PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

When I watched the collapse of the WTC buildings, I knew there was something fishy about the whole affair. No building of that size goes down in free-fall speed, and collapses in his own foot-print. It looked to me more like a typical controlled demolition with explosive charges, remember the King Dome in Seattle. Jet Fuel is like Kerosene with a low flame point, its fire temperature is never high enough temperature to melt steel. There was a high-rise in Madrid that burnt for days without coming down.

I have a BS degree in aerospace engineering from Boston University, and I hold a PE license in mechanical engineering. For 15 years I worked as a design engineer for a company that manufactures heavy industrial machinery and heat transfer equipment. For 7 years I've worked in project management and structural steel design for a steel fabricator. I'm currently working on obtaining a 2nd PE license in structural engineering.

The 9/11 commission report mentioned that building #7 collapsed due solely to office fires. How does an office fire make the core columns at the building's center disintegrate so that the penthouse on top of the building drops a slight second before the rest of the building, which then goes down at close to free fall speed? How can the combustible materials in an office fire have enough heat to keep tons of steel in it's molten state for many weeks after the building collapses? How did both Jane Stanley from the BBC and Aaron Brown of CNN know that building #7 had collapsed when we can see it standing right behind them as they give their report? Earlier in my career, I have worked for a City government for 3 years and two different industries. For the last 34 years, I am engaged in my own Engineering firm. Even though my degree and my specialty is electrical, most of my work and income relates to the structural discipline (within expertise limits -- i.e., no high rises, schools, parking structures, etc.) I've worked with and can deal with all materials: soils, wood, masonry, reinf. concrete, steel, aluminum. Well, I haven't read the official report. But I have watched many of the conspiracy theory videos. Also, I distinctly remember, nearly 9 years ago on the news report(s), the symmetrical collapse of BOTH towers, then the very underplayed (by comparison to the towers) PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL collapse of Building 7. I thought at the time of controlled demolition and, by extension, an inside job. The gov's intent is to move on, but too many unresolved issues deserve proper focus, before all die.

Also, have done some engineering work, including building-forensic, some steel frame but mostly concrete. Was employed at Einhorn Yaffee Prescott for a while in Albany, NY and got to see the WTC first hand. Studied WTC's design, structure and construction at university. It was always a fascinating building complex to me.
Very hard to understand the 'complete' lack of concrete rubble in the debris field. Even had the basements filled with concrete topping slab debis. There should have been a stack of jumbled building elements about 9 more stories above grade. The core columns were fully welded yet none were longer than 40 ft (max trucking length). This event as portrayed by the NIST Report totally messes with my understanding of how buildings behave. I haven't been able to reconcile the promoted theory of collapse with the way I know buildings to behave.

Too many questions, no answers. Three buildings falling into their own footprint is NOT the way a building falls in an inferno. The building was structurally built to withstand a fire/plane crash. With all the girders holding a building of this magnitude there is no reason for such diminutive amounts of debris. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the lies that were given to the public to pacify them. I believe it is our own government's doing in a false flag attempt to bring the war to Iraq and Afghanistan. And it has played out as well. Too many questions even about those who were flying the planes as far as the Muslims and their ID's and now they are found alive in their country? Did our government just assume their identities and allow expendables to die just so they could say it was a terrorist act? One day the truth will be known, either sooner or later.

My name is Jerry McDaniel. I am a Sub Contractor out of North Georgia specializing in siding, windows and doors, however not limited to those things. I am 41 yrs old and have been working in the construction field since I was 16. Although my work has all been residential, I have dealt with homes that had fire damage, some with extensive fire damage. This dose not make me an expert in fire damage, but I do have general knowledge based on my experience of framed construction and damage done by water, fire, wind, and people.
On Sept. 11, 2001 I was at home when my wife called me and tells me to turn on the news. She didn't say why, just told me to do so. Shortly after turning on the TV, while my mind was trying to wrap itself around what I was seeing, a second plane comes into view and crashes into the second Tower. Stunned by the events I watched every moment from there on into late that evening, I remember that in interview after interview people talked about explosions. News anchors and field journalists talked about the explosions live as the scene unfolded, all the while wondering what the explosions could be. I could understand a gas main in the Tower being severed which could account for one or two explosions, but none that would be felt in the ground, as so many had expressed feeling as they ran from the lower floors of the Tower. People from inside the Towers, and officials, police and firefighters talking about explosions. And then a sight I never anticipated; the first Tower crumbling, not falling but crumbling in a heap of dust and debris. Then went Tower two in much the same manner. Then, building Seven, while still hearing live reports of explosions. Some explosive reports even came through the live feed microphones. I remember cutaways going to the Pentagon and the damage to the building being nothing like the planes did to the Twin Towers. The most striking thing to me was the grass area, immediately adjacent to the impact area, was pristine; not one scratch or gouge to the ground or grass. And a sight I am familiar with, wiring spools, probably banana cable spools, setting in the area where the collision occurred. How was it possible that a commercial air liner could hit a building that low to the ground without disturbing the ground or cable spools in its path? It looked suspect. I also noted that there was not a shred of plane debris and wondered how that was possible. Then, when they showed footage of the wreckage of the plane that crashed into a field I again wondered where was the debris........and to this day still am left wondering what happened..........................

After watching several documentaries about 9/11 I was hooked on finding out the truth about how the Towers and Building 7 really came down. With so much legislation (patriot act, TSA, homeland security) relying on this single event, we have the right to know if it is truth or fabrication.
After reviewing film of the Towers and #7 collapses it seems very evident that the NIST report is flawed. The fact that explosive residue was not even looked for or considered is concerning. It would seem quite obvious that this report was a cover-up.

I am a recently retired building contractor. For the past forty years, I have worked in the construction field, starting as a carpenters helper and working my way up to owning my own contracting business. The majority of my experience is in residential and light commercial construction.

But the facts of the impact and jet fuel and the untested unique construction of the buildings and contradicting official explanations made me let go of what seemed to me a paranoid idea (this can't happen in America, etc.) and allowed me to give benefit of doubt to the official explanation no matter how implausible. However when my attention was drawn to the same type of weird free-fall collapse of WTC 7 which was of an entirely different, recent, and more common construction methods and lacked the jet fuel and impact factors which offended my common sense again. My heart was lifted recently when I saw that many people of architecture, engineering and science also questioned the poor explanations offered so far. The good thing is we have a system in place to deal with these types of situations and we must use the justice system. The US citizenry must DEMAND DUE PROCESS to reach the truth. The TRUTH is the goal of SCIENCE and JUSTICE! No matter WHO did it we deserve to know HOW these building collapsed, then take the next step and find out WHO made them collapse. Let a proper trial reveal the facts. To me, the fact there was no murder investigation by NY state or trial is VERY suspicious. Since when are murders not investigated in NYC? We have a right to expect and demand a proper and aggressive investigation by police, district attorneys, witnesses, scientists, engineers, in the NY courts! The evidence is getting colder and colder and witnesses are dying off every day! Truth will out!

There is too much evidence of additional explosions felt and heard by the people at the site. There is also the report of trucks visiting the buildings during times when they would not be observed. Additionally there is some doubt about what kind of planes actually hit the buildings, and if some of the terrorist pilots are actually deceased.
