PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am extremely confused that each of the three WTC buildings all collapsed in a controlled uniform manner reflecting the laws of physics pertaining to natural gravitational free fall with no resistance at all. This contradicts my scientific understanding of the nature of a natural structural collapse against internal (central beam box structure) resistance, resulting in a non-uniform and non uniform gravitational speed collapse. I just don't believe this was a natural occurrence and I cant understand it?

After watching the precision with which the towers collapsed, I was then, and remain today, of the opinion that it was a controlled demo job. I did calculations at the time estimating that the rubble pile was much too small...material had to disappear/ vaporize in order for the pile to be as small as it was. Conservatively, the pile of rubble would have to have been about 30 stories deep (including accounting for the 7 stories below grade being packed tight with debris, no air spaces!); a 'pyramid' with a base of 600 ft square. Anyone who has ever witnessed a controlled demolition would have immediately recognized its 'signature in this collapse. Not likely to cut off all of the columns on only one side of the building and still have it come down vertically, virtually within its own footprint, like it did.

I was shocked by 9/11. As an optimist I gave the official story the benefit of the doubt. I am not a believer in conspiracies but your documentary gave me pause. If there is a hint of impropriety in the official story, then it is likely to only be the tip of the iceberg. I hope to god it is wrong, but in my profession, hope doesn't cut it. I need to see evidence that makes sense. The NIST backtracking and weak arguments don't reassure me; as an engineer, I understand the issues raised. Also, in my industry, an objective third party review is always used. I would expect the same from our government.

The evidence that I have seen indicates that a new investigation needs to be opened on the events that occurred on 9/11/01. The collapse of the buildings indicate a controlled demolition. There are no videos or evidence of any steel structures ever falling like those buildings did, particularly Building 7. No plane hit that building at all and the prior investigation said that office furniture burning was responsible for the collapse. I have burned many fires in my wood stove made of cast iron or on a grate, and never had any of it melt or collapse due to a hot fire being inside. All the supporting steel structures of the building would have to fail at the same time as well and the fires that were in building 7 were in isolated pockets. The real evidence shows that the building came down due to a controlled demolition.

I am from New Jersey but I have lived in St. Louis since 1980. My brother works in Manhattan and was scheduled for a 10 am appointment in the North Tower on 9/11. Fortunately, his appointment was re-scheduled for a later date. I owned a flower shop here in St. Louis at the time.
I have watched many videos on YouTube questioning the veracity of the government's 9/11 report. I read the Popular Mechanics and watched the PBS explanation of the pancake effect that caused the collapse of the buildings. I resent their thinking that the American public is so gullible! I have listen to many programs like Coast to Coast AM questioning the explanations given by the government. Recently, I have listened to the YouTube video by Susan Lindauer, former CIA operative explaining the events leading up to 9/11. I believe that President Bush and his administration were responsible for the events of 9/11 and that their explanation is a cover up at the highest levels of our government and that hundreds of elected officials have been paid off for their silence on these issues!

It has always been incredible to me that, in spite of obviously being asymmetrically stressed by side ward impacts and explosions, both of the towers as well as Number 7 that wasn't even struck fell so symmetrically in a vertical trajectory and that the heat of the jet fuel fires burning with only natural convective airflow could have melted the steel structures. Also, very suspicious was the hastiness of the site cleanup and clearly apparent lack of real concern to perform a thorough detailed investigation before discarding the wreckage and debris.

I'm sorry that my generation seems to be so asleep. It's great that you have included the psychologists view on the reasons for our generation's inability to see the truth. I saw the PBS show and hope more PBS stations pick it up. Montana is truly asleep. I will be buying the DVD's to show and hope to awaken some people in my state.
I've known 9/11 was a lie within a year after the fact. That was a fact that was not looked upon by anyone at the time as true. I've been ahead of the game for quite awhile and admittedly not said much as I've never been particularly understood. It's just been in the last year for me that so many things of truth are surfacing. Our truths are finally coming to the forefront.. I am not entirely sure what happened but it did not look right to me and the more I read into it the more suspect I became. BUT, all one has to do is look at the havoc that has been generated since. Just the very thought of catching 'terrorists' by the methods currently used is ludicrous. I have a friend who was in Viet Nam and was a police officer and he is going through hard times and had to take a psychology profile test for a dish washing job. Yes, 9/11 has certainly changed things and not for the better, and have we caught or created more terrorists.

Born and raised NY resident, traveled for family and pleasure many times to NYC. Visited the WTC and Windows on the World restaurant many times as a child and young adult and was always amazed at their size, presence and beauty. The attacks seems too sophisticated for a radical group to execute without help or support of a more strategic plan. I do have my doubts and reservations about how the buildings fell so perfectly and how they are the only three steel buildings of their size to collapse in history due to fire. Puzzled by how there were very few plane parts at any of crash sites compared to other crash sites for planes that have crashed pre/post 9/11.
