To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

A brainy, nerdy child, I was politically right-wing in high school in Virginia, but gradually shifted to the left during and after my engineering training in North Carolina, until after moving to Berkeley, California in 1998. Ever since my studies of architecture, my professors and all professional literature have stated that STEEL BUILDINGS with proper fire safety WILL NOT BURN DOWN. Not even after a week. The day of 9/11, I was working on an Army base in Germany and was immediatly suspicious about the official narrative on TV. Not only the construction details did not make sense, but also all of the MILITARY PROCEDURES that supposedly didn't work that day, it was just way too much. I hoped that an investigation would clarify the events after the dust settled, but only inconclusive nonsense got published. Anybody with open eyes and basic knowledge about construction and demolition knows that buildings DO NOT COME DOWN IN FREE FALL, except with intensive preparation and installation of explosives at the exact spots. Otherwise, the building will incline to some side and cause major destruction. What was seen at 9/11 in NYC is in no way possible as officially declared. Only a real investigation of ALL EVIDENCE will bring the truth. It is time to get this truth to light!

I don't believe it is possible for the buildings to fall the way they did from the bottom by being hit by planes at the top. The plane would have only damaged the top floors, the building fell as a result of a second and immediate occurrence. My experience shows this was a demolition.

Other work I have performed (coincidentally around the time of the9/11 attacks) used Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) in a support role for the US Coast Guard R&D Center in Groton, CT ( a three hour drive from ground zero) in the determination of trace quantities (nanogram) of drugs and explosives. On 9/08/01 I was sent to USMC Camp LeJeune, NC, making any attempt to use our equipment immediately following the collapse impossible.
The video footage of the three WTC buildings, as well as the Pentagon and Flight 93 wreckage, offers clear evidence that does not appear to have factored greatly into the official story, especially WTC building 7. The lack of significant analytical forensic evidence in the 9/11 commission report leads me to believe that it was inadequate, and a new, congressionally appointed committee should be established.

The Pentagon is the single most secure building in the world. Zero video footage of an actual PLANE approaching and hitting it but there is a short clip, albeit with the wrong date on it. Zero fighter jets sent to intercept a plane approaching Washington even after 2 buildings had been attacked. No black boxes from 4 aircraft. Building falling at free fall speed. WTC 7? It's impossible for me to believe Building 7 fell the way it did without help from human hands. There was no smoke as you normally see in the case of a fire strong enough to bring down a building; and, the symmetrical collapse of the building in under 10 seconds resembles a controlled demolition too closely for me to ignore the similarity.

There is no doubt in my mind that 9/11 was an inside job. Common sense (which is not common) and physics tell us that when a plane hits a steel skyscraper, the building wins. Also, impossible for a building to absorb a plane- which is what the videos show. The cockpit showing on the other side of impact! No way!! Holograms anyone? As far as Building 7 is concerned, I used to sell office furniture- there is no way burning office furniture could take down a sky scraper. It was obviously a controlled demolition. Now why has it been almost 20 years with no truth in sight?
