PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have viewed every video, photograph etc I could access; many of them several times. I cannot believe that airplane crashes and open fires resulted in the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7. My reasoning is based on the undeniable appearance of any number of squibs, the vertical collapses, the pulverization of structure and building contents, impossible to achieve via structural failure, the speed of the collapse, the production of and weeks-long persistence of molten steel impossible to produce in an open burn, the inexplicable failure of the core columns and of the welded and bolted two way floor trusses,The failure of the steel frame core trusses. the total failure of fire protection (My partner in MMG was Ret. Navy Commander William Scott, PE, former president of national Asbestos Association, I believe until 1989 or 90) the pyroclastic discharge, the photos of heat-cut stubs of massive columns with molten metal running down them, some steel members perfectly distorted into semi-circles, the multi ton steel beams and column pieces stuck into nearby buildings, performance of the tower in the 1975 fire, the statements of any number of highly credible engineers and physicists, the statements of credible eye witnesses including many public safety personnel, the rush to remove evidence, the lack of any real investigation, the 911 commission report... i believe that any one of these things would indicate a need for unbiased investigation to ascertain the truth of the matter. I don't know the truth of the matter, but I strongly support an in depth investigation. Thank you.

The work of Dr. Steven E. Jones and other researchers in the Journal of 9/11 Studies shows clearly that the NIST investigations of the WTC collapses did not answer the question of why and how the buildings collapsed. The NIST investigations were based on unfounded or ill-referenced assumptions, and have been carried out with an unacceptable set of restrictions and a lack of professionalism. The refusal by NIST to discuss the obvious and severe issues regarding their findings incriminates them.

The official story defies the laws of physics in many ways. There was clearly insufficient caloric content in the fuel that the planes would have had on board to melt the steel structure. There is no historical precedent showing evidence for a steel structured building collapsing as a result of a fire, or a plane impact, much less falling at the speed of gravity, and falling straight down, with all of the floors reduced to rubble. The only known building collapses that bear any resemblance to this failure were those intentionally destroyed with explosives. Furthermore, building # 7 was not hit with a plane.

I concluded early on that the official explanation, even before the 9/11 Commission report, did not add up. The first couple of items that I found suspicious were 1) the pulverizing of the concrete and 2) the free fall of the Towers in less than 10 seconds. Since 2001 I have read many books on the subject starting with Painful Questions by Eric Hufschmid, The New Pearl Harbor by David Ray Griffin (I saw him speak in Berkeley a year ago with Peter Phillips) and Towers of Deception by Barrie Zwicker the latter of which included the CD The Great Conspiracy. From the latter book I agreed with the author (and Richard Gage whom I heard on KPFA today) that there needs to be another, more thorough, investigation of the events of 9/11/2001. To add to my list of suspicious items, I saw a public showing of a CD, in 2004, where the focus was on experienced criminal investigators and how they were making the case about the rapid shipment of the steel from the Towers to India and China and that act was destroying evidence at the scene of a crime. I worked at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center from 2001-2005. I was amazed how otherwise very savvy physicists and engineers didn't want to entertain the thought, or evidence, that the official explanation did not add up. They willingly accept the official pancake theory. I have my own theory about their willingness to accept the official explanation. Several years ago I came across a term called cognitive dissonance. The psychological description goes like this: the term describes an uncomfortable mental tension that arises from results from having two (or more) conflicting thoughts at the same time i.e. The Towers falling was a bad, terrible event and My government is here to help me and they couldn't have had anything to do with the destruction of the Towers.

I recall being fixated in front of my television watching the news the day that the Twin Towers and Pentagon were hit. It had a huge impact on me emotionally and psychologically and, for the most part, I believed the information that the media and government were saying concerning this horrific event. A couple of years after 9/11, I began to research information concerning other possible scenarios of how all of these things could have occurred. The information, however, was, generally, from unreliable sources which made me question, at times, the validity of their claims. To me, however, it made perfect sense that the Bush Administration could have known or been involved in the attacks on 9/11 given the aims and objectives of PNAC and the very close ties that it had with said administration. There were just too many questions, however, concerning the events of that day which remained unanswered. It was very refreshing and enlightening to watch the movie by your organization (A & E for 9/11 Truth) about this tragedy from a source that is legitimate and working to uncover the truth from a scientific perspective. Hopefully, enough people will begin to demand an independent and scientifically based investigation of what really happened on 9/11 so that the real perpetrators of this crime will be brought to justice. I watched the movie tonight and like the one woman psychologist who was talking about how the truth hit her in the stomach, that is what happened to me. Even without the overwhelming evidence brought forth by AE Truth it is clear that the collapse of Building 7 is an unnatural event. Steel buildings don't just hog and fall from the sky because of an office fire. The real challenge is to bring a consensus to the public that the event needs to be re-opened and investigated. The Box Cutter Story is weak, but once Building 7 is brought in to the narrative, the Official Story begins to collapse in on itself.

The official story of 9/11 from the federally sponsored 9/11 Commission is a complete farce. It displays the same willful ignorance employed by the federally sponsored Warren Commission on the Assassination of JFK. Both have fingerprints of the CIA/Defense sector of our federal government which operates with the support of our elected officials and benefits from the blind-eye turned onto them by our mass-media. This much, I believe, to be obvious to the eye that looks through the stained glass of History.

Michael Usowski is a man of many interests which has allowed for a variety of successes over the years. Since 1985, Mr. Usowski has worked in many positions in the hotel and restaurant industry including bellman, doorman, concierges, catering, waiter, manager, and owner. He has worked for five Hyatt Hotels and attributes his attention to detail from the rigorous training programs Hyatt employed. With a dual major in Psychology and Neuroscience, he ignited his entrepreneurial passion in 2000 as a founder in a dot com; Doctor Quality. As CIO and Creative Director, he helped grow a company of six (in a basement of course) to a $5 million funded organization of 55 employees over three and a half years. In 2004, he created TommyGunns American Barbeque & Catering and has generated over $1 million in annual revenue from a space just under 700 sq feet. His biggest accomplishment is successfully catering for 12,000 guests'now that's what we call 'Dinner Impossible.' Mr. Usowski's most recent endeavor is creating an event series called 'The Big Bash Obstacle Dash,' a five kilometer obstacle course with 10,000 contestants which debuts in September 2011. He is very excited at the possibilities the Naval Yard space holds as a destination restaurant and event space. He plans to employ his social media and advertising experience to make The Yard another great success!
I have watched this video and demand that an independent and full investigation happen in honor of those fallen as well as retaining our freedom.
