PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The rigor of ae911truth.org and others, like David Ray Griffin, have shown the official account of the 9/11 events to be a confusing mix of truth and non-credible information. In light of the human life and liberties being taken based on this inconsistent account, American architects and engineers have a patriotic duty to investigate the portions of the account relating to their expertise and, if they find better explanations, provide formal or informal expert witness. The integrity of our nation, among other invaluable stakes are at play.

I have been an electrical engineer for over 30 years. I have worked with computer models of electronics including the modeling of semiconductor devices so I am aware of how dependent the accuracy of the model is to not just the equations but the data provided.
It seems clear that even a short 2 seconds of free fall constitutes a basis to demand a real investigation, not to mention all of the other facts and observations. And seeing the continued attempt by government and media to conceal the facts speaks even more loudly. This website is the primary one I point people to examine the issues. I feel there are other elements of 9/11 that have equal need of investigation, but the demolition collapse thesis is the one most likely to be compelling to most people.

I was always uneasy about the WTC collapses, and the more I saw of the evidence, the less I liked the official explanation. As mentioned in my bio, I have worked with structural integrity and fire standards for rail vehicles, and although different in detail, they have significant fundamental similarities to architectural standards. The official report does no credit to the engineering community and is a slur on high rise designers who have had to justify why a plane could destroy a skyscraper, or a fire break out and make a building fall down. As the tragic events at the Grenfell Tower in London last year showed once again, high rise buildings do not fall down from fires. Grenfell was described as looking like 'a candle' yet still survives, but a 47 story building with some smouldering paper falls in on itself? The official explanations for the three WTC buildings are a joke and the engineering community needs to say enough is enough; it's time for the truth.

It doesn't take a very experience engineer to see that the collapse of the WTC towers, in the manner that they did, was simply impossible. Unlike the old days, the baffling collapse was widely recorded. After the initial emotional had had time to calm down, most people should have started to question how something clearly impossible according to Newtonian science and all engineering principles had happened before our eyes. Shockingly, that's not the case. In the short attention span of the modern world, unscrupulous politicians no longer need to answer valid questions with matching intelligence. They can simply wave it off as conspiracy theory, and the case is closed. If a majority of the population is happy with their irresponsible labelling and devious tactic, their story, however incredible and ridiculous, becomes official. This is a heartbreaking and dangerous trend. Is the USA returning to Galileo's time in a massive scale? Most people, including learned ones, supported the Pope's planetary fantasy regardless of objective evidence. In the case of 9/11, it is particularly ironic because unlike 16th century Europe, knowledge and mass communication are at an unprecedented height today. If the ludicrous explanations in the official report stand, there should be other consequences. First, something should be done to all the buildings in the US (and the world?) erected based on similar principle as the WTC towers. Should the building codes be revised accordingly to prevent recurrence? Second, similar collapse has never been observed anywhere else. Are they implying that American structural engineering is the most backward on this planet? Third, in the light of such a fantastic structural failure, is any research work being done in the universities to understand the mechanics of a major phenomena which appears to defy everything Newton taught us? The engineering questions can make a very long list. However, we seem to have entered a new Dark Ages.

After all I've been reading, listening, and viewing, I can only agree that there was evident sounds of explosions, and that the presence of nanothermite has been revealed. I am not a scientist or engineer but I continue a life-long study of history, political science, the philosophy and history of science, the development of the CIA and it's allies, the Vietnam War, and military history, especially that of the modern USA.
The 3 buildings fell in such a way that they could not have been collapsed without explosive demolition. Militarized nanothermite has been discovered in the dust gathered on that day which can only have come from a sophisticated military-type lab, such as Livermore or Sandia. The famous documentary by the French brothers features a firefighter on that day saying he discovered many body parts, feet and legs, on the roof of the Marriott Hotel. That roof is at least 500 feet from the WTC site; these remains can only have gotten there by being blown from an explosion. The Towers fell straight down into their own footprints at free-fall speed. All this and more necessitates explosive demolition. And that necessitates weeks of preparation, which in turn means the alleged hijackers cannot have been responsible.

After viewing the photos and information you presented it is quite plain to see how these buildings fell. Why the cover up is so blatant is beyond belief. If only to give closure to the many families who have not been able to bury and say goodbye to their loved ones should be enough to reopen this investigation.

I am a field supervisor for a small construction company in Ohio and I have a high school education.
I always wondered why Building Seven collapsed and how, and found it odd that it was not hit by a plane yet collapsed in the manner it did. The fact that Building Seven held, from what I have heard, a lot of highly sensitive government paperwork, it all seems a little too coincidental to me. It is my belief that this investigation needs to be reopened and I feel my government has let me down if they refuse to follow up on the new evidence.

Am a former student of Douglas College where I attended two semesters for the dispensing optician program. I was on my way to completing my first year, before unforeseen circumstances intervened to complicate this process, and forced me to withdraw. I am considering reapplying to pick up my career aspirations where I left off.
The collapse of all three WTCs is totally inconsistent with a fire induced progressive collapse. For one, no steel framed structure in history has ever collapsed primarily due to fire. For another, progressive collapse has never afflicted any fully complete building. In addition, there is the fact that the Twin Towers collapsed at roughly 2/3rds of free fall acceleration, which means that the lower foundations offered very little resistance to the 'upper block' which was supposedly crushing them down! The NIST investigation into WTC 7 was completely fraudulent. Among a few of the many deceptions strung throughout their report was the undisclosed fact that they lied about the fire temperatures, thermal expansion of concrete, thermal conductivity of steel, removed sheer studs, and added combustible fuel loads on floors where the initial failures took place in their model. In addition, they ignored a staggering number of NFPA 921 protocols regarding the analysis of fire and explosion incidents.

I am a full time professional graphic designer. I have held a job in this field for 32 years. I am an American and have lived in Wisconsin all my life. I have held board positions with our neighborhood association and support my community through volunteer programs which improve our city, parks and environment.
We need to be told the truth about how these buildings were brought down. The evidence of explosives is overwhelming and as a citizen of this country, I demand an independent investigation of the cover up behind this tragedy.
