PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

As a Reliability and Quality Engineer for over 30 years, I was required to consider all of the facts associated with any engineering failure. Disciplines that required my constant awareness are design integrity, manufacturing defects, environmental exposure, life limiting factors, etc.
I was acutely aware of Engineering Cost Analysis and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, with many post graduate courses in these disciplines. My career was heavily biased toward statistical analysis and Warranty Cost Forecasting, requiring me to consider all possibilities, emphasizing the likelihood that the less likely events should be considered less heavily. Perhaps, this is why I was extremely reluctant to even consider the possibility that 9/11 could have been a staged event. What is the chance that our own government could pull that off and get away with it? I pondered. When I was confronted with the facts, and I considered the reality that the temperatures of jet fuel combustion do not support the suggested failure modes posed by the government's official report, I was forced into a paradigm shift. This reality has changed my entire perspective on the groups that I had previously dismissed as emotional, uneducated fools. I was wrong and I am grateful to the 9/11 Truthers for holding me accountable for the Truth! Now, I too am a 9/11 Truther. The facts about the collapse of three WTC buildings on 9/11/2001 just do not support the theory posed by the PBS Report, or the US Government's publication. There must be further explanation to satisfy my hunger for the truth about the horrible realities of the WTC and Pentagon murders. As an engineer, as a patriot, as citizen of the United States of America, I demand that the government which is accountable to its citizens appoint an independent commission to investigate and report on the Truth of 9/11/2001.

On 9/11, I watched for 15 minutes (about 2:30 EDT), by then Osama bin Laden was already being blamed. I stepped away muttering, How could he be so stupid? This is exactly what Bush and crew have been waiting for. I then tuned the whole thing out for two and a half years until an interview on KPFK radio got my attention. For the next few months, I spent my free time reviewing the evidence. The collapse of the (3) towers as described by the official 9/11 story, if true, would be the first ever documented violation of the laws of physics and would undermine the foundation of all engineering disciplines. Another energy source must be present. Explosives is the only hypothesis thus far put forth that is consistent with all available evidence. The fossil record regarding 9/11 is both detailed and overwhelming. Explosives implies fore-knowledge, making 9/11 a false-flag psychological operation. A proper investigation and indictments are long overdue.

The cause of building WTC 7's collapse per the single point failure article did not show how the forces were transmitted through the truss members from the supposed column on the east side of the building (the initiating event) through to the other columns which were several hundred feet away. The article mentions progressive failures from this initial event, however the video of the collapse shows no such progression. Each and west sides fell simultaneously.

I have built with concrete and steel and am very familiar with their physical properties.
It should be evident to all that buildings of such magnitude, which were built over a period of years, can not be brought down by fire and structural damage due to a small portion of these buildings in such a short period of time. (If at all!) The two World Trade Center buildings 1 and 2 were structurally damaged only in a small area compared to their over all foot print. If they were to collapse, it should have been an asymmetric collapse, centered around the corner of the building with most damage. The symmetric collapse of these buildings have been accomplished by other forces. The nature of the damage does not support the official theory. World Trade Center building no. 7, which was not hit by a plane, may have had small structural deficiencies, mainly due to office fire.This building (or parts of it) should not have collapsed under these circumstances.There have been many credible eye witness reports of explosions, as was also being reported at the time by the news media as well, coupled with other evidence, least of which being the apparent chemical foot prints of explosives found throughout the site.The official report is a white wash and a lie. We need a credible investigation by credible impartial parties to discover the truth and bring to the full light of public disclosure.

To me, this report seems very superficial. I question the official version for the reasons of the collapse of the 3 towers because of their symmetrical collapse from non-symmetrical damage and that tower 7 collapsed at all. Tower 7 was not impacted by a plane, had non-symmetrical fires burning, and collapsed some 7 hours later.

I am not an architect or engineer. I have been a Project Controller in the Building and Development Industry for over 20 years. In my professional opinion would be impossible for the planes which I believe were remotely controlled from building #7 to have the ability to bring down the twin towers on 911 because of burning jet fuel on the uppermost floors. This would only be the result of a carefully implemented controlled demolition. It is also my professional opinion that it was not a passenger plane that hit the pentagon but likely a drone which was remotely controlled. The size of the hole in the building was nowhere near the size of a hole that would have been left by a passenger plane. Impossible.

I recall being fixated in front of my television watching the news the day that the Twin Towers and Pentagon were hit. It had a huge impact on me emotionally and psychologically and, for the most part, I believed the information that the media and government were saying concerning this horrific event. A couple of years after 9/11, I began to research information concerning other possible scenarios of how all of these things could have occurred. The information, however, was, generally, from unreliable sources which made me question, at times, the validity of their claims. To me, however, it made perfect sense that the Bush Administration could have known or been involved in the attacks on 9/11 given the aims and objectives of PNAC and the very close ties that it had with said administration. There were just too many questions, however, concerning the events of that day which remained unanswered. It was very refreshing and enlightening to watch the movie by your organization (A & E for 9/11 Truth) about this tragedy from a source that is legitimate and working to uncover the truth from a scientific perspective. Hopefully, enough people will begin to demand an independent and scientifically based investigation of what really happened on 9/11 so that the real perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice. Even without the overwhelming evidence brought forth by AE Truth it is clear that the collapse of Building 7 is an unnatural event. Steel buildings don't just hog and fall from the sky because of an office fire. The real challenge is to bring a consensus to the public that the event needs to be re-opened and investigated. The Box Cutter Story is weak, but once Building 7 is brought in to the narrative, the Official Story begins to collapse in on itself.
