PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

When the second tower collapsed, I became very skeptical and remain so. The third building collapsing erases any possibility of this attack being conducted without on-the-ground support. I believe the air attack was known prior to the attack and used as a diversion to demolish the buildings for some yet unknown reason.

After earning an engineering degree following a curriculum that was primarily a hybrid of mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, I worked awhile for a multi-national heavy industrial construction firm. After that, I moved into the software industry, and have worked as a developer/software engineer ever since.
The piece of evidence that I find most compelling is the sudden initial free-fall descent of building 7. This alone demonstrates conclusively that something other than a fire-induced collapse occurred. Some other inconsistencies I find very telling are the molten metal seen pouring out of the south tower just prior to collapse, the sudden and symmetrical nature of all three collapses, the lack of equal and opposite destruction in the towers, the missing jolt principle, the lack of erect core columns in the debris piles, the lack of any historical precedent, etc.

Later when they cleared the site before forensic evidence could be collected and examined, as was done in Oklahoma City, I became certain that it was setup. My theory is that after the first attempt on the towers, the powers-to-be managed the installation of the charges, how I didn't know, but then they waited for the Muslims to strike again; using it as an excuse for the war and Patriot Act.

After earning a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University in 1978, and an MBA from Columbia University in 1983, I've have had a 40+ year career operating my family's small telecom utility business in Western Montana.
I now believe the official explanation for the tragic events on 9/11/01 was clearly implausible, certainly incomplete and most likely a criminal deceptive fabrication. All three towers collapsed in close to free fall precisely into their footprints. It was the collapse of Building 7, which dropped with precise symmetry 7 hours after the twin towers fell, officially claimed to be caused solely by fire in the lower floors, that shattered any credence I had previously given to the official story. Specifically, when I also learned not a single similar steel frame skyscraper had ever collapsed anywhere from a similar fire alone, this juxtaposition of implausible claims convinced me the entire narrative was most likely a preposterous and criminal fabrication. Building 7 fell exactly as if it was carefully prepared in advance with explosives for a controlled demolition. Controlled demolition is the only plausible cause for Building 7 to collapse as it did. Explosives had to have been placed prior to the attack, further indicating the official narrative was preposterous. These, and the many other anomalies in the official story, demand a new, independent and honest investigation

F.R. Greening report about WTC 1 and 2 seems very well informed but doesn't take into account that the top of north tower lean while falling: that's completely missing in his calculations...whereas it obviously should have had a great importance to calculate the developed strengths in his pancake collapsing theory...but that simply can't be the truth because it's obvious to me that the leaning should have increased unless another strength was applied.

I have no reason to believe that the Bush admin. (or any other for that matter) are any more honest or innocent than say the brutal Roman powers 2000 years ago, amongst a whole slew of other corrupt governmental powers throughout our collective history (including many that are currently in power throughout the world). I think it is quite clear, or rather glaringly obvious, that something happened on 9/11 that 'they' don't want us to know, and I'm pretty sure We as The People are not going to be too happy when it is finally revealed, if (and that's a big if) it is ultimately revealed at all.

Both of the Trade Towers, and Building 7, clearly appear to have undergone free-fall acceleration (mapped from their rooftops or antenna spires) when they collapsed; this certainly could be bogus but by Occam's Razor it can't be bogus until completely investigated. The investigation at the time was utterly botched within hours -- when do you overnight ship the evidence of one of the most egregious mass murders in 20th century history, off to China for recycling? When evidence is destroyed, it doesn't smell like a cover-up, it IS by definition a cover-up.

I have stated, consistently, throughout my professional career, that math will never lie to you. In the case of the 9/11 disaster, both the 9/11 Commission report on Buildings 1 & 2, and the NIST report on Building 7 require me to ignore the math in order to believe the official theories and conclusions. Although I admit I have no empirical proof of exactly what dynamic caused all 3 structures to experience spontaneous and symmetrical global structural failure, the empirically proven laws of physics combined with my knowledge of how structures react to damage, how loads are transferred, etc., tell me that the official theories and conclusions are simply incorrect. I first became aware of the official story being in doubt by a friend of mine who kept sending me information about it. I deleted each attempt. Then he sent me something on BLDG. 7 collapsing on 9/11. I never heard of that! I opened it and have been one of the biggest voices in my area to get an honest investigation on disseminating the truth about 9/11.

It is impressive to see so many architects an engineers signing this petition. Do you have a number how many architects an engineers there are in the whole USA? Do you have more than 5% of these? That would really convince me!
