falling outward, into the area of least (no) resistance...and even more troubling, why wasn`t it laying on top of the rubble pile, in one or more big chunks ???????

I do not believe the official story is accurate. Based upon the visual evidence I believe the twin towers were demolished using demolitions charges. I believe the collapse of Building 7 without substantial damage or fire in evidence demonstrates the attack on the World Trade Center was premeditated and orchestrated by individuals in our own country and possibly our own government. I believe the NIST analysis is, at best, incomplete. A new scientific investigation will be required to resolve the questions raised by other 9/11 investigators. In my opinion, the evidence for the free fall of Building 7 and the presence of thermite cannot be ignored.

I have waited 11 years to start wondering and caring whether the official story was watertight. I consider myself a skeptic and a freethinker and I have been persuaded by recent presentations of film and microscopic and other scientifically presented evidence that the truth is not yet known, and that it is at least possible, and a good idea, to debunk the official story, to the extent that it can be. I have been an educator for most of my life, and I like to think it has made me a reasonably good judge of what knowledge is important to the human future. This seems as important as any.
The initial investigation didn't include sufficient input from engineers and scientists, as nearly as one can tell. A new investigation would settle the question far more authoritatively, when professionals in relevant fields are included.

Having worked with various grades of steel, iron and aluminum in processes including welding, heat treating, cutting and forging, the photographic evidence does not support standard combustion. Even if accelerated with petroleum distillates. Some of the girders and I beams look more like a plasma cutter has been at work as opposed to radiant heat of any intensity.

The PBS - Colorado broadcasts 9/11: Explosive Evidence - Experts Speak Out (2012 documentary) has opened insightful scientific evidence of the way the three buildings fell. I believe their research should be look into more.

As a person concerned that the truth be openly discussed, I am highly interested that the scientific investigation be reopened addressing the pulverized/ vaporized concrete and steel, the lack of debris normally reflected in a physical collapse of a structure versus a structural failure enhanced by explosives, and the chemical components found in the dust from the Twin Towers and Building 7 destruction. I would also like to know who manufactures nano-thermite explosives, if there is a chemical signature from the residual debris analysis that can lead to the manufacturer, and how much would it have cost to purchase and instal said explosives in a quantity large enough to vaporize the above mentioned buildings. I would like to know if Al-Qaeda had any banking data available prior to the 9/11 incident that would have been sufficient to fund such an operation and how they would have been able to infiltrate into the Trade Centers to install the explosives. I would also like to see discussed why there is such a poorly conducted investigation by NIST, FEMA and others that seem to have gotten this so wrong? Thank you.

I am concerned that the debris was taken away before it could be tested. I am wondering why Building 7 fell in free fall. I am wondering why there were explosions heard from people who were there. I wonder why the insurance on the Trade Towers was increased a few days before this tragic event. I wonder if this was a staged event to propel us into war in the Middle East. I wonder if it has to do with oil or opium rather than true terrorism from Muslims.

I currently attend Grand Junction High school. I am a senior this year. Next year I will be attending Mesa University here in Grand Junction for a year. After that I will be transferring to Colorado University at Boulder. There I will hope to obtain my engineering degree in new and alternative fuels.
To me it seems like there might be a problem with the official story of 9/11 when in every press conference after the Towers fell the president had a different story. When all of these interviews are compiled together in a short video, one can see that president Bush has something different to say every time which led me to believe he was lying and trying to cover something up.
